She stared at him without blinking, and then she moved. The pair of glowing purple eyes approached him ever so slowly.
"Lilli! I don't like this! If you keep this up, I'm going to punish you!"
Lilli's barefoot steps echoed in the room until she was now face to face with her former owner. The size difference caused Lilli to look up, as she was considerably shorter than the man, only reaching to his upper chest.
He was scared, I could see it. Lilli's unsuppressed energy was too much for someone that never trained a day in his life.
"Bitch, you think you can scare me?!" He raised his right hand to slap Lilli when she swatted it away, taking his arm clean off his body.
It didn't register to him at first. He tried raising his now amputated arm when he realized that it wasn't there. Only a bleeding stump was left. He looked to his right, screaming at the sight of his arm thrown across the room.
"W-what did you do?!?!?" His chest tightened, beads of sweat dripping down his forehead. A trickling sound filled the room as his pants changed color from wetting himself, which was paired with a disgusting smell.
Hyperventilating, he looked to his left where the door was and ran towards it.
"KILL," was all he heard as he found himself laying on the ground. He tried to move his body but it didn't respond, no, it couldn't respond. Lilli had kicked him from behind, damaging his spine, and instantly paralyzing his body.
"Stop! Please! I'll give you money. Don't kill me! Please!" He begged. He even cried out for help, but it was useless. The room they were in was specially sound proofed by him.
"KILL!" Lilli grabbed the knife which had fallen to the ground, stabbing him multiple times.
Lilli's laughs filled the room as he cried out in pain. Not only was he paralyzed, he could still feel pain.
Is this what they call karma? I watched Lilli lick the blade as she continued to cut his body, not only cutting skin, but vital organs. It wouldn't be long until he died.
I had hoped for more, but it was disappointing. Still, she is a good candidate. I was about to leave and compile my list of candidates when I heard her say something.
As the man bled to death, she finally stopped, and stood up.
"Who are you?"
I connected to her once again to use telepathy. "Nai, The God of Nothing."
Knowing her place, she immediately kneeled. "You're a god? Why did you help me? I thought the gods abandoned me.."
"Yes they have abandoned you, but I heard your prayers, and it is only natural to help my children."
"Children? But I'm the child of my mother."
"Yes, you are but you are birthed from nothing, and at the end, you will become nothing, so in a way I am your father."
Her eyes gleamed. "A father! I have a father!" With a broken mind, in addition to me helping her avenge her mother, she wholeheartedly believed me. "Father, what do you need me to do?"
I smiled inside. "I need you to spread my name, and get people to join our family, my religion."
"A family?!" I could see it in her eyes. She imagined herself surrounded by her family members. A big brother, little sister. She always wanted one. I could recognize that look anywhere because I once had the same look when I was human. "I've always wanted a big family!"
---
"Children of Nai? What the hell is this?" a man sitting in an office asked. He grabbed the cigar that was in his mouth, and lighting it with magic.
"It's a new religion, sir. I've been watching them and there's only two members, but I think they'll grow soon."
"Why is that?" He said, puffing out smoke.
"The two members I spoke of. They have, how do I say it.. Gifts. They say they are blessings that come from their god, and that anyone who joins their family can get it too."
He raised his eyebrows. "Well now you got my attention. What are the gifts, and do you think their god is real?"
"The gifts strengthen their body, and alter their mana in a way that I've never seen, but no. I don't think their god exists. In fact, I don't think any god exists. There's no proof of any of them existing."
"So where did they get the gifts?"
"The most likely answer. Not from a god. They probably dabbled in forbidden magic."
"Well that settles that. Get rid of them. I don't want a cult in my city. Anything else?"
"I saved the worst for last.."

"Baron Coson has been killed."

I ended up taking her in, and I don't regret it. At first I was worried, since she is a bit crazy, but she's not crazy all the time so it's good.
I had her leave the mansion and meet with Gabriel and Zeke. It was amusing how she called them brother, and how they must work hard to spread "father's" name, and grow the family.
Once they were acquainted with each other, I had a meeting with them. First, we needed an outfit, and being my first three disciples. It must be special.
I was just going to use my divinity, but that had an upkeep, meaning I had to constantly supply energy or it would disappear, and the range that I could supply energy was limited too, so that was out of the question.
So to counteract this, I used my flesh. It was a little morbid, but after running experiments, I found that it wasn't a problem since it would regrow after some time.
In the meeting, I detached 3 of the numerous arms that made up my body, giving each of them to Lilli, Gabriel, and Zeke.
"Channel your energy into my flesh, and it will shape itself to you."
They followed my instruction, as the arms turned black, and expanded. I of course helped. While my flesh naturally had my divinity, I supplied my extra to strengthen it even more.
The black arms grew to envelop them, forming a cocoon where it started to mold itself to their body.
Zeke was the first one to energy, now wearing a black shirt, pants, shoes, and a black coat.
In the middle of his shirt, and all along his shoulders was an eclipsed sun. A golden stole hung off his neck, with the same eclipsed sun at the end.
After Zeke was Gabriel. His outfit resembled more mercenary than priest, but there were still priest elements. The arms had morphed themselves to look like black leather armor that covered him from his neck to his feet. Like Zeke, there was an eclipsed sun in the middle of his chest.
Lilli emerged wearing what I instantly recognized as a nun outfit, although it was a little revealing.
She wore a black dress with stockings underneath. Black fabric hung on her arms that fell to the ground. Her headpiece was similar to what nuns wore, only it was adorned with 2 sets of horns. One pointing up, and the other in front of her.
Around Lilli's neck was a necklace that hung down to her neck with once again an eclipsed sun at the end.
"I grant you three the position of High Priest, and Priestess. Gabriel, and Zeke. Continue with your task. Lilli stay here."
The three bowed, and Gabriel and Zeke left soon after.
"What do you need of me, father? Ask me anything and I shall do it," she said, lowering her head.
"Raise your head. I do not need anything from you. Rather, you need something from me."
My blessing, Channeling, my energy into her, I started the process of giving her my blessing.
She responded positively at first, undergoing change with no problem. Her energy increased tremendously. With her unsuppressed energy together with my blessing, no one in the city compared.
Like the two before, a hole appeared in the middle of her chest, and her arms turned a pale grey. I checked on her to see if she could keep going and there were no problems, so I pumped more of my divinity and energy.
A hole appeared on her neck, and her eyes turned into a black and purple. This was the point where Gabriel and Zeke couldn't get past, but Lilli had no problems at all. In fact, she was still going strong. So I kept going.
Along her back, 4 spines protruded beyond her flesh. The canines of her teeth changed, elongating and becoming sharper.
I was excited to see what else would happen when I heard her coughing out blood. So this is her limit. I mentally sighed, retracting my energy. I noticed that the spines in her back retracted.
"You have recieved my blessing. My daughter, why don't you rest for now?"
She wiped the blood from her mouth, standing up before me. "It is fine father. I can't rest while my brothers are working hard!"
She smiled, revealing her sharp canines which seemed to be able to pierce through anything.
"Very well. Oh and in addition to growing the family. Gather more information about magic. There's stuff I am interested in. Use force if you have to."
She bowed before leaving.
I thought over my next course of actions. A church is definitely a good choice. Someplace to worship me and strengthen beliefs. There's no way this city would just let me build a church here so I would need to talk to someone high up. Wouldn't I need to talk to the Baron of this city?
