No one was safe; both inferior and superior Peasant evolution line members were sent flying in the air. Because they could not withstand the crushing force of Crushing Geysers, Peasants, Vibrants, Militants, and Rampants were crushed into pieces.

But the Bakunawa was not done yet...

The Bakunawa opened its mouth, activated Oceanic Rage, and launched a blue laser beam at the massive army in front of it. Eon emerged from the Kegali forest, across the Red Island. The Bakunawa was watching him intently as he approached the river. When they got to a certain distance, the Bakunawa growled, warning Eon not to push his luck. If Eon continued to walk, the Bakunawa would attack him.

Eon came to a halt and remained motionless for a few seconds, staring directly into the serpentine giant's eyes in front of him. While snow fell from the sky, they both stared at each other. They were both waiting for the other to make the next move.

Then Eon decided to declare his intention first.

Eon raised both of his hands, revealing his razor-sharp claws, and then charged at the Bakunawa with his wings.

The Bakunawa, seeing Eon's action as a clear sign of aggression, activated its skill, Oceanic Rage, and blasted it in Eon's direction. But instead of attempting to avoid the devastating attack, Eon simply covered his head with his right arm and faced it head on. The destructive blue light beam engulfed Eon and struck him full force. It was a highly destructive skill that would completely destroy its target. Oceanic Rage's eerie sound echoed for a few seconds before disappearing.

However... The intended target of the Oceanic Rage remained standing in the middle of the hole created by the attack.

Eon slowly lowered his arm and darted his glowing eyes towards his prey... Not an adversary, but a prey.

Eon leaped away from the Bakunawa's body, which had turned into a massive ice statue. Because of the reflection of the sun above, its majestic image shone. Its mouth was open, revealing its sharp fangs. The battle happened so quickly that the spectators were left perplexed by what had just occurred. The Warden of Hell's Gates was defeated.

Eon flew away from the scenery without looking back. What Eon left behind was a frozen statue of one of the forest's most powerful monsters. The river dwellers could only stare at what remained on the Bakunawa as it slowly melted due to the sun and water flowing through it.

The first superior monster was defeated... There are a few more to go. Eon would come after them.
