The mood was solemn as we were dismissed to our dorms. After her speech, Dr Komachi rushed off for some 'quality time' with her husband, and Ms Rikka finished up the opening ceremony. Of course we were given a warning that certain matters relating to the School and it's missions and goals was absolutely top secret, we didn't have to guess why. Either case, none of us backed out of the programne when told of the potential rewards.
"Is this really possible," muttered Sora, "social reintegration?"
"I don't know but it seems fishy to me." Kouta said, "if there's one thing I know, it's that those outside hate our guts. Why they would ever agree to something like this, is beyond me."
"Well if Dr Komachi says so, then it must be true right?"
"Don't be naive Shiho, there's always something going on in the background. I can feel it. How else can a Upper House representative and an Exile pull something like this off?"
Leave it to the savvy former businesswoman to guess at the political motivations behind the scenes. It was a first though that I heard Ms Rikka was an Councilor. On second thought, it should have been obvious. No party would openly support Exiles.
"My guess is, Dr Komachi or Ms Tanaka has some dirt on the government. They're using it as blackmail. But those government geezers they won't back down so easy, so they want to send us off to dangerous places to die so we won't get a chance at this 'social reintegration' thing."
"Either way," I interrupted, "if we have a chance we should take it. Much better than rotting on this island. If we succeed, we can at least see what we can do outside to help the rest here."
Rikka and Kaoru nodded along with my reasoning, but Kouta just gave a derisive snort. Natasha however was just giggling as usual.
"What's so funny Tasha?" Sora asked
"Nothing, just that you guys seem to be getting along well."
We all stared at her like she had gone crazy, then looked at each other and slowly we started laughing together as well. It was hard to explain why we found the situation so funny but it was, and even Rikka started smiling.
"Well whatever, we got a shot we take it yeah?"
"""Yeah!"""
Natasha and Rikka both just nodded, but where one was giggling uncontrollably the other had a creepy smirk on her face. We started laughing at Rikka too and eventually she gave in and laughed as well.
For now we had nothing to do except to prepare for lessons tomorrow. The materials and our schedules had already been downloaded into our pads in our rooms and so we spent most of the afternoon checking through and comparing with one another.
Each of us had our own unique lesson plans but we shared quite a few classes like military theory classes and ethics and social studies and languages. Other than that, we would be kept busy with our own classes.
Since I had opted for a double degree in Social Science and Economics with a minor in Mathematics, I was the most busy compared to all of them with three classes a day except on Wednesday and Friday when we had our shared classes.
Rikka who was taking a second doctorate in Physics offered to help me with my math whenever she was free, although to be honest she was the most free out of all of us.
Kouta and Sora were taking a degree in Business Management, Kouta had an engineering degree before he went into business while Sora wanted to start a business himself. Much to his annoyance, he found that he was sharing many of his classes with Kouta, who was pleased to have a friend.
Shiho would be sharing a class with me in the Social Sciences, but she wanted to pursue Architecture as her major, while Kaoru was stuck completing an accelerated highschool programme for now before he could opt for a degree.
Natasha though had her own work to do from before she was an Exile which apparently was important enough that she was allowed to continue and wouldn't tell us about it.
As evening fell, we retired to our rooms after dinner and though I could hear my roommates beyond the door I had complete privacy for the first time in a while. Well almost, I had to draw the blinds because Kouta was peeping on me. When I asked what on earth he was doing, he had apparently gotten permission to make a garden area and was walking around to his window when he passed by mine.
I shooed him away when he asked if I needed any help with a sly grin on his face and locked the windows and closed the blinds. Just for good measure I locked my door as well. Finally I had complete privacy.
The mood was slightly ruined though, and I had to take some time to reinvigorate myself as I read a romantic novel on my pad. Soon enough I became rather hot and bothered and gently lifted the hem of my skirt up to my waist.
The story was about some commoner girl from out in the sticks who came to the city for work and had somehow attracted the attentions of a rich man. One thing led to another and currently they were busying themselves in Mr Romantic's office as his employees scuttled about outside just like how I could hear Shiho and Natasha fooling around about something or rather outside my door as my arousal kicked into full gear.
I had learnt about all the sensitive areas in my body in Campus One, and I followed along as the story progressed. I traced my lips when Mr Romantic here leaned in for a kiss, then smoothed over the surface of my skin underneath my dress all the way down to my waist and slipped my hands under the cloth as he started putting his hands all over the Heroine's body.
As I read along, Mr Romantic began to press his body onto the her and I sort of lost my head for a second. Recently, I had begun to imagine myself in the place of the girl in many of my fantasies. In the beginning it was because it was easier to imagine and follow along but slowly, I guess I just got used to the female body.
When he began touching certain areas, I slipped my palms down and gently traced the surface between my legs, as I imagined the warmth of someone else's hands doing the same to me.
I must admit I flushed at that very thought as my face felt hot, my excitement had the opposite effect below as I felt my fingers slip over something wet.
Finally, he slips a finger and so did I. My breath was rather ragged as my fingers went as far as it would reach, and with some force I curled my fingers up and pressed onto the roof of my walls as I moved my finger over the rough folds within in a slow rhythmic fashion.
As I did so, my ring and index finger pressed against the sides of my openings and I pressed my palm on the tiny 'happy' button at the top of my opening.
Understandably a little bit of my voice came out as I did so, and I even came a little as did the heroine in the story. Still I went on, as Mr Romantic escalated things.
I couldn't fit two fingers, but it didn't matter and I continued on as before. Once he was done, he had the heroine turn around to face the desk as she lifted a leg up. I of course wasn't about to walk up to the window to do the same even with the blinds drawn, so I just bent one of my knees on the bed.
Things started to really heat up from here on and soon enough I myself had flipped over on my bed with my face first in a pillow as I knelt wide with my butt high up and my left hand busying itself vigorously while I scrolled the pages with my right.
I was breathing rather loudly so I had to muffle it as I read on. I must've climaxed three times after that as I collapsed down onto my bed trembling like a newborn deer. I had abandoned the novel some way through as I wanted to use the full extent of my two hands to pleasure myself as I went for one last burst.
With one hand moving in small but rough and fast circular motions, and the other curling deep within as it pressed hard on the roof of my canal, I could feel the contractions starting as that familiar knot pulled deep within.
I was so close and my thighs were pressed together, somewhat squishing my hands and affecting it's range of motion almost as if it wanted to push my hands in as hard as possible.
With a burst, my walls started pulsing around my finger pressed tight, with each pulse causing the rough folds lining it to slide over my finger as it tried to pull it deeper. I could see the muscles around my waist connecting to my thighs tense and relax in tandem with the waves of ecstasy almost as if in a dance, as my waist was ever so slightly pulled up with each tense.
After I had calmed down and my breathing returned to normal, I decided to take a shower and took my towel and bathing kit and my pajamas. When I opened the door, it was silent.
It wasn't like there wasn't anyone in the room, everyone was present. But they all looked rather preoccupied, as if they found doing nothing very interesting. Shiho was reading some book she borrowed from the library upside down, while the rest stared out into the far distance beyond the walls of the dorm. Except Natasha who was having a staring contest with Kouta who was stifling some laughter and Reika who was typing something in her pad, though her face seemed a little red.

I threw down the towel and immediately ran up to Kouta to land a flying kick straight in the face, but me knees were still wobbly so I could only jump high enough to get the abdomen. The room erupted into chaos after that.
The girls accompanied me to the showers as I angrily stormed off. Reika was busy and said she would shower later, bur Natasha dragged her along anyway.
"Honestly it's quite normal Hotaru," they said trying to comfort me, "we didn't hear anything either." But Reika let slip that they had all been pressing their ears on my door and could hear quite a lot, which made me quite angry at them.
"She did too!" They protested and Reika turned her head away, but I forgave her for her honesty. At this point though, I was too tired to argue and we boisterously took a bath. The girls from the opposite room came in later and they had quite a laugh about the whole event, though I was the butt of the jokes.
It seemed boys will be boys, even after they become girls.
Anyway, we had ourselves a good bonding session with the other girls. They had apparently been planning to go over to the playgrounds this weekend to stock up on groceries for the kitchen and asked if we would like to join. I already had plans with Michiru so I declined as did Reika, but Natasha and Shiho were both enthusiastic about it and began chattering away.
I learned though, that one of the girls by the name of Hiyori would be joining me tomorrow for Economics as well as sharing the same class for violin lessons on Saturday. She was my age too, and had just started her first term in Kyoto University when she became an Exile. She was grade 10 before so she promised to help me in class and practice together on Saturday.
When we got back to the dorm rooms, Kaoru had a rather red face which set of some alarm in Shiho's head and she began railing at Kouta while Sora was just shaking his head together with Natasha. As for me, I slunk back into my room wanting this day to be over as with Reika giving me a goodnight as she too went into her room beside mine, apparently having the same idea.
After a brief chat with Michiru and the girls, I turned off the lights and slept.
It was a quiet night after the rest had gone to bed, when I heard some scuffling in Reika's room as I went to go to the toilet. At the very least I now knew the doors weren't as soundproof as I thought even taking into account the ambient noise in the day, although I felt I was better at hiding my voice.
I was the first to wake early in the morning as per my usual routine so I slowly went about my business and had a shower before everyone else and went over at the Colosseum as we called it, to get some breakfast for everyone.
When I got back to the dorm though, Reika was already up and was going to the showers when I came by, so I mentioned in passing the thing about the doors. There was a slight slip in her step and she raised an eyebrow, but otherwise we just passed by without much conversation.
Today I had an early class at nine on the subject of Economics. The rest had their own lessons later in the day except Reika and Natasha who was as carefree as ever. Kaoru was banging on Shiho's door getting her to wake up for breakfast when I left after scarfing down two melon buns. Kouta was still snoozing away but no one cared about him, at least I didn't.
When I got to the Colosseum, I checked where the lesson room was at the front desk and ordered for a coffee to be sent up at the bar. Taking the left lift up to the third floor, I found that Hiyori was already in, sipping away at some ginger tea with a book in hand in the room. She had taken the liberty of getting the textbook for us from one of the shelves and passed it to me as we said our good mornings.
As we chatted, another person came in and he introduced himself as Masaki from the third floor dorm. He was majoring in Economics and minoring in Urban Studies so had a few classes with Shiho later in the day.
Our professor was a rather ditzy looking bespectacled woman about eighteen years of age, who introduced herself as Iwai Sei. She looked rather competent and had many years of experience in economics.
She was an assistant professor in Economics even before she was an Exile and frequently travels out back to Hokkaido University for work. She was part of the first batch and was offered a position here which she accepted because she was bedazzled by the sum of money she would get as salary. This she said on accident and became quite flustered, so we all chose to ignore it.
It was clear to us though, why she was only ever an assistant professor at her age. Not because she was an Exile, but because she was a complete airhead.
Frequently she would lose her train of thought or derailed, and her subjects would all be out of order and required her to go through another topic just to make things clear where she would then make the same mistake.
"Professor," I started after an hour in, as it appeared the other two won't say anything, "I suggest you get your subjects in order before you start teaching us anything."
"Whaaa-"
"Your topics are all over the place, the arguments make no sense because of that. You are teaching us material for next semester and frankly you are confusing."
I was about to walk out when she grabbed a hold of me.
"Pleeeaaaase! Give me a chaaance! I've never done this before I've always wanted to be a professor so pleeeeaaaase!"
Frankly she looked rather pathetic and nothing like the competent lecturer I had envisioned before. As she was larger, I could not break out of her grip, and we struggled for quite a while when the door opened.
"Sei..." Said the man, he was a tall but average looking person.
"Oh Taku! You're finally here."
The man, Ishihara Taku was a friend of Prof. Sei and was also hired as her assistant professor, but in actuality was here to organize everything for her and reel her in before she makes a mess.
Apparently she was very gifted at economics and practically a prodigy, but had a hard time organizing and communicating her thoughts her whole life which made her a very bad teacher. Mr Ishihara on the other hand was a professional lecturer for a distinguished prep school though not for economics but rather the hard sciences, and offered to join her here so that he could help out.
"I'm really sorry for her pathetic state. Please give her a chance." Having practically begged, I couldn't refuse so I sullenly sat back down.
With him around to guide her, the lesson went a lot smoother. Soon we could see why she was offered to come here, her grasp and explanation of any concept was crystal clear and simple, after having been translated slightly through Mr Ishihara who could guess what she was trying to say.
The problem was that Prof. Sei had a tendency to add onomatopoeias in her explanations when she got excited, and her brain would think faster than her mouth could speak. Sometimes she would leave her sentences unfinished and moved on to the next.
We're it not for this, she would have made an excellent professor. Mr Ishiyama was very adept at dealing with her, and so whenever she got too jumpy he would tap her on her head and refined whatever she was saying into something more intelligible for us.
Of course this was a very novel experience even for the other two who had gone to a university before. Still, the lessons were very thorough and simple as well as entertaining, to the point that when lessons ended we all felt as if we had mastered economics as well as the art of two man comedy.
"Who knew economics was so connected with everything?" Hiyori said, "Even the professors at my university weren't that thorough."
"Right?" Masaki said, "I'm glad it turned out alright. When she started making UFO sounds in the begining I was about to question reality."
In any case it was time for a quick lunch. For the social sciences, my class was split into psychology and sociology, and political science and law. Somewhat more interestingly, today was focused on political economy under the political science subjects along with some laws pertaining to international trade.
It quickly proved to be a mistake to get so excited, I thought to myself as I dropped my pad and books when I walked into the room and slowly sank to my knees. Smiling sheepishly was Mr Ishihara while Prof. Sei was downing cups of coffee in one hand and visibly shaking as she muttered to herself in excitement, scribbling various intricate graphs connecting a multitude of ideas and concepts on the board. At the very least she was ready this time, and I bet it was Mr Ishihara that gave her this idea.
