Jun had big plans for Domina Coronan so he would only be setting the foundations for now, it would be usable as a place to live in at the most as the majority of its functions would come later but it would still have quite the powerful main weapon so it could nuke some fools if need be.
It would be a massive, heptagon shaped flying fortress. at each of the seven corners, Jun planted a "seed". These "seeds" were based on a specific property of Das Rheingold, a treasure that would grow when feed magical energy.
What Jun wanted was the replication ability. The "seeds" themselves were made of a golden Orichalcum alloy and they were made with Jun's Klironomia research and were thus programmable.
Meaning, Jun could get them to literally grow into the final result he wanted. Namely, a symmetric ovoid structure that would poke out from underneath the heptagon and above it as well, being lodged across its height.
They were the metaphorical Seven Hills of Evil and they would produce countless automata of various sizes and would be able to become independent flying fortresses as well. Additionally, they would provide the materials for all the weapon emplacements on the fortress.
In the center portion, there were ten giant cylindrical holes that ran the height of the flying fortress. One in the very center and the others placed around it arranged to form an nonagon.
Each of these holes but the middle one had a giant ring spinning around within, outlining spheres made of Origin Ether, the most primal and perfect form of Ether. These energy spheres were reality marbles made to hold entire dimensions within.
The center one also had a ring but it was rotating in place outlining a circle rather than a sphere and through it and the hole, Jun placed the gigantified Tower of Babel, jutting out high above and below. Aurea Poculum would be the power source for the whole thing.
Each of the ten rings, symbolizing the Ten Crowns of Evil was connected to the smaller rings in Jun would wear as the the basic form of the noble phantasm. With this, as Nox filled up the empty reality marbles, he would get the power and blessings of those dimensions through said rings.
For now though, they only allowed him quicker access to infinite reserves of magical energy magical energy and the blessings of the Tower of Babel which was already in place.
All of this took a certain amount of time, even with the accelerated time of Jun's workshop, it still added up quite a bit and, after he was done, it was time for another event of at least some importance.
Azazel and informed Jun, in the interest of maintaining a good relationship, that the Devils had decided on a new "ruler" for Kuoh to replace the "deceased" Cleria Belial. The pick turned out to be a certain red haired highborn Devil and her dear older brother was coming to see him.
A few days later . . .
'True enough! Two ridiculously powerful Devils, one significantly powerful one and three weaker ones have intruded upon my turf.' Jun detected.
He called Cleria and had her come for a surprise move on the visitors and, just in case of an unlikely fallout that led to fighting, Jun called in Morgan since he also needed her for something else.
Arriving in Kuoh, a familiar immediately reached the party of visitors.
"Please proceed to this area immediately." It communicated showing a place.
"Quite rude!" The red haired princess said.
"Well, he did take care of this place beautifully though." Her similarly red haired older brother commented.
"Hmm . . . Well, I'll have to wait until I meet him!" A young looking girl with black twintails followed up.
"Then we know where to go" The red haired man responded.
After they reached said area, the soon saw Jun's Palace which the bounded fields concealed and were thus quite shocked but kept going.
They were guided towards their destination by another familia and entered a building where Asako, as Hassan of the Hundred Faces was now called, greeted them and invited them up. She was dressed in a business suit rather than her Servant getup.
Once they arrived, they were guided up into a meeting room where they say Jun seated. They were already shocked by the aura of regal power and his transcendent beauty alone.
"Greetings everyone, I'm Haikawa Jun though I guess you know that already." Jun introduced himself.
"Then its safe to say you know us perhaps?" The red haired man responded.
"Indeed! Sirzechs Lucifer and his Queen Grayfia Lucifuge." Jun replied.
"Serafall Levia-tan." He continued and the way he said Leviathan was much to Serafall's delight.
"Sona Sitri and her Queen Shinra Tsubaki." The two in question slightly bowed surprised the man in front of them knew about them as well.
"And finally, Rias Gremory" The later bowed while the former raised her head with pride while crossing her arms underneath her massive jugs.
"Then we can skip the introductions as well, I've come to ask a favor of you Jun-san.
"I'm told your were deciding who would rule a town that already as a ruler though." Jun replied.
"Well, I can see that is not going to happen so I was going to propose something different." Sirzechs continued.
"Very well then. Go ahead." Jun bade him to continue.
"Can you take these two girls under your wing and let them stay in this town. We can form a similar working relationship like you seem to have with Azazel." Sirzechs said.
"Babysitting is not really the type of job for me." Jun commented, drawing the ire of the two girls in question.

"Why would you not want to babysit my cutest Sona-chan!?" Serafall asked with shock.
Jun looked at her and said . . .
"Well . . . When you put that way . . ." Which made the two girls in question become embarrassed instead of angry.
In the end, Jun accepted the stay of the girls in Kuoh with a few conditions.
The Devils would officially acknowledge Jun's supremacy over Kuoh.
No entry would be permitted of their forces without previously discussing the matter with him.
Certain people could be registered to be able to enter without previous warning but they needed to be someone he considered trustworthy.
If the girls wanted to recruit people for their peerage in Kuoh, they had to ask him for permission.
And finally, there was a request.
"A request?" Sirzechs was confused at the final condition.
"Yes." Jun said.
"But you can keep that one out of the contract and have it more as a personal request." He added.
Sirzechs eyed Jun for a while, trying to see through him to no avail before responding.
"Very well then."
The contract was then signed by both parties, a pact of nonaggression and the right to employ Jun and his forces for the right price, so long as all conditions were fulfilled and not violated. Everyone in the room also got permission to come and go to Kuoh as they pleased.
Then Jun said something out loud.
"Please enter!"
And so, with a steady gate and a smile on her face, Cleria Belial entered the room and all the Devils froze in shock.
"C-Cleria-chan!?" Levia-tan exclaimed.
"I assume you all know who she is." Jun said.
"What happened Cleria?" Sirzechs asked.
"Jun saved me from the jaws of death." Cleria simply said.
"Why didn't you return!?" Serafall this time, asked.
"Because the Great King Faction were the ones that killed me and I wasn't safe from them in the Underworld." Cleria concisely explained, giving Sirzechs an headache.
"I trust Lucifer-sama and Leviathan-sama but the Bael clan and the rest of the faction have their people everywhere so forgive me but I've decided to stay with my saviour." She added.
"I would like you to announce Cleria's return and that she'll be managing Kuoh like before but as my subordinate." Jun said.
"Very well. I shall do so. I also need to ponder on this matter. Do you have anything else to share Cleria?" Sirzechs asked, wanting to know the full story.
"Not at this moment:" Cleria responded.
"I see . . ." Sirzechs understood.
'Not at this moment but you will have something later I would think . . ." He pondered to himself.
Since the devils no longer had power over Kuoh and they were under Jun's supervision, all three girls were to live in a building inside Jun's compound which would soon be revealed to the public.
As for Jun himself, he was thinking on what to do next. There were several things he wanted to do, he merely needed to decide on an order.
"I guess it's been a while since I gave the Akashic Tower a real shot . . ." He said to himself.
'Maybe I'll be able to beat the 1st challenge floor now.' Jun thought . . .
First though, Jun had a little project to do alongside Morgan. One which could potentially strengthen his forces considerably.
