Upon entering Room 0731, Xiang Ning saw several people. There wasn’t just Fang Rou and his teammates, but even Li Minghao, Zhang Cheng, and a few other students who went with them to Third School were present.
When Li Minghao saw Xiang Ning, he turned and huffed. I, young master Li, never wanted to come here. Zhang Cheng was the one who dragged me here. If it wasn’t for the fact that you’re halfway decent, I wouldn’t have come.
Xiang Ning greeted the group, especially grinning when he saw Li Minghao. “Good afternoon.”
Li Minghao immediately turned with another grin. “Good afternoon, good afternoon. Thank you in advance, Teacher Xiang Ning, for teaching me this afternoon. I think my offensive strategy isn’t as smooth as it should be and I hope you’ll be able to give me some feedback.”
Xiang Ning nodded. “Alright, but we have limited time this afternoon. Everyone has thirty minutes with me, and I’ll do my best to point out your weaknesses. Then, you all can compare notes and digest the feedback. That’s it.”
Everyone excitedly nodded. This was the same feeling as trying to solve a problem, but one that they have been stuck on for a very long time. Who wouldn’t want a person to give them a direct solution in an efficient manner so they could experience explosive growth?
Li Minghao had exhausted every avenue, even resorting to bribery in order to obtain information about Xiang Ning’s sparring session with his teammates.
“Fang Rou, we’ll do you first,” said Xiang Ning. Other people didn’t leave; they wanted to see how Xiang Ning taught his lessons.
Fang Rou eagerly rushed over. “What should I do?”
“Hmm, just fight as usual and use all your movies. I’ll point out your weaknesses one by one.” Xiang Ning didn’t know how to teach, either... all he did was tell them what his Keen Observation displayed and provide solutions to these weaknesses. When the problems are revealed, solutions would present themselves sooner or later.
“Bring it on.” Fang Rou activated her Lost Mist Step and charged at Xiang Ning, mercilessly lunging at him with her iridium sword at an aggressive angle.
Xiang Ning didn’t falter. He activated Keen Observation, which displayed five weaknesses. He was surprised, because other than Lei Zhongyuan, who had only one or two weaknesses or sometimes zero, no one he’d seen else had so few weaknesses. Of course, perhaps it was also because there was a huge gap in ability between Lei Zhongyuan and himself, so the system couldn’t identify more weaknesses.
So this was the daughter of a dojo master? She must have received stellar education and training from a young age.
As he pondered, Xiang Ning’s hands never stopped. He activated his Shadowmist Ghost Step with iridium sword in hand, attacking an unguarded region next to her arm.
Fang Rou looked surprised by Xiang Ning suddenly closing in on her. Since her attack wasn’t in full swing yet, she still had enough leeway to adjust her position, but found that Xiang Ning’s angle was so steep that her arm couldn’t turn to block him in time.
When he saw that she couldn’t block him, he immediately retracted his attack and caught Fang Rou by the waist, both of them tumbling twice before stopping. “Did you get that? That was the first weakness.”
Clap. Clap. Clap. Applause sounded as Li Zimo smiled. “I would never have expected Rou to have a weakness like this one. In a solo duel, her opponent might find it hard to spot this weakness, but in the face of many enemies, someone might attack from exactly this angle. And if that happened.…” He didn’t elaborate, but everyone nodded silently. It would be a fatal attack.
They all looked up eagerly. Initially, they had reservations since Xiang Ning was the same age as them and they weren’t sure if this session would be effective. But it hadn’t even been thirty seconds into the duel and he had found Fang Rou’s first weakness. They thought half an hour wouldn’t be enough, but Xiang Ning was very efficient. His observational skills were terrifying; how could he have found that specific angle without discovering it by accident?
Both of them let go of each other, Fang Rou blushing, but quickly straightened themselves.
“Tsk, I’m jealous.”
“They’re sweet, but I don’t hate it.”
This time, Fang Rou changed her attack, but the weakness was revealed to be her lower half because her upper body couldn’t keep up with the speed of her Lost Mist Step. On the surface, it wasn’t apparent, but once discovered, it would be a major problem. As long as her opponent noticed, they could take that small imbalance as an opportunity to launch a fatal attack.
Xiang Ning took less than ten seconds to point it out, which was quicker than the last. Everyone truly believed in his abilities now.
Time quickly passed. In the first fifteen minutes, Xiang Ning had pointed out all of Fang Rou’s weaknesses, then spent the next fifteen minutes sparring so she could truly understand the effects of her weaknesses and overcome them.
One by one, all of the students completed their training with Xiang Ning, leaving Li Minghao as the last.
To tell the truth, Xiang Ning had a terrible first impression of Li Minghao, but his views had changed since their visit to Third School. Of course, it had only turned neutral—Xiang Ning still wanted to teach him a lesson.
Then.…

“Hey! Wait a minute, wait a minute! You usually point out their weaknesses, why did you hit me for real?!”
“Did I? I don’t think so, that was just a mistake. Let’s continue.”
“Really?” Li Minghao didn’t believe him, though it was true that Xiang Ning had pointed out his weakness. But he didn’t have time to feel relieved before Xiang Ning knocked him over once again.
“Why would I lie? You’ve got many more weaknesses, and we’ve got limited time. It’s up to you if you’ll let me point them all out.” Xiang Ning chuckled, though he looked more like a devil trying to trick a man.
Fang Rou thought something was off with the way he spoke, and what happened next proved her right.
“That’s the second time! I’m warning you!”
“That was an honest mistake! But see, that’s your second weakness, right?”
“Uh… alright.”
“Hey, that was definitely on purpose!! There’d better not be a third time!” Li Minghao warned through clenched teeth as he lay face down on the ground.
Xiang Ning scratched his head. “Alright, there won’t be a third time, I promise.”
The following duels were too hard for the rest to watch.
Liu Ruoxue went up to Fang Rou and asked, “Is Li Minghao going to be traumatized by this?”
“Uh… I don’t know about that but Xiang Ning is finding many weaknesses in him.”
“Indeed he is.” Liu Ruoxue nodded.
He had no choice. Whenever Li Minghao was knocked to the ground, he would get up and charge at Xiang Ning, only to be knocked down again.
Thirty minutes later, Zhang Cheng and the rest helped Li Minghao up. He was lying on the ground, utterly exhausted.
“Are you alright?”
“I’m… fine.”
“You shouldn’t have done that. He found your weaknesses, but you didn’t even have time to fully understand them.”
“Hehe, you may think I’m stupid but I recorded our entire session.” Li Minghao laughed heartily.
The crowd had a sudden realization. Yeah, they could have recorded the session! But as they watched him laughing uncontrollably, they remained silent. Fine….
