Future’s Past

Future's Past is a future history story. Each chapter is from the perspective of an interviewee. The dates range from the early 2030s to 2992 CE (corrected era). The primary narrator/interviewer is Alicia Dunn. The story focuses on developing and discovering new technologies and their impacts on human society.

The story is divided into seven volumes, each spanning roughly one to two centuries, and are self-contained story arcs. Story perspectives include scientists, government officials, high-profile CEOs, and everyday people.

Volume One, Ascendance, detailed humanities ascendance from a single planet species to a species spanning the solar system, their mastery of biology, and the conflict that these two fields of research will lead towards.

Chapters are released Tuesdays and Fridays.
