Genshin Power Scaling is so low. Not like any anime I have seen. It's tricky.

This is not set in stone and is only rough, maybe. Power levels in Genshin are so low that categorizing it is a fucking pain.

Some characters may appear to be more powerful than canon but since genshin's power scaling is so (weak). I'll try my best.

For [Realms of Mastery] I'll try to come up with some feats but it'll be hard.
