“You ever hear of the RET teams?”

“Retribution teams? Yea who hasn’t? The program was officially dismissed after the riots back in Ninety-nine.”

“Unofficially?”

“About thirty-seven years after the fact. Most of them we didn’t liquidate, we transferred into Oathkeepers, or other jobs, should all be gone or under our control right now…Why?”

“Well I just got a ping from the Oathkeeper’s files, apparently there’s a potential threat group calling themselves Retribution.”

“This late in? If they’re a normie they’d have to be in their fifties or sixties by now unless they were an Awakened, but we nabbed all of them. So either this is a coincidence or there's a leak from one of the survivors.”

“Or, maybe we weren’t as thorough as we thought. Should we alert the general?”

“Best not to right now, he just got out of a meeting with that pretentious Academy prick thats always snooping around. Let’s see if we can piggyback on the Oathkeepers and get one of our guys to oversee the investigation.”
