"Do you hav-" Sirzechs was interrupted by a sudden message from one of his peers.

Apparently, Serafall Leviathan needed to speak with him urgently and, considering the current state of affairs, the reasons for this were quite apparent.

Going back some time, while Grayfia and Sirzechs were still in the beginning of their conversation, Sona had called her sister to discuss the unfortunate turn of events with her.

After the special private magical channel that Serafall gave to her little sister so Sona could contact her directly whenever she wanted was used, Sona attempted to make a greeting.

"Onee-sa-" She could not even finish a single word.

"Sona-tan! You never call onee-chan, why? Onee-chan even gave this private channel so we can chat all the time but this is the only time you used it in three years! Onee-chan wants to talk with Sona-tan more, at least once every week, no, everyday . . ." Serafall started before continuing to mumble to herself.

'I can't call onee-sama every day or you will never get any work done . . .' Sona thought to herself.

By the time she finished her thoughts and prepared to speak however, Serafall was already gushing nonstop once again.

"Still, onee-chan is really happy you finally called! Oh! And doesn't blame you at all so don't hate onee-chan 'kay!?" She hurriedly said.

"Of course I don't hat-" Sona attempted to reply but Serafall had already moved on.

"So did you call? Onee-san is happy to just talk to Sona-tan of course but Sona-tan probably has something important to say right?" The bubbly Satan inquired.

In actuality, Serafall's words made Sona feel quite guilty as they were the pure truth. She only contacted her sister when there was an important matter she needed to speak with her about.

That did not mean she did not care for her beloved Onee-sama however. It was just that no matter how much one loved Serafall, she had to be taken in small spaced dosages or you would swiftly find yourself drained of all energy and complete out of whack.

Regardless of personal feelings however, the matter Sona needed to speak with her sister about was truly of critical importance so she momentarily swept aside her guilt, internally promising to try and talk with Serafall more, before moving to inform her of the matter at hand.

"You're right onee-sama. It's like this . . ." Sona then proceeded to describe the events that had occurred just a little while ago concisely and yet with proper detail, so as to give her sister context before she made her request.

"I see . . ." Sona simply replied after fully hearing what her beloved little sister had to say. Her bubblyness being replaced by the seriousness that the situation required.

She was one of the four Satans after all, behind her usual pixie like demeanour laid a highly competent and extremely powerful woman, one who was said to be the most powerful female devil currently alive with only the Strongest Queen, Grayfia Lucifuge being her match.

"So what what do you want me to do in regards to all of this Sona-chan?" Serafall then asked, a little bit of her usual demeanor coming back right away. She had a reputation to maintain after all.

"I just feel like Jun-san would not be so okay with conflict if he was not completely sure of his victory. Grayfia-sama seems to think he was leaving us a way out by not tearing face just yet but . . ." Sona paused.

"But?" Serafall bade her to continue while pondering on how enamored her sister seemed.

'Tch, tch tch . . . If I thought I could beat him I would need to have a talk with him about seducing by dear Sona-tan.' Serafall thought to herself.

'Maybe, after this blows over, I'll give it a try. Or maybe it becomes war and I'll be forced to give it a try.' She continued to think while waiting for her little sisters to continue, which she did right away.

"The way he acted . . . I've discussed a lot of topics with Jun-san, asked for his views and his advice on numerous occasions so, to a certain extent, I know how he sees certain things." Sona continued.

"And?" Serafall hurried Sona to keep talking, she really didn't want to listen to her sister spouting how close she was to Jun, or how close she thought she was with him. Otherwise, she might go and pick a fight before relations even get a chance to break down.

"And from what I know, or think I know about him . . . Jun-san seems very sure things will take a turn for the worse. Like there is no way we can appease his wife that is going in his stead . . ." Sona concluded.

"I just wanted to let Onee-sama know all of things and plead for Onee-sama to try her best not to let things spiral into open war." She added as a final note to her whole piece.

"Hmm . . ." Serafall fell into thought.

"Granted, I have only met him once so I could be wrong but . . . I think your analysis is only half right Sona-tan." She then declared.

"?" Sona was confused.

"I don't think he believes there is no way for us to appease his wife. He said he was going to give us a way out after all, and from what you told me, he's not the type for lying right?" Serafall said.

"Onee-sama is right . . ." Sona acquiesced.

"In truth, he is probably thinking something more along the lines of "They can appease my wife but won't be willing to." hence why it is a chance, a very costly path to peace as a punishment for Sirzechs' little stunt." Serafall elucidated.

Well, she was the Satan in charge of foreign affairs. Being an excellent diplomat was matter of course. In fact, she was better at being one than all of the others combined and would probably never make the same mistake as Sirzechs. At least she liked to think so.

"I need to speak with Sirzechs . . . I have to go Sona-chan."
