How powerful exactly Shiki's Root Connection made her however, was a matter of debate as there had been contradicting references made by various sources in Jun's previous life. Now that he was actually in front of her however, he could finally see the "truth" with his own eyes.

One one hand, [Shiki] was said to be around the level of Ciel from Tsukihime, not the Remake version whose character all received a massive boost in power but from the original.

Basically, individuals with that level of prowess could afford a defensive fight that could actually be called a real fight against a Servant, but only if they possessed an extremely average noble phantasm or for reason, could not use their better ones in case of having them.

While this level was very good, even monstrous for someone who was technically human like [Shiki] still was, it was utterly beneath Jun's concern. Beings of such a level did not really need to be considered when he acted.

However, the statement that put [Shiki] around this level was later revised, drastically boosting her up the pyramid of strength, determining her as the second strongest being in the Nasuverse, beneath a full powered Arcueid and above Primordial Daemons.

This however, excluded beings such as Servants, the Machine Gods of Olympus, Sefar and such but it was still an obscene ranking.

After all Arcueid at a mere 30% of her full power, was said to have the raw power of about four first rate Servants, being almost impossible to beat in a one one one.

However, due to the nature of Heroic Spirits and their prowess beyond pure numbers, two competent Servants could beat her and Servants whose power comes not from their parameters but their overpowered noble phantasms like Gilgamesh would be a terrible match up for her.

This however, was her at 30%, a full powered Arcueid, also referred to as Archetype: Earth, was a virtually unassailable enemy. Evene Amaterasu, a powerful Divine Spirit capable of scattering over a hundred Servants with her full power would still be inferior.

And supposedly, [Shiki] was just below that and above Primordial Daemons. As for what exactly those being were, Kiara, Beast III/R, Heaven's Hole, was trying to incarnate as a True Daemon and would become one if she was allowed to fully mature as a Beast, an Evil of Humanity.

Primordial Daemons are the most powerful of the True Daemons which meant that basically, while a Primordial Daemon might not be stronger than Kiara in her Beast form, their were definitely not any weaker.

If so, that meant that, according to the revised statement on [Shiki]'s strength, she was stronger than at least some of the Beast, the Evils of Humanity with Planetary Class energy outputs.

Now Jun, sincerely wished that was not the case, for none other than the reason that he did not currently want to deal with someone more powerful than himself for now. Once his transformation was complete, he would be virtually unassailable but before then, he was most certainly not.

Before his transformation was completed, [Shiki]'s power based on the second accounting, was indeed superior to his and worse of all, as it had never been used in the series, he did not known exactly how it worked and how to counter it.

Still, his perception abilities would definitely help him out if needed but before any such considerations, it was now the moment of truth as Jun peered deep into Shiki's core so as to see what was within.

'Worst case scenario it is . . .' He internally sighed.

Not only was he able to verify that [Shiki] was indeed as powerful as the second statement said, she had also noticed his peeking and just as Shiki was about to reveal her own motivations for wanting to meet him, [Shiki] unceremoniously took over to speak with Jun directly.

"My other self was about to speak her reasons to seek you out but putting it simply, it is because I made it so." [Shiki] spoke, her entire demeanour utterly different from Shiki.

Shiki appeared to have a cold, exclusive character, with a masculine way of speaking and conduct, her true nature however, was helplessly feminine. Fancying herself as a bit of an outlaw, she was in fact quite lonely and bearing an onee-san type disposition at her core.

These contrasting attributes came from the fact the Shiki was originally half of a whole, Yin or feminine part of Ryougi Shiki while there was also a masculine Yang half referred to as SHIKI.

When due to a certain incident, Ryougi Shiki was seriously injured, SHIKI sacrificed himself resulting in only Shiki being left alive inside with [Shiki]'s existence being hidden.

In an attempt to compensate for SHIKI's loss Shiki took up part of his mannerisms, resulting in her mixed demeanour.

[Shiki] however, was completely different and distinct from all the others, be it the original Shiki, SHIKI and the new Shiki.

Despite being quite listless, [Shiki] was gentle. An invincible older sister who knew everything, yet did not say anything meaningful, just enjoys meaningless talks. She was an exceedingly feminine character, with a bit of motherly charm even but her way of being was that of a little girl.

"Well, since the other Shiki sought me out under your influence, you must have made it so for a reason yes?" Jun questioned.

"Indeed. I wanted to meet you." [Shiki] teasingly reiterated the obvious without actually saying what Jun was obviously asking.

Meanwhile Mana beside her was looking mighty shocked at how much her supposed partner changed from a moment to another, She realized it was another distinct personality but the gap was far too much.

Not to mention that now that she was in the open, Manaka could feel how powerful [Shiki] actually, was, not as accurately as Jun, but enough to know she was out of her league completely, so much for her previous sense of superiority when dealing with her.

The fact [Shiki] was willfully ignoring her did not feel good at all. Maybe it would feel even worse is Manaka knew [Shiki] had in fact not done it on purpose but instead merely "forgot" her presence as something unimportant.

Whatever the case, the conversation moved on and hearing [Shiki]'s response that said nothing, Jun decided to simply reform his question.

"Then why did you want to meet me?"
