The officials on the stage continued to explain the procedures for the tournament.
When Jian Yiling heard the name [Chasing the Clouds and Victory], she glanced at Zhai Yunsheng.
Then, she glanced at the four members of that team.
Upon seeing this, Zhai Yunsheng asked: “What are you looking at?”
“I want to see which four people are chasing you.”
The name Chasing the Clouds and Victory[1]’s came from Zhai Yunsheng’s name.
Zhai Yunsheng: “…”
Then, he said: “Ignore them, the boss of their team is just bored.”
After the presentation, everyone left the venue. Yu Xi accidentally tripped over a chair. This caused him to collide with the person next to him.
Yu Xi hurriedly apologized to the person that he bumped into: “My bad. I’m sorry that I bumped into you.”
The man that Yu Xi bumped into was a young man in his twenties. He was not very tall and had a thin build. He had thin cheeks and eyes that appeared to look a bit triangular as well.
The man didn’t reply nicely to Yu Xi: “If you know that you’re sorry, then you shouldn’t have come in the first place.”
Then, he turned his head and walked away in disgust. It seemed as though if he spoke one more word to Yu Xi, it’d be insulting himself.
Yu Xi wasn’t stupid. He understood what the other person had meant. And thus, he walked forward to stop that man.
“I apologized for bumping into you. However, you’re wrong to say such a thing without any evidence. You shouldn’t be mocking someone else. Because of that, you have to apologize to me.”

“What did I say? Did I make a sarcastic remark or something? Was there anything wrong with what I just said? I think you just have a weak and guilty conscience. Not everything is about you.”
The man refused to acknowledge the sarcasm that was in his words.
Then, he called out to the security guards: “Security guards, a player from another team is picking a fight in private. Please take care of them.”
The security guards rushed over. The other players who were about to leave the venue also stopped in their tracks.
The teams from other countries didn’t know what was happening. However, all the domestic players knew what was being discussed on the Internet for the past two days.
There were a lot of people who were discontent with the team called [Domination.] Everyone felt that they had paid for a place in the tournament.
Everyone else had achieved their spot in the tournament using their own abilities and skills. However, a certain team had broken the rules. They had merely used their money to attend the tournament. The glory of attending such a tournament was incredibly important to the rest of them!
Some of them recognized the man that Yu Xi was arguing with. He was someone from [Rely on Others.]
It was said that the members of [Rely on Others] were on good terms with another team called [Gangster League.] Unfortunately, during the online tournament, [Gangster League] had finished in the 21st spot. Due to this, they did not qualify for the offline tournament.
And thus, there was speculation amongst the players that the members of [Rely on Others] were upset about the situation.
Yu Xi demanded a clear explanation: “Well, be clear with your words. What do you mean by if you know that you’re sorry, then you shouldn’t have come in the first place?”
“It doesn’t mean much. A certain few people should know exactly what I mean. They should think about how they managed to qualify for the tournament in the first place. If you don’t have a guilty conscience in the first place, would you care about what I’m saying? Why are you acting as if you’re ready to fight someone just because another person said a few words?”
Yu Xi was annoyed. Although he wasn’t as skilled as the other members of his team, he had practiced a lot in the past few weeks.
They had the talent and the skills! So why was that guy saying those things?
Yu Xi had put up with all those comments on the Internet. He couldn’t argue with each and every one of them.
However, Yu Xi couldn’t stand the other contestants dissing him like that.
“What do you mean by a guilty conscience? Psh, as expected, no good words can be expected from a scoundrel!” Yu Xi spat out. He was so angry that he was ready to fight with the other guy.
