Jason wasted no time and jumped right into the fray on the battlefield.
He targeted the Initial phase Ascendion stage beings and was quickly able to kill many beings belonging to the Shadow walker alliance.
It hadn't been his plan in the beginning, but somehow they had been pulled into the fight.
As such, Jason had decided to make use of the chaos to his benefit.
Thus, he had picked out the strongest prodigies at the Initial Ascendion stage before fighting them.
This was not only to allow himself to fight without holding back but also to knock these particular prodigies out and question them about the location of Lux later.
If that was something the prodigies didn't know, he could interrogate them about many other things that could lead towards the same end result.
His ultimate aim was to find out the rough location of Lux and the other humans who betrayed mankind on Argos.
Fortunately, it was not necessary for him to make a big detour.
After Jason revealed his ability to manifest body parts of his soulbonds and that he could do much more than that, many younger Shadow walkers stared at him in confusion.
Owing to the fusion he completed with Artemis, it was even possible for him to hear two prodigies of the Shadow walker race talking to each other.
"Isn't he one of the humans from this little planet? I already forgot its name… either way, I didn't know that the Aeus and Devir race had a world bridge to that planet too!"
Meanwhile, the other Shadow walker stared at Jason from faraway with conflicted emotions that were hidden under the cover of darkness he had created.
"It almost looks like his body part manifestation is stronger than that of our people. Maybe even stronger than that of the Lord of Death?
And I thought that the Lord of Death was a prodigy from Argos… but this human looks even more frightening!"
It was astonishing to hear someone talk about his home planet. But even more so was the fact that he felt as if he had already found what he had been looking for before truly entering the battlefield.
That was because the Lord of Death was most likely Lux, which caused Jason to almost laugh out loud.
However, instead of making fun of the ridiculous situation after finally connecting the dots, Jason decided that he should imprison the two prodigies of the Shadow walkers before leaving.
With that in mind, he told Jennifer that she should stay out of the fight because he would return in a moment.
That being said, he made use of the fusion with Artemis and manifested her wings.
Only a moment later, Jason released the two Stigmas, his Arctic aura, the Hermes Celeration movement technique, the moonlight affinity, and his divine energy, at once.
Through this, he was able to shoot towards the two prodigies of the Shadow walker race with a speed that crossed the threshold of their limits.
Yet, despite seeing Jason shooting towards them like a bullet, they had enough time to react…or so they thought.
As they had been busy talking to each other, they took a second to sense that someone had attacked them.
Just a second should have been more than enough for them to react, but Jason didn't even need a second. I
It was a fraction of a second later that both felt incapable of moving, their bodies rigid as stone.
Jason's sky blue eyes were gleaming brightly as he forcefully restricted the movements of one Shadow walker prodigy.
The other one's knees gave in as he collapsed on the ground just a moment later.
His eyes were pitch-black which was odd owing to the fact that their eyes were normally….red like a ruby in color.
Thus, the paralyzed Shadow walker stared at his friend in shock, believing that his friend had died just like that, only to perceive that the darkness around him was still moving.
Yet, before he was even able to do anything, Jason had already appeared behind the Shadow walker as he whispered an order.
"Now…go to sleep!"
Saying so, he used his hand to attack the Shadow walker, hitting the side of his neck in order to knock out the prodigy.
If that wouldn't have worked, Jason was ready to use his divine energy to combine his petrification curse, the race specific weakening curse, and the abyssal effect of his Emperor Eyes.
He had done the same with the first Shadow walker prodigy, who had collapsed on the ground already, so he wouldn't shy away from using it a second time.

However, that was not necessary, and both were knocked out.
This allowed Jason to pick them up before he shot high in the air, leaving as quickly as possible.
This was seen by the majority of other Shadow walkers on the battlefield at the Initial phase Ascendion stage, but considering that Jason had just defeated their two strongest two combatants, they didn't dare make a move against him.
Meanwhile, the other battlefields were relatively oblivious to Jason's appearance, and even less so when he disappeared with two unconscious Shadow walkers in his arms.
When he had left the battlefield, Jason couldn't help but feel that it had been way too easy.
But that was not something he should be complaining about.
Instead, he should be glad that it went much easier than he had planned.
In the end, he had killed a few Shadow walkers on the battlefield, but the number was not much in comparison to what he would have done if the other Initial Ascendion stage cultivators attacked him.
As such, the chaotic situation ended before it truly began.
BothJason and Jennifer disappeared, leaving everyone behind without attracting any attention from the stronger beings.
This allowed Jason to feel reassured as he and Jennifer had stopped flying almost half a day after they had departed.
The distance was more than enough to know if someone was following them or not.
Both of them and their imprisoners were hidden by the dense canopy of the treetops of large trees.
Additionally, the strong energy currents of other beasts that had been resting at their current location before they arrived, would serve as an additional camouflage to throw their pursuers, if any, off guard.
While waiting for another half a day, Jason read a book, while Jennifer was cultivating.
It was only when one of the Shadow walker prodigies began to move that they finished everything they had been doing.
As he stared at the Shadow walker, who was slowly regaining his consciousness, Jason couldn't help but feel satisfied.
The once 'mighty' and 'powerful' Shadow walkers that had terrorized Argos, were now lying in front of them, helpless and tied up.
"Who…are you guys?!?!" The Shadow walker that had just regained his consciousness asked in an angry voice as he stared at Jason.
His voice was filled with a sense of superiority and entitlement which was perfectly normal for a prodigy.
But Jason couldn't help but feel that his smile was widening as he countered,
"Do you really think we would tell you our real names? If that's the case, do you expect to survive if we tell you our real name?"
The moment Jason and Jennifer revealed their real names, they would have to kill the Shadow walker prodigy.
It would be stupid to give someone important information only to leave them alive.
After realizing this, the Shadow walker fell silent for a moment.
He looked into Jason's eyes that were clearly telling him that he was not someone to be taken lightly.
Jason had overcome more than enough hurdles to kill without feeling any remorse, and his eyes were the mirrored image of his soul, clearly showing this.
As such, the Shadow walker couldn't help but quietly ask.
"What…do you want from us?"
