“Thanks for the ride.” I gave the driver 10 copper and ran into the hotel holding the package with my 3 custom clothes under my armpit. I was wet, and my socks felt soggy. I had found the driver in a cafe after spotting her carriage parked outside that same cafe. She wouldn’t move for anything lower than 10 copper.
The rain was awful, and it was only getting worse. I heard the echoes of thunder as I entered the hotel.
With squeaky feet, I walked up the stairs.
I opened the door to our room and went in. Otto and Sterling weren’t inside. I put the wet umbrella in the corner and unfolded my new clothes. I looked them over and took the plumber’s overalls to the bathroom. I held it up to my shoulder and thought, “Not bad.” It should fool most.
Then I hung up all 3 of them in the closet and looked at the time. It was past lunch again, and again I hadn’t eaten. I decided I’d only get a snack, so I could still have dinner later. So I changed out of my wet clothes and went downstairs.
I spotted everyone around a large table when I entered the restaurant, playing cards.
I grabbed a plate, got some cake, and pulled up a chair beside them.
“Ah, master.” Garth pulled out an umbrella from a bag beside his feet and said, “Here’s your umbrella.”
I had a fork in my hand. “Just put it there.” I pointed to the table beside us. “You went out into the rain?”
“Yes, to buy the umbrellas like I said I would, master.” He said.
“Right, good job,” I said.
Faint flashes of lightning came through the windows, and we heard the echoes of thunder.
On a rainy day like this, I wondered about the slime monsters in the sewers. In Delaron it’s kind of a random easter egg, like the witch’s tiger-cat. The standard quest to hunt slime monsters in the sewers is always on the bulletin board of the adventurer’s guild. Then there’s the competitive quest generated when the rain starts to flood the sewers and giant slimes crawl out onto the surface. The reward for the standard quest is lackluster and isn’t worth my time, but the competitive quest is another thing. The adventurer’s guild and the city mayor jointly award the 3 groups that collect the most slime cores. And the 1st price winner with the highest number of slime cores gets a World rank item, money, discounts at every store in Delaron, and tax exemptions.
I continued to watch the rain as they played cards. Usually, before the competitive quest gets generated, all the NPCs start talking about slime monster attacks happening all over the city. And it becomes the murmur of the city. I haven’t heard anything like that yet. Maybe if it rains for 2 or 3 days straight…
I was getting bored watching them play cards. It’s boring.
I got behind Otto and kissed his neck. “Let’s go upstairs.” I hotly whispered into his ear.
“But I’m wining.” He complained.
“And I’m not,” I said. “I want to win too.” I ran my hands over his chest.
Nikola, who was also losing, said, “Should we go upstairs too?” At her boys.
“You can’t quit,” Terrie said. She was winning in cards.
“I’m getting bored, Terrie,” Theo said. “Can’t we do something else?”
“No, I said I’d be in the restaurant. I forgot to give them our room number.” She said.
“Who?” Theo asked.

I started stripping while Otto and Sterling made out.
“Hey, you guys strip too,” I told them as I pulled down my panties and exposed my pubes.
Sterling yanked off Otto’s shirt and pushed him down on the bed. They collapsed on the bed with Sterling on top. “You’re being aggressive today,” Otto said.

I smiled confidently and lowered my body. But I couldn’t keep my cool, my eyes turned doey, and my mouth hung open as his manly dick penetrated me. “Aaww.” I moaned as I slid down on his dick. He did a good job filling up my wet pussy. “Oh god, yes,” I said and started humping him. Thrusting my hips on him as I pleased, I clenched my fingers around his hair and stuck my tongue in his mouth. I felt his hand on my ass, helping me fuck him harder. Sterling stood up on the bed, and we felt his gorgeous peen poking our faces. We stopped kissing so we could use our tongues to please his dick. His fingers ran through our hairs as we slid our tongues on his dick.As we cuddled, Otto got hard again. I got on my side and pointed my ass at him so we could do round 2. He did me in the spooning position for round 2. He roughly grabbed onto my waist and hammered away. Sterling watched me moan, and we touched noses and gave each other love eyes and kisses. Otto propped himself up to push me down as he humped me. The amount of force he put on my waist was kind of painful, but I didn’t complain and let him do as he wanted. I wanted to be a good girlfriend and give my all to my boyfriends.
Round 2 didn’t last long because Otto’s dick was still sensitive from his first orgasm, and after humping me a little, he was over the edge. He squirted again.
And as he finished up, I looked up at the clock and said, “Let’s take a shower and go for an early dinner. I’m hungry.”

When we went down to the restaurant, Terrie and her boys were still playing cards.
I picked up a plate and gathered my food from the buffet.
I finished eating and ordered wine.
Nikola and her crew showed up as I uncorked the first bottle. Nikola was full of smiles.
As soon as Nikola started getting her food, so did everyone else.
I drank wine while they ate.
“Terrie!” Someone I’d never met before showed up at our table. He was wearing a shirt with a feathery collar. He had yellow eyes, black hair, and fair skin.
Terrie got up from her table and hugged him. “I thought you wouldn’t come.” She smiled. “I wouldn’t have blamed you.”
“No. I would’ve come earlier if it wasn’t for the rain.” He said.
“Ah, right. You could’ve come tomorrow.” Terrie said. Then she looked behind him and added, “It doesn’t look like Len forgave me.”
“Ah, that…” He scratched his head.
Benard, who’d been trying to figure out who his girlfriend was hugging, realized, “You’re the guy from yesterday. The one hiding behind the other taller one.”
“Yeah, guys, meet Wilf Paternoseter?” Terrie was a little unsure, “Am I pronouncing that right? Paternoseter.”
“Close, it’s Paternoster.” He said.
“Noster, right. Okay. Got it. Paternoster.” She smiled. “Guys, this is your new brother.”
“What!?” Both Benard and Theo were surprised.
I had no idea what was going on, so I listened. They talked… And the more they talked, the more I frowned, and the more I frowned, the more infuriated I became.
I slammed my fist on the table. “You morons…” I said through my grinding teeth. The table became silent instantly, and they looked at me, shocked. Do I need to explain everything to these idiots? Both my teammates are morons. Terrie seemed to have slept with this Wilf guy and some Len guy. Which was good, but I couldn’t understand why she’d tell them about the bracelet of eros. Doesn’t she understand spreading such sensitive information could get us unwanted attention? I didn’t tell Otto about the bracelet till he had already moved in with us. It seems this Len guy now has a grudge against us because he was tricked by the bracelet. While this Wilf guy appears to be cool with it. You can never tell with the bracelet. Love is a fickle thing; sometimes, all it takes is a spark, and sometimes you need a flamethrower. You never know when the bracelet might spark love, but that doesn’t mean they can just take in any mutt that happens to have low charm resistance. Now that I think about it, does Nikola tell everyone too? I thought Halit was a one-time thing, but what if… I took a deep breath.
As my fist shook, I said in the calmest tone I could, “Guys, let’s go out into the patio. We need to talk.” I didn’t want to yell at them in the restaurant.
After I left, I imagined Garth saying: “I think we should go out.” Because one by one, they came out into the patio and sat down on the wet chairs. And I went on a long and angry lecture about how the bracelet should be used, what information they should share, and general common sense! At least you’d think it’s common sense! How hard is it to understand that you shouldn’t flippantly reveal that you’re basically wearing a World rank item… Technically a Rare rank, but the point remains.
Halit was smiling through my whole lecture, so I screamed, “What the hell are you smiling about!?” And he looked down at the ground and stopped smiling.
I don’t know what kind of first impression I was making on Wilf, our new family member, but it wasn’t good. He looked too frightened to even look at me.
But I pushed forward, hoping to burn common sense into their skulls.

I thought I did good, and I thought I was being kind by not killing them till the door to our room closed. Then Otto started lecturing me about my behavior.
I tried to fight back, but Sterling was taking his side too, saying, “It’s good to be honest, Sherrie. You were basically telling them to lie.”
But the demon king, the church, the black widows, the everything! I wanted to scream at them.
“And I wonder what Wilf thinks of you now,” Otto said. “He hasn’t even been in the family for a day, and you yell at him.”
“I wasn’t really yelling at him.” I tried to wiggle out of his accusation.
“Yeah, you were only telling him that he didn’t belong in the family. Despite knowing about the bracelet and how he was tricked, he goes out of his way to become our family, and you tell him he was Terrie’s mistake.” Otto said.
“Ah, that, but…” So that’s how I ended up sleeping on the couch.
