Zephyr Boreas is a normal, average looking college student with a normal part-time job and a slightly odd name. After finishing his final class. Walking out of the door, he just blended into the crowd, quickly exiting school. After several minutes, the crowd dissipates on the walk toward his apartment: a small two-room and one-bathroom apartment. The color of the apartment complex was a maroon red, contrasting the bright reflections of the windows. The walk towards the apartment was around 5 minutes; with numerous other college students living in the same complex.
‘I am so ready to get back home,’ Zephyr thought wearily, burnt out from a long day of work.
After getting on his desktop and eventually completing another hour's worth of homework on Chemical Science, a rather dull class, he took. Taking a ramen cup into the microwave, and eventually ate it, being a refreshing flavor in his boring life. After finishing this, he began to read a book for a long time. After reading for so long, he became tired enough to fall asleep. The tumbling sound of rain pitter-pattered on the window and grew to the sound of heavy thunder within 30 minutes.
He then dreamed of something. A flame surrounded by pitch-black darkness, something so dreaming yet realistic? Something so bright and yet so dark? While lost in the idea, suddenly thunder crashed down, causing a fire to reach the apartment.
… The fire moved on its own, burning the surrounding area and slowly encapsulating it with fierce burning intensity.
Terrified, Zephyr tried to open the door, yet somehow it was locked. With the fire now in his apartment, he gave up.
The fire was directly penetrating the room, momentarily touching him, burning up his body, yet with no pain. This surprised him, though, with the heat going through his body, he didn't notice that he was blacking out.

Waking up he noticed a medieval-like town surrounding him, fazed, he didn’t notice the carriage heading straight towards him. “Hey! You! Get out of the road, you useless peasant!”, a minor noble yelled.

Now understanding a few days before he would have to go to this academy, he planned to understand this world better. But, before this, he finally realized the gravity of the situation he was in, thinking, ‘Did I really get transmigrated?’.
Looking at the reflection of the windowsill, he noticed he had a different look, unfamiliar to what he originally looked like. Clear gray-brown hair and gray clear eyes, well-defined facial features, oddly enough though he still had his original clothes. He confirmed his idea, wondering what sort of novel he was transmigrated too.
