A Fair Distance Off Fuyuki,

The Sun shone in the sky, it's location indicating that at most it was noon and a vast expanse of green could be made out at a rough glance, a closer one however would reveal multiple houses, or rather mansions built in the area at certain intervals. Surrounded by fences and with massive compounds, it appeared that their owners had spared nothing in their attempt to create luxurious homes.

"Heh, rich cunts and their flaunting of wealth." A very annoying, very memorable voice, one that upon hearing once, one would find difficulty in easily forgetting. If not for the heavy german accent then for the sharpness of the words.

"Master, Tamamo thinks you should swear less." A pink haired woman with the ears and tail of a fox, Tamamo no Mae, worried for her Master's social life. The Caster decided to ignore the fact that her Master wasn't just making fun of other people with that line.

"I do hereby swear," Roman Trambelio dramatically placed a hand over his chest, "That I will refrain from swearing." His tone was a joking one and there was no way he was actually giving up his way of talking of course and Tamamo learned that the hard way.

As soon as a smile formed on her face, the magus pointed at someone passing by, "Hey, you there!"

"Me?"

"Yeah you, fuck you."

"...." The elderly man only scowled and kept walking, looking upset with the youngster's words but not enough to get into a fight, Japs were passive like that, "Youngsters trying to impress.."

"Boomers failing to even be satisfactory in bed...." Roman repeated in the same tone, snickering as he walked with the help of his cane. Of course, his behaviour was by no means one that could be tolerated but he didn't really care. It would only amuse him more were someone to point it out.

"....Sakura, you tell him." The Caster lightly nudged the little girl she was walking hand in hand with. The servant had been attempting to have the child behave like a child for a while now but it kept failing and failing, she was slightly discouraged by the hollow look in the girl's eyes.

"I notice we must look like some sophisticated fuck up of a marriage to any by-goers." Roman commented with a hand on his chin, pausing in his walk for a moment before shrugging and continuing.

"Aya ma, Master..." Tamamo bashfully placed a hand on her cheeks, slightly squirming in place, "We must look like the perfect rich family!" She exclaimed in excitement, her demeanour betraying the reserved manner she now dressed in. Apparently her usual dress wouldn't do when accompanying a master that wore Victorian style suits and so the Caster had taken to wearing her full blue yukata, covering even her shoulders.

Sakura only listlessly followed behind the two strangers which were now presumably her family.... She.... The little girl didn't really care anymore... Magi were not nice people, her parents had sold her away, she'd been tortured and violated by the one that 'bought' her and now the old man was dead (at least according to what she'd heard) and her body was healed.... Still, the new man with an eyepatch was eerie and he was a magus too, maybe worse than the old man...

"Thank you..." She gripped Roman's hand, her words pretty much a whisper, afraid she might have been, she couldn't deny that he'd saved her..

"....." Tamamo clenched her fist, enraged imagining what the child had gone through for her to become this way..

"Zu Staub zu zerfallen war zu freundlich..." Roman's grip on his cane became more forceful, even as he softly patted Sakura's head, "Magi are assholes." The Trambelio didn't have a high opinion of Magi.

"She can have her life back, Master." Tamamo placed on her Master's shoulder, her fate would be crueller had they not interfered. Both Master and Servant forgot the new cane already, one that Tamamo herself had made, even adding in a hidden blade just in case it was needed.

"..." Sakura could only observe their exchange in silence, confused with their peculiar behaviours.

"Du verarschst mich doch!"

A very audible bang rang across the lawn as Roman stood up halfway, his expression an unusually fierce one and his mouth trembling, to say he was angry right now would be wrong. He was absolutely fucking livid!

The Trambelio didn't care for much in this world and there was little that could actually upset him. Any that knew him beforehand would be shocked by what he'd just done.

Of course the person he currently spoke with had no such knowledge and only reacted calmly, "Lord Roman, please behave yourself."

"You're fucking amazing you know that." Roman sat back down, rubbing his temple with an annoyed gaze, "Aoi Zenjou, this is the last time I'm asking."

"That is Sakura Matou." The green haired woman answered listlessly, sitting on a lawn chair with her hands locked together. It was barely noticeable but, there was a slight tremble in her figure as she spoke.

"That is your bloody daughter." Roman pointed to the confused children looking over, slowly returning to his calm self.

"The Tohsaka have only one daughter." Aoi answered calmly, seemingly not bothered by his words. Aoi Tohsaka, originally Aoi Zenjou, the wife of Tokiomi Tohsaka and the mother of Sakura and Rin. She was a beautiful woman, with long flowing dark green hair but was rather passive and only did as her husband ordered. The perfect traditional wife so to say.

"I... I expected too much..." Roman sighed in defeat, he could relate to the child too much but at the same time, he didn't dare to claim he understood what she felt completely, she'd been worse off than him. Far far worse.

The one eyed magus only watched Tamamo sitting on the ground as Rin Tohsaka, a child with black hair wearing only a simple dress happily jumped around her sister, Sakura, her expression one of joy. Understandable, she'd not seen her sister for much time now and had forgotten all about her father's words the moment she saw her.

"You're horrendous and fucked up. You follow your husband like he's a God and abandon your daughter....Even I have no words for you.." Roman covered his face with his hands, sitting back with his legs folded but then laughed, "I guess I fucked up."

How would Sakura take this?

He didn't care, or he'd tell anyone but that was a kid. Even he had his limits and lines, something like this was not alright in his books.

The one eyed magus only watched as Aoi stood up, grabbed ahold of Rin's little hand and walked into her mansion, all the while without a single expression on her face.

Tamamo no Mae sat frozen, her mind refusing to accept what she'd witnessed just then even as the reality slowly did settle in.

Sakura however, the purple haired child understood what had happened instantly and only... No, she didn't think much then. She didn't think of anything at all really... She was happy, a small part of her held hope that her mother would call her her daughter and greet her with a hug.

The little girl fell to her knees, hollow eyes and a smile on her face. She.... She was happy but, it was a mistake... She saw this coming...

Yes, she saw this coming.

"E-Eh?"

A confused reaction escaped her small lips.

Because she saw this coming, it felt confusing when she felt her cheeks wet.

"W-Why?"

Why.... Why was she crying? This was normal... right? It was normal...

For magus, this was normal...

Her confusion only increased further when a magus, the same one eyed magus that had saved her before, left his cane and limped over to her, knelt down and hugged her tightly,

"I'm sorry." Roman, for once in his life, spoke genuinely.

"I promise, you'll want for nothing. There's nothing you'll lack..." Roman spoke in a hushed voice, perhaps it was decision made of her current state, perhaps this was just the way he was,

"Du bist Sakura Trambelio. Any who have a problem, will deal with me."

Tamamo no Mae had never seen such a side to her Master, she'd known he wasn't a complete asshole but witnessing this was a shock to her too. Hurriedly, the Caster put up a bounded field trying to conceal what was going on.... Only, it was far too great of a phenomenon to remain truly hidden. She could only hope there were no magi in the area.

The fox servant looked at the grey cloud filled sky in disbelief, this.... This was no magecraft. She was certain he hadn't directly asked for this.... Was something like this his desire right now then?

Lightning arched across the sky, followed by the deafening sound of thunder. The heavens roared in displeasure at what transpired down below.

"You can cry."

That day, Sakura Matou.... Sakura Trambelio.... cried.

Her tears wet Roman's suit but the magus didn't care, his feelings at the moment were inexplicable, was he not the cold and vindictive man he thought himself?

Doing something like this however, was a luxury a man of his stature could afford.
