Chapter 80: Chapter 78: Weary feet begin their march. Fearful eyes gaze towards the heavens

1. I am called to walk my father’s path,

2. My feet tread the soil, riddled with scourge.

3. The presence of my progenitor’s grace protects me from the befoulment of my soul.

4. I am beckoned unto distant lands, destined to chase after the shadow of my mother.

5. Their spirits reside in the well of souls, unto which I, too, will sink.

6. Together, we will meet once more in lives and lands distant from now,

7. Yet till then, I must march.

8. My father’s path is long, as is the shadow of my mother,

9. Yet my road is short,

10. It is only but a lifetime,

11. Hallow.
