Fuyuki, Japan,

Shinto District,

"Hah....Hah....."

"Are you alright, Lancer?"

Rider, Iskander, stopped mid-swing, tilting his head in slight confusion,... Their battle had been going excellent up until the Magician released his magical energy,... or stopped masking it if Iskander's suspicions were correct.. But, this was strange.

Nagao Kagetora breathed roughly, a hand on her chest, eyes wide as if shocked and her grip on her red lance loosening by a slight bit.... Of course Iskander had no way of knowing just what was causing it, it was more mental than anything truly serious...

What was happening was that the War God of Echigo, having never truly experienced human emotions like anger, was now feeling them far too intensely.... "This.... is anger?" Her eyes swirled excitedly? She'd never experienced this before... Never... So... This was what it was like huh?

A massive grin etched itself across the Lancer's face as she slowly stood to her feet, "This is...." It was ....This was... It was..... intoxicating! Was this what it was like having a Master?! Kagetora spun about, thunder flashing about her figure as 7 different weapons manifested all around, "Wonderful...."

The War God of Echigo found herself unreasonably excited, insanely excited even...., "This is simply...." She wrapped one hand around a massive jagged blade and the other around a strangely long golden spear, "Exhilarating!" She could get addicted to this!

Bursting into a mad laughter, the reinvigorated servant shot forward, ripping open the ground in her wake and slammed down her sword causing a massive earthquake to shake the area... It was the nature of her sword, "Let us battle, King of Conquerors!" Using it as a pad, Kagetora vaulted forward, thrusting down the bright prana coated lance she now held with both hands.

"As you desire!" Iskander grinned widely, mildly excited by the servant's strange fervour, and pulled on the reins of his bulls making the Gordius Wheel shoot forward at blinding speeds.

"Gallop forth, Houshoutsukige!

Bishamonten's protection is with me!

Bishamonten's Eight Phases Wheel Charge Formation!"

Nagao Kagetora deployed her noble phantasm, jumping atop her beloved and loyal steed, grinning like the maniac she was.

-

"We meet once again, Magician."

Oda Nobunaga crossed her arms, staring down at the silent Roman with folded arms and thoughtful eyes, "As I thought, it truly would be a shame for you to die so meaninglessly, bend the knee now." It wasn't an offer the Demon King of Sixth Heaven would make lightly but, the man had proven himself to be worthy.

Roman Trambelio knelt down, not uttering a single word as he touched the thick blood smeared across the ground..... Only moments later did he snap his fingers, closing his eyes as he did and in an instant, his magical presence diminished considerably, still there but at a barely noticeable level...

He had forced himself to calm down.

"Admirable." Amakusa commented weakly, trying to but miserably failing at rising to his feet. The ability to calm oneself was a good trait to have.. Still, it was one befitting a magus, as he had expected, it appeared that the death of his servant didn't bother him much.

Roman raised a hand, staring at it before smiling with eyes closed, "I was afraid I'd let you off too easily in an angered state..." He spoke calmly, placing his other hand behind his back as he raised his head towards Nobunaga.

"Hahaha.." The Archer Class servant laughed savagely, standing in the air with amused eyes, "You think you stand an inkling of a chance?"

Roman raised his hand to the right before simply swiping it to the left.

The next thing Amakusa saw was Nobunaga shooting towards the sky, the rain had stopped abruptly and a clean rift had been opened in the grey previously, cloud filled skies.

Still, it seemed Roman was far from done, pointing two fingers at the Demon King's distant figure, he pointed them down and the next moment, a deafening crash shook the earth beneath them.

Amakusa's eyes widened, "Magus?"..... This was well beyond the realms of what a magus could do, he would know! ....Wait, hadn't Archer said Magician?

Roman Trambelio, still silent as ever, dragged the same pointed fingers back which made the still shocked Nobunaga shoot in his direction, hurled by an incredibly powerful yet invisible force.

".....What?"

Those were the only words that left the Demon King's mouth before the Magician sliced at the air with his hand. The next thing she knew or felt was her own arm falling to the ground, red blood spraying from the newly made stump, "How?" She wasn't going to scream, pain wasn't something that could make her falter. She only winced, suspended in the air unable to move a muscle, "Stop at once." She ordered, face contorting in rage at the audacity of the man before her.

Roman mused in silence, he derived no pleasure from this. He didn't like confronting people like this by himself and he didn't like making others feel pain.. Anyone he killed, he killed instantly for that precise reason... But...

He waved his hand again, making an invisible force rip through the insides of her body.. Archer coughed blood, eyes wide in complete shock, never having felt something so intense..

Perhaps it was the few times the tall woman had cooked for him.... The few times she offered him counsel...

Roman waved his hand again, tearing off the silent servant's entire arm.., "Ugh..." This made even Nobunaga grunt, pupils distorting in rage and an expression that promised pain on her face...

Maybe it was the few times she'd comforted him... Or the few times she'd stood up for him where he was silent....

The Magician waved his hand again, throwing Nobunaga into the air,

"How... How dare you?!"

The Demon King of Sixth Heaven rebalanced herself mid air, pointing her remaining hand down at him as thousands of matchlock rifles appeared behind her, "Become nothing but scorched trash!" The rifles shot at the same time, bringing down a rain of flaming bullets right on the Magician.

"Maybe... it was just her acting like a mother."

Roman Trambelio only simply waved his hand, and a strong torrent of wind blew away all the bullets headed his way leaving a wide eyed Nobunaga, the Archer was shocked... How?! She could kill the very Gods themselves!

"I don't get it really.."

The Trambelio stopped smiling, finally opening his eyes to the sight before him. Maybe he wasn't as unconcerned and detached as he believed himself to be?

"I guess I am a third rate magus."

He pressed his hands together and the shocked Demon King barely had time to react before two immensely powerful forces started pressing on her from either side, threatening to crush her into a mush all the while leaving her unable to even open her mouth.

"I'm kicking you out of the life server though." The Magician chuckled lightly, increasing the force several times with a simple thought, here he was getting attached to the first motherlike figure he had in his life... Roman sighed to himself, shaking his head in disappointment, "Thank you... Raikou." She'd taught him a valuable lesson after all, "And I'm sorry."

His face contorted in anger, only for a moment though, before returning to his usual annoying smile.... He would try to not let this affect him.... Deep down however, he knew it to be impossible.

Pressing his hands together again, this time Roman stared at the Archer that had wronged him so, "What did she do to you?"

Nobunaga, ignoring the pain, grinned, "Defiance is a sin in itself."

"I see."

He crushed her into a red mush.

...

..

.

Roman fell back, sitting down with a downcast gaze, "I'll find you." Never again, this was never going to happen again. Adverse reactions be damned and things prompting such reactions be damned more.

"I am sor-"

"Can it, useless fuck."

Roman blew the weakened Ruler apart. In silence, the Magician stared at the now blue sky.... Feeling empty now that he had forcefully quelled his earlier emotions.

.....It was pitiful really, for acts of kindness towards himself to affect him so thanks to his upbringing.

"I'm going home for the day."

What he took away from that experience would be learnt much much later.

-

"A minor setback I suppose."

A man(?) mused, a hand on his chin and a small pleased grin on his face. Dressed in a rather old fashioned green suit, he had long dark hair mostly covered by a hat resting on his head.

He was the Master of the Late Archer, and by no means human.

"Our King will have what he desires sooner or later..."

They would have to alter their approach however, the Magician was going to be a troublesome enemy to have.
