Chapter 25: Army restructuring

In the Hall of the Asura King Palace. 

" Why have you called us Andhaka? " Shukra asked while looking at his student.

Andhaka motioned all the members to first sit down and then stood up and spoke loudly. 

" Teacher as we all know, the Asura race is quite talented and it's not false to say that we are the most talented race in battle and warfare but we also have too many enemies so we have to do things in an organised way from now on, so today I have called all of you to properly organise our Army as attacking madly like we previously used to do is just too much Barbaric and it also costs us extra casualties and just increases the Chaos in our ranks " Andhaka spoke while looking at the powerful God class and High God class asuras in front of him. 

" Cousin why are you so surely eager to go to war " Prahlada who has now recovered fully from the wound given by Andhaka in their previous fight spoke with some sadness as he didn't want the Asura race to go to war once again. 

" You loser shut up and don't speak unless you are asked. well let me ask you, why shouldn't I go to war? do you think Indra would want peace once I exterminate all of his family? so Shut up and don't spew any more nonsense or I can just give you a trial if you want, " Andhaka spoke in a dangerous and cruel tone and turned to look towards Virochana. 

Nobody in the room present was an idiot and they can get what Andhaka meant to say and it will be a lie to say that the Asuras present here didn't want Virochana to die, instead, they hoped that Virochana died because they didn't consider the pair of Father and Son as one of them anymore, and they have never done it even before. 

It was just because of Prahlada's strength and Vishnu's support for him that made them obey him. 

Prahlada's face became a little hideous and he clenched his fists tightly. 

" Then I assume we are not needed here. Virochana let's go and since I have promised you then call me whenever you need me when going to war, till then I would like to spend my time away from here. " Prahlada spoke in an angry tone and bowed to Shukra and went out of the room with Virochana following him. 

" Who wanted you here in the first place? Dog " Svarbhanu snorted and spoke loud enough for everyone to hear while looking at Prahlada's back, he never liked Prahlada and he always made sure to make it clear, whether it was before or now. 

As for facing Prahlada's anger? don't make such jokes, he isn't scared of Prahlada, he knows he may lose to Prahlada but it's not like he will be crushed easily, from what he saw in a fight between Andhaka and Prahlada he is sure to give Prahlada a lot of trouble even in his Final form. 

And Apart from that, there is also his own pride. He is a Danava Crown Prince and son of the previous Danava King Viprachitti and there are no restrictions on him to accept Prahlada as his own king. 

No one said anything against Svarbhanu's words as more or less all the Asurs and Danavs present here had the same feeling as him. 

" Well then let's move on and not ruin the mood of the meeting. " Shukra spoke while seeing everybody's angry faces. 

" So currently we have a Total population of [ 105, 000 ]

Of those, the number of normal soldiers is [ 71, 000 ]

The number of the Ultimate class is [ 695 ] and the number of the Satan class is [ 270 ]

Then comes the core of our army the Asuras of God class level [ 30 ] which will be you all gathered here and then the High God class which we have [ 5 ] in total.

" So that would be nine Satan Class Asuras for every God class to command and then under each Satan would come two ultimate class commanders. so that would be like this " Andhaka started scribbling down on a big stone which he had prepared before in the room. 

1 God - 9 Satan.

1 Satan - 2 Ultimate. 

" .... but Andhaka that would leave out around 155 Ultimate class Asuras. " Svarbhanu spoke after understanding the words on the stone. 

" You are right and those will be back up or the people left to guard the Rasatala if we are gone. I have other plans for them, so leave them aside for now ." Andhaka continued writing on the board. 

" Now for every Satan class there would be a unit comprising of 250 normal soldiers, that would be 67,500 Soldiers and the rest 3,500 are left as the previous one. So it will finally look like this. "

Left - 155 Ultimate Class and 3,500 Normal soldiers. 

" Haaa, Now this should be easy for you all to understand. " Andhaka finally finished writing and finally he had completed how to restructure the army. 

This will also naturally increase competition inside the Asura Army and inspire them to do better than the other unit. 

" But what about The High gods? " Vritra who was usually quiet asked softly. 

As being the only woman in the room her presence diminishes a lot so this proposal made her quite interested. 

" We have Five High God Class but since Mahishasura doesn't want to lead an army and Prahlada wouldn't be given any responsibility than those thirty God class will be led by us three. " Andhaka spoke while pointing towards Svarbhanu, Vritra and himself. 

" My King, this subject would like to apologise but I have a little objection. I am an Asura and I only want to serve an Asura so I would like you to request to you that please let us choose our lord by our own free will and I think the other Asurs must be thinking the same as we but we want to serve you---- " 

" Vrkasura, do you think we have the liberty to do such nonsensical things? We are not in the position to have such petty discussions. What problem do you have whether you serve an Asura or a Danava as in the end the King you serve is me and become more powerful than her if you do not want to serve her and yes you will be serving Vritra and please think carefully about it, Strength is the Capital to speak here and not which race you belong to as for if you have any problem regarding her being a woman, that also has a solution. Become stronger and get on the level of High God and you wouldn't have to serve her. NOW NO MORE QUESTIONS AS THIS IS FINAL and let me make one thing clear, in my command, there is no Asura or No Danava. You will get the same punishment upon doing a crime and get the same reward upon doing something great. IS THAT CLEAR? " Andhaka spoke coldly while looking at Vrkasura. 

" I apologise for my short-sightedness my King and I will be in your care lady Vritra. " Vrkasura understood Andhaka's words quite thoroughly and apologised quickly. 

The others who also had some chaotic thoughts in their mind quieted down and the Danavas looked at Andhaka with respect and were quite happy after listening to Andhaka's words. 

" So we three will each have 10 God class under us, does anyone has any other objection? " Andhaka once again asked to confirm and seeing that no one objected he nodded with a smile. 

" Now Svarbhanu is the matter regarding Krodhvasas going well. " Andhaka turned towards Svarbhanu and asked eagerly. 

Krodhvasas were quite a ferocious race but they had the strength and he needed that. 

" Brother it's a little bad as they are much more stupid than we had thought. It would only damage us if try includes them in our army. From the current point of view, the only way we can benefit from them is to lure our enemies to them and let them fight against each other. " Svarbhanu spoke with a little embarrassment as he had agreed so confidently when Andhaka gave him responsibility regarding this matter and now he had to give him such an embarrassing reply. 

" well.... this certainly makes things difficult for us. What about the Danavas on the first two floors? " 

" The lord of the first floor, Balasura has agreed to my proposition since he was only dissatisfied with Prahlada but the lords of the second realm King Hayagriva and King Vainateya refused directly and they don't plan to fight in any war for us and have said that they want to rule their realm and it doesn't matter to them whoever becomes the king. " 

" ..... " Andhaka silently looked at the stone depicting their total numbers and was in a difficult situation. 

" Sigh, so what are your thoughts on this matter Svarbhanu after all you are Crown Prince of Danavas. " Andhaka stared at his cousin and wanted to know what his thoughts were regarding this matter. 

" Haaa,... I would like to warn them one last time and even after that they don't comply then I will have to use force. " Svarbhanu only thought for a second and replied in a cold tone. 

His father and the previous Danava King were killed in the war against Devas and seeing these Danavas acting like this only made his resolve to eradicate them more and more firm. 

" As you wish, "
