SAMAEL
I am different from the other angels in a few ways, but not all these ways made my existence a living hell.
I ignited the torch and hung it before taking my seat on the ground.
"Hmm...", the voice murmured in my ears as I leaned against the wall, my fingers slipping down my pants.
"Don't say a single word", I warned.
"I'm just curious as to what you're doing..."
"I don't know", I took a few deep breaths as I took out my cock, "but it feels..."
I stumbled into a moan as my fingers curved around my shaft. A while ago, I had learned that I didn't have to wait for my boners to go down; I could actually play with myself instead. In addition to being a terrific way to kill time, it also felt good...
...a little too good.
My hand came in contact with my obscenely stiff cock as my grip tightened. I squeezed it slightly and saw how the tip suddenly turned moist.
Slow breaths came out of my mouth as I started to stroke my fist up and down over my erection. I knew it was wrong. I knew that I was different from the other angels in that everything about me and what I did was wrong, but it still felt so good.
If it felt so good, how could it possibly be wrong?
I groaned, My hand, rapidly stroking my cock. The voice in my head was quiet and I knew why it was. My mind was blank and the only thing I felt were overwhelming sensations taking over my nerves.
So much pleasure.
My throat let out a low grunt as my cock began to throb in my palms. I kept pumping it harder while observing my fist go up and down its length. My eyesight began to blur and I jerked up my hips, my body trembling, as tiny streams of cum squirted out through the tip of my cock and onto the floor.
As I sat on the floor, my breathing was quick and shallow. I remember feeling strange and a little humiliated when I did it the first time as if it had made me even more broken than I already was.
I let go and heaved a sigh. I didn't want to think about that. I needed to clean up.
The door opened as I stood up and tucked my cock back into my pants. I quickly moved away from the floor stain, as if Lucifer would be able to sense what I was doing when he saw it.
It wasn't Lucifer. It was a ruler. He was tall, wearing a thick fur robe, and had long black hair that flowed down to his back with a long beard. I hadn't seen one of them in so long.
He frowned when he saw me and said, "Come with me"
"What?", I asked.
"I said, come with me"
Was he being serious?
As he turned around, his feet floating off the floor, he slowly left the room with the door open. My blood raced as I realized he was actually serious.
The door was open and I could walk out of it.
I moved cautiously towards it, and when I reached the doorway, I put out my hand to see if it was real. There was a sensation coursing through my body that I couldn't quite put a name to. What was it? Excitement? Gratitude? I didn't know.
The ruler came to a stop and cast a quick glance behind.
In an indignant tone, he demanded, "What are you doing?"
I blinked, "nothing", I said quickly, "nothing, I'm coming!"
I jogged to catch up to him as he turned around and started moving once more. Flying was not really an option for me because of my terrible diet, but he didn't seem to care. He suddenly got faster and while I struggled to keep up with his pace, I glanced around me.
When I was very little, my father gave the order to the rulers to blindfold, pull me down to the room, and lock me up. It resembled a pitch-black, underground basement in the heavens that was beyond the reach of the light. Since there were no torches nearby, the hallway seemed to go on forever and I couldn't even see the walls around me. As we moved further, I saw a bright door.
It opened as we drew near, and for a brief moment, I believed I had lost my vision.
I hadn't been outside in the light for such a long time.
It was beautiful.
Heavenly light shone like crystals of brightness. It was brilliant, its radiance outshining priceless stones.
The ruler slowed down, and I was relieved to be able to glance about. The light bounced off my pale skin, making it appear shinier than it did inside the room and I could see everything.
As we crossed the wide court, I could see my reflection in the gleaming golden lawns. The buildings all around us were large and sturdy, with precious stones lavishly adorning the walls and sturdy granite pillars supporting them. More could be seen dotted throughout the foothills in the distance.
Around the city were streets made of gold that were transparently pure. A few angels rose into the air, and several of them lingered around the court, chit-chatting. As I walked by, they appeared to be too preoccupied to pay me any attention. Even so, I saw that some looked at me and started whispering.
It wouldn't be long before the news spread.
Up ahead, thunder boomed with such force that a wave of heat washed over me. The awareness that Father was here and everywhere nearly brought me to my knees.
I felt the urge to turn around and go back to the cellar I so eagerly ran out of.

The ruler directed me toward a clear archway that opened up into another building. Fewer angels were present here, and as soon as we entered, they all turned to face us. I looked away from them and turned my head to gaze at my feet.
My chest beat rapidly but this time, there was no excitement. I felt terrified and uneasy. I couldn't help but notice that everyone was looking at me, and I had no idea what they were thinking. Were they scared of me? Did they think I would hurt or infect them?
I inched closer to the ruler, trying to hide in his glow. He didn't seem to notice as he made his way towards a room and opened the door.
He turned to me, "go in"
"Okay", I said before walking in.
The room was large and had light coming in from the several windows all around it. The windows were completely covered in white mesh curtains and were spotless and dust-free. The walls were paneled with wood, giving the room an oaky feel.
Guitars of different shapes and sizes mounted the walls. The room was filled with several other musical instruments, some standing tall on the ground and others hanging in corners. In the center stood a classical piano, standing atop a white rug.
A brown couch with a little table in front of it was in the corner where Lucifer sat, his eyes concentrated on a set of sheets in his hand.
Because he hadn't yet noticed me, I could observe him. As he fixed his attention on the sheets, his finger toyed across his parted lips and his brows creased in concentration. I assumed they were musical sheets.
I shut the door, gaining his attention quickly.
"Samael!" he raised his feet off the floor and flew so fast across the room that I tumbled to the floor when he bumped into me, "you're here!"
"You're...", I gasped, "...so heavy"
He stood up, pushed away from me, and grinned, "I'm sorry", he said, "I was just really excited. I can't believe you're here!"
I sighed as he helped me stand and said, "Yeah, I can't believe it either."
"I told you I could get father to agree", he grinned proudly as he took my hand and led me over to the couch.
"Father really said I could come?"
Lucifer nodded, "yes. Today's the event. He said you could attend."
I struggled to believe his words. He had attempted to convince our father to free me before. What changed? Why now?
"We still have a bit of time before it starts," Lucifer informed me as we took a seat, "you'll need to clean up and get dressed. I picked out a lovely robe for you."
He was right about that clean up part.
I wasn't so sure about wearing a robe after so long.
"First," he added, gesturing to the table, "you need to eat"
A platter with a bowl of manna and a small jug was placed on the table.
"Woah", I smiled at him, "This is more than I've eaten in a long time."
Although Lucifer grinned, his eyes still contained a trace of sympathy. I turned aside because I didn't like it. I knew for an angel that lived in the heavens and was cherished by our father, the food in front of me was a typical-sized lunch.
I didn't check any of those boxes.
As I ate, I said, "Seeing everyone again is going to be weird."
"I'll be here," Lucifer said.
"They hate me"
"Not at all, no. Angels are not hateful"
I scoffed, "right. I'm the only one who can hate", I said in a mocking tone, "I suppose the appropriate word is fear. They're afraid of me"
"They just don't know you Samael," he said, placing his hand on my shoulder.
I gently chewed while turning to face him. He was the one person who truly knew me, had ever accepted me, and was the reason I was finally outside after spending so much time in the dark. I had so much to be grateful to Lucifer for and the biggest among them was for loving me.
The room's door swung open and he stood. I continued to eat until I saw who had come in. Then my mouth was dry and the manna had lost its flavor.
"Micheal," Lucifer said.
Michael sent a scathing glance my way as his enraged eyes burned.
"Lucifer", he said, his voice laced with race, "what is he doing here?"
