In one of the Battle Rooms, Valia and Jun stood face to face.

"Are you sure you want this?" Valia asked, despite barely holding herself back from charging at full power.

"Yeah. One of my big problem the last few years was having no one to test my moves with so no grudges even if you end up beating me. The only result is that I'll be hounding you for rematched until I win." Jun cheekily said, his Magic Circuits flaring to life.

"Hahahahaha!" Valia heartily laughed in response.

"That's what I'm talking about! Let's do this!" She added with excitement and thirst for battle.

Glaring each other down but with friendly smiles on their faces, the duo prepared for their showdown as an artificial voice announced.

"START!"

The white wings of Divine Dividing sprouted from Valia's back as she charged forward.

'No Balance Breaker? Or she can't do it yet? Either way, she can divide my power by half every ten seconds if she touches me with her hands so better to dodge than block.' Jun rapidly thought.

He reinforced his whole body and activated the runes on his clothes for a full enhancement and back stepped at blinding speed due to his martial training and physical ability.

As he did this, twelve magic circles appeared behind Jun's back and fired barrages of magic bullets at 1000 rounds per minute each.

As his mastery progressed and his grasp of Numerology increased, Jun no longer needed his body to fire the magic bullets but their were still more focused and powerful when his used the magic circuits in his hands as gun barrels to fire them.

Valia immediately gave up on her charge and flew around at high speed, frantically dodging the storm of bullets.

"Hahaha! You're pretty good!" She said with joy.

"You on the other hand look like you're having easy!" Jun responded.

"Then how about this?" He added and Valia got a bad feeling.

The magic bullets lessened in number quite a bit but, in exchange, the started chasing her instead of following a straight path.

On the verge of getting caught, Valia thought of a nice plan.

'I can't make a magic barrier capable of taking all of them but, so long as its is only a few at a time, i can take it!'

And so, she changed her flying patterns so that she would only get caught by a few magic bullets at a time which she blocked with a white blue magic circle like barrier.

In a couple of moments, she had dealt with all of the bullets.

"Nicely done! Now what about this?" Jun cheekily said.

He waved his arms around leaving trails of runes in the air and then, each of them turned into a flaming orb that barreled towards Valia.

Valai dodged and, seeing their they were tracking her, wanted to attempt her previous tactic.

'Careful! These are different Valia!' Albion suddenly warned in her mind and rather than blockin, she suddenly dashed in escape.

It was the right call as the orb exploded with considerable force and spreading an inferno of flames all around.

"Damn! Pretty good was a major under evaluation!" Valia exclaimed.

"And I'm not even serious yet." Jun cockily responded.

"Oh? But now it's my turn!" Valia exclaimed as a magic circle appeared on each of her hands, turning into a two while blue masses or energy.

Valia held out her palms and streams of lightning were fired towards Jun who didn't even bother dodging as he smirked.

Valia was shocked but turned utterly dumbfounded at what she saw next.

Once the lightning reached Jun, it seemed like it impacted a barrier around him and was simply nullified.

"Oh sorry, I'm resistant to magic!" Jun taunted, saying as if he had forgot.

"I'm finding you to be quite an ass!" Valia jokingly replied before suddenly holding her hand to her mouth, afraid that would offend her new fried she had just gotten.

But, when looked at Jun, she saw him bowing in jest.

"Guilty as charged." He joked and Valia blew up in laughter.

"Since this projectile fight isn't going anywhere . . . How about an actual scrap?" Jun suggested.

"You read my mind." Valia replied as the two squared up.

Dashing towards each other the two began exchanging blows with Jun being careful not to get hit as it would mean dealing with Divine Dividing's annoying ability.

Thankfully, his martial skill was considerably higher than Valia's. Each time she over committed to a blow, Jun would just grab and toss her to the ground hard.

Being a cute little battle junkie however, the girl popped back up nearly instantly and charged again but as she got tired, Valia showed a good enough opening.

Charging up his Magic Burst, Jun delivered a powerful punch to her midsection but alas, that was her plan and Valia grinned through the pain as Albion's voice sounded out from her sacred gear.

"Divide!"

Jun immediately felt his magical energy drop to half. Valia had grabbed his arm in exchange for taking his punch.

Using Magic Burst on his leg, Jun managed to kick her away as despite the weakening, Valia had been damaged but in return, she was flowing with the power she had stolen from him.

"Time for round three!" Valia said as if the win was in her bag.

Jun just grinned savagely at her and activated his Dragon Heart, his Magic Core. All of the lost magic energy was restored and kept climbing until it became double what it was before.

This should have been the limit of Jun's output but, despite him not noticing it in the heat of battle, it just kept rising as his whole body overflowed with magical energy, making him stronger and stronger.

'This is . . .' Albion spoke in Valia's mind.

"A dragon's aura . . ." She finished his words as she got even more into the battle.

In the end, the two just went at each other. Jun was no longer holding back as each of his strikes sent out explosion of magical energy and Valia could only run or be knocked around by the overwhelming power.

The "Divide" coming every ten seconds created opening for her to counter attack but in the end, she could barely hit Jun ineffectively a couple of times on his unflinching defense before his Magic Core replenished the stolen energy.

Still, by constantly stealing his magical energy, Valia could also keep herself in the fight but in the end, jun, fully embroiled in battle, his blood boiling his his veins as he let the thrill of his first battle to the limit overtake him, unleashed his mightiest blow.

Inhaling deeply, a storm of magical energy like flame and lightning convergen on his mouth as a torrent of Mana was unleashed with merciless power.

The result, the safety system of the Battle Room activated, saving Valia from the attack and earning Jun a victory as he calmed down, realizing he lost himself in the fight and went for the kill.

'Damn! Good thing this room has safety features . . .' He thought to himself with worry as he moved towards Valia to see how she was.

"That was AWESOME!" The girl jumped him despite still being injured and gushed over at how cool and powerful he was, if he could teach her some of his moves ad«nd about his draconic abilities.

After the torrent of questions was over, Jun managed to calm her down and used his Rune Stones to heal them both.

"Wow! You can even do healing magic?" Valia said as she felt her injuries disappear.

"Just a little. It's not my specialty though." Jun replied.

"You're good enough for me!" Valia praised anyway.

"I'm feeling hungry, shall we grab a bite Jun-san?" Valia asked.

"Sure thing Vali-chan." Jun replied.

"Vali-chan!?" Valia shouted.

"It's nickname! Don't like it?" Jun asked.

"No! It's not that! I was just surprised." Valia denied.

"Then can I call you Ju-san too?" She asked with shining eyes.

"Sounds good!" Jun accepted.

'Hehehe! A friend and we both call each other by special nicknames too!' Valia gleefully thought to herself.

Meanwhile Jun just thinking how cute her reactions were.

'She so easy to understand. Not anything like the mysterious cool Gary Stu from the series that was somehow surpassed by the Oppai Alien Issei . . .' Jun pondered.

'Thankfully, I robbed the pervert of his plot armor and he will hopefully live and die as the inconsequential peon he should be.' He said in his mind.

As the pair grabbed something to eat and chatted to each other about random stuff, Jun found himself reviewing the battle.

The feeling of his blood boiling, his power surging, he felt a permanent change to himself and wanted to check his status sheet again.

As his thoughts carried him across these lines, Ahsaka offered some clarity.

'The integration of the Dragon Factor seems to have significantly improved.' She communicated.

'What!?' After such a long time without any change it suddenly increased. The reason was obvious enough.
