Chapter 16: CONVERSATION

[Inside the wooden house]

Minato Namikaze[The Fourth Hokage], Hiruzen Sarutobi[The Third Hokage], Hiashi Hyuga[The newly appointed Hyuga clan's leader], Fugaku Uchiha[Leader of the Uchiha clan], and Evans were sitting around a round table.

Everyone's eyes were on his left eye, rinnegan. It was their first time seeing that godly eye so close, and they were curious because Evans' rinnegan was a bit different from the information they had. And they never let down their guard for a moment.

After receiving information on Evans' battle power and his claim about the Nine-Tails attack on the Hidden Leaf Village, they gathered all the major powerhouses and came to meet him.

Had it been any other person, they might have turned a blind eye, but when that information is directly coming from a strong rinnegan bearer who claims to be an ally, they decided to take a chance. One strong ally is better than an enemy, but the real reason was that they couldn't let Evans join another Village. In the worst-case scenario, they planned to overpower Evans and imprison him for further investigation.

Evans noticed that Hiashi's Byakugan was already active and fixed on him. He was checking the Chakra flow in Evan's body, just in case, he decided to use Jutsu.

'No Chakra... What is going on here? That's a rinnegan... although it's different, there is no doubt... That's a new rinnegan... But why can't I detect any trace of Chakra?' Hiashi thought because he had never seen or heard of anyone with zero Chakra. So he was confused.

"So, can you tell me who is going to unleash the Nine Tails Fox or where you got that information?" inquired Minato with a calm expression.

'Cool, calm, and composed as ever, even after knowing about his wife's life in danger... He is just like what I read in manga. He cares more about the Village... That's a true Hokage... Like father... like son,' Evans thought.

"Curiosity, confusion, fear, well... I can see overflowing emotions on your faces, but I will first talk to the Third Hokage. The rest of you can wait outside," said Evans as he looked toward the Third Hokage, "By the way, I am Evans..."

'Just as we suspected. There is more to it than Nine Tails,' Hiruzen thought.

Before coming to the meeting, he suspected that there was a big conspiracy going on around the Hidden Leaf Village. First, the disappearance of the dead bodies of the Uchihas and now the sudden information about an enemy trying to unleash the Nine Tails.

"What do you think, Minato?" Hiruzen looked toward Minato. His old wrinkled face seemed to have a glint of desperation.

"You are a stranger. Even with just the information about the Nine-Tails, you can not make such a demand. If it's about Nine Tails, then I don't see why you need to talk to us separately. Or is there something more important than that?" Minato inquired with a calm expression.

'His eye looks like that of a mixture of Rinnegan and Sharingan... Who the hell are you? What secrets are you hiding? And why the hell don't I sense any Chakra from you?' Fugaku wondered with a serious expression.

"I hope you are not kidding around. Do you think we will let Lord Third alone with a stranger like you? You better spill everything you know. From where did you obtain the information about the Nine-Tails?" Fugaku said in his usual calm yet arrogant voice as he activated his Sharingan.

"Oh! You want me to spill everything I know... Humm. Let's see," Evans said as he touched his chin, trying to think of something to make the conversation easier. Then he remembered something very important that Fugaku had been hiding from everyone but revealing it before everyone was not an option.

Evans rinnegan glowed for a moment, 'Genjutsu.'

During the Third Shinobi World War, shinobi from other nations trembled at the mention of Fugaku's nickname of Wicked Eye Fugaku. A dear friend of Fugaku died in battle, allowing him to awaken the Mangekyo Sharingan, a fact he decided to keep hidden from everyone.

After the Third Shinobi World War, many within the Uchiha clan believed the clan's leader, Fugaku, should become Konoha's Fourth Hokage. But, Fugaku was not even considered for the position. And the title of Fourth passed to yet another disciple of the Senju. Fugaku's supporters were outraged, but he resisted their calls to protest.

He sensed that a day would come when the eternal battle between Leaf Village[Senju] and the Uchiha clan would rise once again. So he started uncovering the secrets hidden within the Uchiha stone tablet with his newly awakened Mangekyo Sharingan without anyone's knowledge while planting his spies everywhere within the Village's forces.

Evans showed Fugaku that through genjutsu. He knows that Fugaku won't risk his secret going out before everyone.

'How the hell does he knows? I can't risk revealing my Mangekyo in front of everyone. Damn it! To think I would fall so easily under his genjutsu,' Fugaku thought.

Since Evans' power source is different from everyone, he was able to fool the Byakugan because it can only see Chakra, not Universal Energy flow. However, Hiashi noticed a dim glow and understood Evans used some kind of Jutsu, but he wasn't certain which one.

"Eight Trigrams..." Hiashi was about to use his rotation to create a barrier, but Fugaku and the others stopped him.

"He did use Jutsu, but it was a harmless genjutsu," Fugaku said while rubbing his eyes, "From what he showed me... I think you can trust his words."

'That worked. So that's how genjutsu works,' Evans thought. He wanted to use genjutsu to tell Fugaku that he knew his secrets. So he infused his energy into his rinnegan and tried to project his thoughts while focusing on Fugaku's eyes, and surprisingly, it worked.

'What did he show him to change his arrogant expression? He even stopped using his Sharingan... Let's see what his plan is?' Hiruzen thought. He looked toward Minato and shooked his head.

"I will be fine... Who do you think I am? Leave. That's an order," said Hiruzen. He had confidence in his abilities to defend against sudden attacks. He continued, "And I don't sense any killing intent from him."

"Very well. We will be outside," Minato stood up and made his way toward the door, but before exiting, he touched Evans' chair. Fugaku followed him out without a single word but gave Evans a death glare before leaving.

"If you dare to harm Lord Third..." Hiashi said before leaving the room.

"Phew! Now that they left, let's talk about the upcoming danger," said Evans after letting out a sigh. This is his first time engaging in a lengthy conversation with all those powerful people. And even though he is powerful, he is still a bit nervous.

"Go on," said Hiruzen with a curious expression.

"Approx. 2 days from now, Kushina Uzumaki will give birth, and her seal will become weak... At that exact moment, someone will take her through a teleportation Jutsu and unleash the Nine-Tails," explained Evans with a grim expression.

"Who is this enemy you are talking about?" Hiruzen inquired.

'He knows about Kushina. But how does he knows the exact day?' Hiruzen thought. During a conversation with Minato, he heard that Kushina could go into labor in a couple of days.

"Madara Uchiha... Or so he calls himself," replied Evans. He noticed that Hiruzen's expression became grim after hearing Madara's name.

"That's impossible. Madara is dead... There is no way he is still alive," Hiruzen said.

He knows that Madara died during his battle with Hashirama and the legend behind the Valley of the End. So, he didn't believe Evans, just based on his words alone.

"Have you heard of a Jutsu known as Izanagi? It's a special Jutsu, and only an Uchiha with Mangekyo Sharingan can use..." Evans began to explain the details about the Jutsu and how Madara survived.

**Izanagi is a Mangekyō Sharingan technique that seals the technique Izanagi within the Sharingan of the target. After being sealed within the person, it is involuntarily activated when certain requirements, which are predetermined by the user, are met. Madara Uchiha used this on his own right eye, to trigger after he dies in order to rewrite his death into a mere dream.**

"Time release Jutsu that changes the reality," Hiruzen was stunned because he had never heard of such an impossible Jutsu, "How do you know all this? Who are you?" He inquired.

"You wouldn't believe me even if I told you," Evans said with a little smile. He knows that no one would believe him if he say he came from the future.

"After hearing about Izanagi... Haaa. Try me," replied Hiruzen with a sigh.

"Maybe another time. First, we have to deal with... Arggg!!!" Suddenly Evans felt a jolt on his right hand, "The hell?! Analyze existence..." He used his Stigma.
