You turned to the eight page of chapter 1. The first paragraph gave an introduction to the history of boats which spanned for over five to six thousand years. As you continued to read, something suddenly happened.

The words seemed to be moving. You rubbed your eyes, thinking your vision had blurred from fatigue. But, that wasn't the case. You stared at the page as the words in the first paragraph shifted and transformed into a short passage.

The passage read: Of Charon's Boat across the River, grant thy key as thy mind wanders to freedom.
