Chapter 45: Chapter 42: Before Semestral Break

A day before the semestral break, all students, of course, would be excited as they can bond together with their friends for how long they want without any issues or worries about studies. It was the most anticipated day in school life, as all students can't deny that they had this feeling that, 'semestral break was like a reward to them.. for suffering such not ending lessons, surviving it and attaining good grades', though students can just skip classes or not go.. but at some point, they will get bored, and thus become different from how semestral break gives an excitement to students.

The students walk inside the school, as usual, bringing gossip about the certain five students in Diamond Class along their way.

"Hey.. did you know that Rozkarl and Nishery had shared a kiss in the Forbidden Restroom?" 

"Eh? Really? How did you know about it?"

"Gosh! You're so ignorant of issues here inside this school."

"Well, is it really true?"

"Yeah. Someone says Prince said it.. so it must be true."

"Prince?"

"Yeah.. the treasure in Diamond Class."

"Do you know that Tyron has like Sophia now?"

"No way! It can't be true!"

"My future husband will be taken now."

"Hahaha... That's good for handsome men. If I just had the same face.."

"Dude.. stop daydreaming."

"Hahaha.."

"You! You want girls to flock to you as well?"

"No.. of course, you're the only one I love. It's that Rozkarl and Tyron are handsome."

Inside the Diamond Class..

As the five students, Mickaella, Sophia, Tyron, Rozkarl, and Nishery, had group study together yesterday in Sophia's house.. despite some opposition.. the five was the most confident one to finish their exam.

Although it was the most anticipated day.. that was just because of the semestral break! Exam day is just so nerve-wracking and annoying. This is the most fearful day for students as well.

If someone failed their exam.. they would have no choice but to retake it.. and had classes during the semestral break which just becomes annoying since they would not have the chance to enjoy the semestral break with friends.. and just got envious of them.

"Okay.. since you already know that this is your exam today.. I'm sure you have studied a lot. If any of you failed.. I'm sorry but you'll retake it and stay at this school for the whole semestral break." Ma'am Agatha said.. as she arrange the test paper on the table in front.

Students look at her as if she were the monster.. and after the test was distributed, the room was filled with silence as everyone focused seriously on answering. The subject is hard.. and in addition to how strict their ma'am is, that's why research subject is the most hard subject before Math.

After an hour.. the exam ended with some students having tears in their eyes as they were sure that they failed it. Research is really hard.. although just memorization of its part like introduction, abstract, glossary, etc., but it's different when you make it a complex question.

"What happened to all of you?!" Agatha seeing her student's score was angry as she didn't really expect such a low score.

"I thought you all had studied a lot, but what's with this?! I can't accept this score! Some of you even got 0 over 50?! Do you even study?!" Agatha slams the test paper on the table.. scaring her students.

"Tyron, what is Research?" Agatha asked Tyron while holding a certain paper, making the latter scared.

"Research is the 'creative and systematic work undertaken to increase the stock of knowledge, including knowledge of humans, culture and society, and the use of this stock of knowledge to devise new application." 

"You hear that, Owen?! It is a simple question, so why is there a mistake here! Do I teach you not enough?!" 

"No.. ma'am." All students bow as they were afraid to make contact with Agatha.

"Why don't you copy those five! Rozkarl, Nishery, Tyron, Mickaella, and Sophia attained a perfect score. So.. why can't you as well? I'm really so disappointed!"

"We're.. sorry ma'am." 

"This can't be. No one in this class will have a semestral break." Agatha said seriously, making the students want to oppose but didn't dare.

"But.. I may be rude.. but even if the five of us?" Rozkarl asked.. as he can't let such a thing happens. He spent two days just to create his planned date for Nishery.. so if he can't then it will all go to waste." 

"It is indeed unfair to those who passed the exam.. so.. I'll exempt the 12 students out of 35 to have remedial class in this room." Agatha, as she gets back her senses.. said to become fair with those who study.

"Thank you, ma'am." Rozkarl said as a smile appeared on his face.. making others envy him. Nishery looking at that grin.. felt red and bowed her head as she can get a clue on why Rozkarl asked for them to be excluded from summer class.

"That's all for today. To those who fail.. if you don't appear at my remedial class.. don't think it is strange if I have given you 75 or lower than that." Agatha said.. before leaving the room, as Olivia replaced her.

"Okay, class.. it's an english exam now. Don't get so down if you score badly in her subject.. Ma'am Agatha wouldn't really give you a 75. She's just scaring you." Olivia, who witnessed how Agatha got angry, felt sympathy for the students.

As the students have also finished their test.. Olivia was quite surprised to see a certain paper in her hand.

"Eh? Rozkarl... what happened?" Olivia looked at Rozkarl with a surprised face.

"What's.. what's wrong, Ma'am Olivia?" Rozkarl becomes scared seeing Olivia, while Nishery hopes that it was not related to being stopped from their date when summer break comes.

"Rozkarl.. it is good to date.. but I hope it won't affect your studies. And Nishery.. you too as well. Did you perhaps spend all your time having sweet moments to get a bit lower score compared to the score you had back then?" Olivia asked in a teasing tone.. making students laugh. Rozkarl and Nishery become red as they felt shy.

"No.. Ma'am.. we.. we did study yesterday." Rozkarl said stuttering making the students laugh even more.

"Hahaha... It's just a joke. Don't take it seriously, but I was really surprised you got 5 mistakes this time. And do you wanna know what Rozkarl's mistake is?" Olivia said.

"What is it, Ma'am?" students were anticipating what his mistakes is. The atmosphere from serious become light since Olivia was quite a humorous teacher.

"Rozkarl answered 22 at the question 26. What is the thing you had thinking that time?" Olivia can't help but smile as he grins at Rozkarl.

"That's.. I'm sorry, ma'am." Rozkarl wants to make a hole and just hide from the gazes thrown at him.

"Hahaha.." students laugh as they want to lurk around and watch exciting events.

"Is it the day you will take Nishery to date?" Olivia asked but not really waiting for an answer since she doesn't want to be too much.

"Well.. I'm glad that no one has failed. That's all for today. See you after two weeks." Olivia said before leaving.

A dreadful and tiring day has finally ended.. making students feel alive again. But there's those who cry since they failed some subjects.

"Ah.. finally.. exam is over." Rozkarl said while interlacing his fingers with Nishery.

"Yeah.. my head becomes dizzy from the test." Nishery said before giving his bag for Rozkarl to carry. 

Students who watch the two was blushing while some boys get envious. Tyron, Mickaella, and Sophia, who see how these two just act so sweet in public want to smack the two and send them to some isolated place. The two were attacking their lonely hearts.

"Do you plan your date?" Tyron, who got curious about what Olivia said previously, asked Rozkarl.

"Shhh!" Rozkarl gestured to Tyron, but it was pointless. Mickaella and Sophia who see Rozkarl can't help but smile.. despite hating the two.

"Rozkarl! You were so embarrassing earlier. Why do you need to write the date you wanna date me?" Nishery asked with a pout face, thus getting a kiss on her face.

"Hey! What are you doing?" Nishery was surprised and got annoyed since she felt competitive.

"It's fine for couples to kiss one another on their cheeks, right?" Rozkarl felt wronged as he just did that because he can't help but be tempted by her cuteness.

Tyron, who was asked, smack Rozkarl since the latter felt like bragging to him.

"What's that for?" Rozkarl asked again, making the two girls giggle.

"Don't dare brag at me.. okay?"

"Eh? I brag? Tyron.. you're so sensitive." Rozkarl said in a teasing tone.. before hugging Nishery.

"Well.. since you and I are tired.. let's see each other tomorrow, okay?" Rozkarl waved at Nishery as he walk towards the blue car.

The four also went on their own.. feeling anticipated as they got impatient for their semestral break to start already.
