Chapter 30: Chapter 28: Hero

"What did Kelly say to you?" Jack asked as he regret not pressing the record button before giving his cellphone to his daughter.

"Uhm, nothing." 

Jack knew his daughter just lied to him because Nishery wasn't that good of an actress.

"Uhm, aren't you already tired today? Why don't you go to your room already?" 

Jack, who was impatient to know the truth, tried to send away his daughter. Nishery, of course, knew what her father was thinking right now.

"Uhm, Rozkarl, can you help me do my English?" 

"Why would you need his help? You're already very good at English, weren't you?"

"Uhm, my English this time is difficult."

"Hm... Or do you just want to be with Rozkarl and do what you did previously?"

Nishery and Rozkarl after hearing that can't help but be embarrassed.

Nishery was getting annoyed at her dad again, that the joy of being recognized by Rozkarl's mother was getting subdued by her annoyance.

Rozkarl on the other hand felt shy that he can't look at Jack at all.

"What are you saying, dad?! What nonsense is that?!!"

"Then why need him to come with you? Just go to your room already and rest."

"Uhm..."

"What?"

"Fine! Then you should let Rozkarl have a rest too!"

"Just leave it to me. Just go, okay?"

"Okay, fine!" 

Then Nishery walks upstairs being mad, as she keeps looking back at Jack as if watching him.

Jack can't help but smile to see how her daughter change these past few days, because she never lied to him, but now, her lies were being often.

After Nishery entered her room, Jack was able to breathe a sigh of relief.

"Uhm, Uncle Jack, can... Can I go upstairs too?" 

"Why? To kiss my daughter?" 

Jack was now really annoyed because he just manage to let her daughter separate from Rozkarl and now he just wants to go away from him?! Then what did he did just now account for?

"Uhm... I.. I'm not.. thinking about that, Uncle Jack. What.. happened previously... was just coincidental."

"Hmmp... Whatever. Just stay here with me. I'll just have a few questions I want to ask."

"What.. what does Uncle Jack want to ask me?"

"It's about what happened today. Tell me everything about it."

"I.. didn't, your daughter already told you, Uncle Jack?"

"As if I believe my daughter. I know if she's lying or not, so I can really tell that she's lying."

"But... I, that's, that's the truth, Uncle Jack."

"Rozkarl, I never did like a liar, so as for you to know. So, tell me the truth now."

"Uhm... I, I can't tell it." Rozkarl said as he became scared by his warning of Jack.

"Why? Did my daughter threaten you if you tell something to me?"

"Ye..yes."

"Ah, so did she get a boyfriend? Did my daughter and Tyron get together? That's the reason why she warns you, right?" Jack asked, acting as if that's what he really expected, but in fact, he guessed that Rozkarl and his daughter got in a relationship today.

Because why would Rozkarl send Nishery to his house today when Tyron was the one who fetch her earlier? 

Maybe something happens in the amusement park, and his daughter might get jealous of Mickaella, so the two end up hooking each other.

He's not sure if Mickaella was there, but she should be there because his daughter will not say her name if she's really not there.

And also, when Rozkarl's mother call Nishery, Nishery was blushing all the time, so it seems suspicious. And the way the two interact the moment they enter the house, something was already amiss there.

"Uhm.. your daughter really got in a relationship..." 

Rozkarl was feeling a bit bitter to see how Jack react to Nishery's ending together with Tyron.

Jack seeing how uncomfortable Rozkarl is, was grinning in his inside, and want to bully him more.

"So, did my daughter and Tyron kiss each other? That's possible! He even fetch my daughter today, so he should have done that!"

"And, why are you the one who send my daughter? Shouldn't it be Tyron since he's my daughter's boyfriend?"

Jack was feeling delighted as he saw how Rozkarl's expression changed in every sentence he let go. 

He was now sure that Rozkarl was the one who hook up with his daughter. That's really for sure. Hahaha!

"Uncle..."

"Oh, that's right. You don't need to say. You know my daughter, so scary. She might possibly do what she told you so you don't need to worry. And thank you for today for sending my daughter, because although there's more reason to it, I should not indulge too far."

Rozkarl was becoming more and more bitter, as his self-confidence was continuously bitten by his anxiousness.

Jack, wanting to push Rozkarl too hard to make him say everything, by making him feel bitter and sad, muttered softly, intending to make Rozkarl hear it.

"I might as well invite Tyron to come to my house."

"Actually Uncle Jack, I'm your daughter's boyfriend." Rozkarl said with determination while trying to hide his anxiousness.

"So I was right!"

"Hahaha, so you're really the one. And you're trying to fool me? Tsk.. tsk.. What do you take me for? Hahaha! That daughter of mine. Then tell me what happened today? Why did you become her boyfriend? How did you meet her? And everything."

Rozkarl, upon knowing the truth was stunned to see how Jack accept him as his daughter's boyfriend.

"Uncle Jack, did... you approve me?"

"Of course! I already like you to be with my daughter back when you first visit my house, that's why I lock you with her back then, but I didn't expect that you'd really do what I want you to do, so of course, I approve you. And even her mother would be happy to know about you, but we would act as if we didn't know it first to tease our daughter so you should keep it a secret too."

"But, Uncle Jack, you also know that I'm gay?"

"So what? But you like my daughter, didn't you?"

"Uhm.. yes."

"Then your not gay. And just stop being so negative. Just tell me what happened today."

"Then, thank you Uncle Jack for accepting me."

Then Rozkarl began to tell what happened today. From how the two met at Ferris Wheel, what happened between Nishery and Mickaella, how did they hook up, what happened in the restaurant, and to the present?

"Hahaha, so that's how you end up with her! You're such a playboy and you call yourself a gay?"

Jack likes to tease this soon-to-be son-in-law of his because he looks handsome.

Rozkarl was being shy and uncomfortable with how Jack talked as if what he said was nothing at all.

"Oh, you should be tired now, aren't you? Why don't you go to Hero's room? But don't go to Nishery's room, because you might give us a grandchild early, and it will affect your study." Jack teased, startling Rozkarl making him cough several times, and spit the water in his mouth.

Rozkarl becomes so embarrassed by what Jack had said and instantly wipe the water that wet his shirt.

"U..ncl.."

"I'm just kidding. Just go upstairs. Hero would not be home, so you can sleep there, and maybe, at midnight, you might walk sleep and enter my daughter.."

"Then I'll go upstairs, Uncle. Thanks." Rozkarl just ran away from Jack to avoid hearing such an embarrassing yet suggestive opinion.

Jack was a bit surprised by Rozkarl's sudden disappearance but didn't make a big deal out of it.

Rozkarl immediately walks toward Hero's room, seeing Nishery, waiting for him.

"Uhm... did.. did you tell dad?" 

"I'm.. ah... Why are you here?"

"Just want to ask you? Don't change the topic. Tell me, did you say it to my dad or not?"

"You can ask me that tomorrow, so why are you really here?"

"Don't avoid my question. Just tell me, did you or not?"

Rozkarl was in a dilemma if he should tell the truth or not. If he tells it, Jack might get angry at him, but if not, he will be guilty when facing Nishery.

"Uhm... did... did you want to stay here?"

"Wh..what? Of.. cou..rse not!"

"Really? We can sleep together."

"Wh-what are you... talking about?! How can you poss... possibly thinking those stuff already?!! We're still young!"

"Nishery... wh-hat are you talking about? I... I only said sleep together, noth..thing else."

Rozkarl who realized what he just offered became shy and anxious that he might scare Nishery, while Nishery was embarrassed because Rozkarl look innocent as if he only just think of sleeping together.

"No! I will not sleep together with you!"

How can she sleep with him together so early? Although she's tempted they just even got hooked up today and the two of them were still so young!
