“Master, what good is trash like this?”
Dumbo was absolutely agitated, and was shrieking as he tried to kill the kneeling Demi-Saint Insectoid. Knocking him over on the ground with a paw, it barked furiously, “How dare you hunt down my master? I’ll kill you, believe it!”
“Calm down.”
Jiang He waved his hand to stop Dumbo.
Being the ruler of the world in his body, Jiang He naturally sensed what set that Demi-Saint Insectoid apart. Frowning, he asked, “I have some questions for you.”
As if a drowning man grasping at straws, the Demi-Saint Insectoid’s eyes lit up and asked, “Would you spare my life if my answers are to your satisfaction?”
“Dream on!”
Dumbo sneered, gnashing its canines. “What my master mean is that he would give you a quick death if your answers are to his satisfaction!”
That Demi-Saint Insectoid looked as if he had been forced to eat dirt.
It was weird if one thought about it.
Not only did all matriarchs have human appearance aside from being taller, but they were also attractive in appearance… on the other hand, the Insectoid warriors they created came in all shapes and sizes that resembled insects.
“What’s your name?”
“Kun Nalo.”
“What do you think about this place?”
The Demi-Saint Insectoid did a double take, as if it did not expect that question from Jiang He.
He looked around and at the starry skies above, carefully extending his senses. Even so, he could not sense his own Dao, and hence panicked further before asking in return, “What actually is this place?”
“Why can’t I sense my own Dao?”
Delight showed on Jiang He’s face, and he said, “Good. I have no more questions now.”
Kun Nalo was dumbstruck.
What’s going on?
That’s it?
Aren’t you going to squeeze me for information about us Insectoid elites and our military strategies?
But even as he spaced out in confusion, Dumbo, Trumbo and the others all understood.
“Kill that son of a gun!”
Dumbo yelled, and lunged forward ahead of the others.
Hetui!
The Seven Bottle Gourd Brothers rushed forward as well, spitting out their air blades.
Trumbo adjusted its glasses, rushing with a pained look and muttering things like ‘this isn’t very gentlemanly’.
Regardless, Kun Nalo was soon killed, leaving a tragic and unrecognizable corpse.
Nonetheless, Jiang He was furious and snapped, “I promised to make it quick. Can’t you all hold back a little?”
Dumbo trembled, and quietly said, “I already killed him with my first blow… he died very quickly.”
***
After that, Jiang He threw Kun Nalo’s corpse among the stars as he pondered.
He, Dumbo, and the others were unaffected by the world in his body, but Kun Nalo said that he was unable to sense his Dao… if that was the case, would the same effect apply to Saints that entered the world in his body?
“I wouldn’t have come out for a stroll if I knew. Wouldn’t it be more practical to test it out with the Grandmaster of Heaven?”
Still, Jiang He would not dare to pull a Saint into the world in his body on a whim!
Things were not certain yet, and what if the world in his body blew up if he recklessly pulled one in?

“I guess I should wait after I return to the Three Realms and tested things out with the Grandmaster of Heaven.”
“The most important thing at the moment is to make good use of my time, and visit the other seven Demi-Saint Insectoids…”
With that, Jiang He started to weave in and out of the Insectoids’ domain, searching for their Demi-Saints, and managed to ‘visit’ five of them in a day.
And yet, he ran into someone unexpected when he visited the sixth.
This particular matriarch was the disciple of the Nine-Headed Insectoid Saint, and her hive planet was in the same planetary system of the Saint’s own summer palace.
Jiang He had just killed her, but even before he could put her corpse and hive into the world in his body, he sensed a horrific Saint’s might bursting in the distance.
“Who dares slay my disciple?”
The Nine-Headed Insectoid Saint’s body expanded.
Unlike the Insectoids with human appearances, its true form was of an intimidating bug that was thousands of miles in length and bore nine heads.
“The Nine-Headed Insectoid Saint?”
Jiang He put the hive planet into the world in his body unhurriedly. “Word has it that you’re the weakest Saint, but it’s not really true—your aura is not that weak compared to Lord Swelling Sky’s.”
Instead of escaping, Jiang He faced the Nine-Headed Insectoid Saint directly.
His immortal arts and martial arts aura were released at once. With World Strength buffing him, his skyrocketing did not actually lose out to the Nine-Headed Insectoid Saint’s.
Still, would the Nine-Headed Insectoid Saint not know what Jiang He looked like, being one of the Saints of his own race?
Stunned, all nine faces fell then as he could not help exclaiming, “Jiang He, human of the Three Realms?!”
“You’ve become a Saint?”
“My foot!”
Jiang he shot back and attacked, instantly releasing Twilight of the Gods—the Fist of the Six Paths of Reincarnation, third style.
The Nine-Headed Insectoid Saint burst out with its full strength as well and engaged Jiang He in a melee.
Gaping his maw, he breathed a godly rainbow ray that sent Jiang He flying over thousands of miles.
As the godly raw hovered, it turned out to be a colossal divine city—and yet another hive.
“It was said that your talent is outrageous… that you could fight off Lord Swelling Sky even before reaching Sainthood. Now that I’ve met you, I realize those claims are certainly true!”
“However, those who aren’t Saints are ultimately maggots, and I shall have you witness a Saint’s power on this very day!”
His titanic form danced and twirled, landing on the divine city.
In the next instant, a dense shadow swarmed out from within the hive that spanned two hundred thousand kilometers in diameter.
Hundreds of Grand Luo Insectoid warriors assumed formations and charged at Jiang He.
And behind them were twenty-eight Demi-Saint Insectoid warriors!
Most horrifically, there was another Insectoid warrior whose aura hovered in the middle of Demi-Saints and Saints. In fact, his aura was so strong he would not lose out to the Grand Mage of Xuandu, even if the latter was armed with the three treasures of Taishang Laojun!
Under such circumstances, the Grand Mage of Xuandu would have to turn and run even if he had the three treasures.
And yet, not only was Jiang He not running, but he also started to laugh out loud instead.
“Word has it that the Insectoids are formidable at group battles, but I guess that’s all you could offer.”
“One Insectoid Saint like you only managed to groom twenty-eight Demi-Saint Insectoid warriors?”
Jiang He beckoned then, and the world quaked.
Behind him, forty-five Demi-Saints led by the Stoner Patriarch flew forward, followed by three massive Chaos beings that were thousands of miles in length.
In addition, Dumbo, Trumbo, the Seven Bottle Gourd Brothers, the Nine Wise Rock Monkeys, Unknown Fox, Hu Mei, Boa Hancock, Sora, and the willow tree all released their auras, which did not pale in comparison to Demi-Saints.
Streaks of tendrils extending over thousands of miles spread out as well, as the Cloudscraper Vine, which had now evolved to Demi-Saint, revealed itself.
Indeed, its main body was now comparable to a star, with tendrils so long that it could break space and time with a whimsical coil!
Sorry… but I, Jiang He, am better at it!
