While the second day's outfit was a sparkling design overall due to the gold, Aurora found herself ordering one for herself. The designer, however, was once again conflicted. She was happy that her outfits looked great on Aurora, but she started thinking that her outfits were all made on Aurora’s behalf...even though they only met for the first time a few days ago.
The festival continued like so, with not much happening.
Aurora spent a few hours a day used as a mannequin, and the rest holed up in her lab. Like that, the last day of the festival finally arrived. Unlike the first six days, Aurora walked around the academy to look at the other shops set up by the students.
She found that most shops either fell in the food or jewelry category. There were also some interesting ideas, such as games, horseback riding, and swordsmanship clubs.
As Aurora watched customers taking turns to get a chance to win a prize at the archery club, she noticed many eyes staring at her. One customer aimed his arrow at the target, only to miss by a large margin when he turned to look at her.
Aurora knew why this happened but felt hopeless as there wasn’t anything she could do to fix it.
The seventh-day outfit’s theme was a lovely romance.
The outfit was a one-piece dress with a flower on each shoulder and one in the middle. Hanging from the flower in the middle was a ribbon and small blue crystal piece shaped like a teardrop. The dress was a bit frilly, while a small ribbon hung on both sides.
While the dress was short-sleeved, she wore two long-sleeved gloves that reached a little past her elbow and two silver bracelets at her wrists placed over the gloves. The other jewelry besides the teardrop-shaped crystal were white drop earrings with a hoop in the middle shaped as a flower and a silver crisscrossed collar necklace with an oval-shaped sapphire jewel in the middle.
Her long hair was curled and tied up in a bun, with a few strands loose by both sides. The bun was held together with two white rhinestone pearl flower hairpins with tassels.
What stood out the most about the outfit was the color. It was completely white.

Aurora felt like it didn’t suit her. But from the moment she put the dress on, she felt several heads turn her way.
Half an hour later, the eyes that all turned her way started changing directions. The people’s attention switched to a group of people walking on down the middle of the festival. The crowd parted as though welcoming a royal family member.
Curious at who caught their interest, Aurora who stood in the middle of the street, turned to look at who it was. A noble with two Knights standing behind him stood still as his blue eyes met hers.
The noble wore a white and blue suit with a black jacket draped around his shoulder.
Only the two stood in the middle of the festival as everyone backed away. When Aurora didn’t move an inch, the noble walked towards her step by step. As he walked towards her, she felt one strong emotion rolling off him as it hit her like a tidal wave.
Longing.
He stopped in front of her but didn’t say a word.
“Why are you here?” Aurora asked.
Lucius continued staring at her until he finally opened his mouth to give her an answer. And the reply he gave was enough to let the already broken shield she put up in an attempt to keep him out come crashing down...
...Breaking into a thousand pieces.
“I’m here to take you home.”
