Haha, just as you thought, I will now proceed to abandon Yuna's story and will continue from the POV of the newly introduced nameless character...
Well, jokes aside, some of you seriously need to take a chill pill. I was expecting a little bit of outrage after yesterdays first chapter since I deliberately made it look like I will start something like a secondary plotline, but after the second chapter, where I literally summed up the new character's whole story up to this point while not even giving her a name, I thought it was rather obvious, that she will not have too much impact on my story. She is simply a side character that provides a unique perspective on what Yuna has changed so far and what she will change in the future.
*End of Author Note*
Since Danzo's death a few months ago, things have considerably calmed down in Konoha. While Yuna was unconscious, Tsunade created a cover story to make things less outrageous. Well, it was not like Tsunade actually knew what happened, but she at least knew that Yuna singlehandedly killed Danzo and the over 50 Root agents that were following him.
After Danzo left Konoha to hunt down Yuna, all of his bases were ransacked for important documents, which resulted in him pretty much losing all of his allies, so the truth could be freely twisted however Tsunade liked. Danzo's strength was at the level of an Elite Jonin and almost reached the level of a Kage, so Yuna defeating him alone was rather outrageous, especially when he had his Root agents with him.
Since Root was supposed to have disbanded a long time ago anyway, Tsunade simply pretended that Danzo was alone and that Yuna, Hinata, and Naruto fought him as a group.
Truth be told, Yuna didn't care about hiding her strength that much anymore, but since this resulted in Hinata and Naruto being promoted to full-fledged jonin, she didn't mind either.
As for the reason why the trio fought and killed Danzo? That story was faked pretty easily as well. Danzo became dissatisfied with Konoha, because Tsunade became the next Hokage instead of him, so he decided to desert Konoha, but coincidently met the trio, who were on a mission together, while leaving. They found out what Danzo was planning to do, which resulted in a confrontation, and, in the end, in Danzo's death.
The whole story was rather flimsy, but since everyone involved and even Tsunade, the current Hokage herself, gave the story their blessings no one said anything about it.
Yuna herself, in the meantime, resumed doing missions. Unlike Hiruzen, Tsunade had much thicker skin than Hiruzen had at the start, so she has gotten used to Yuna's outrageous mission reports rather quickly. Additionally, since Tsunade knew about Yuna's capabilities to some degree she usually gave her only a small team or even sent her out on her own. Truth be told, doing missions solo is rarely acceptable, but since Yuna hasn't failed a single one yet while pretty much always being in full control of whatever situation she found herself in there was no point in arguing whether it was okay to send her out alone or not.
Nowadays, people started spreading rumors about Yuna again, but this time they were of a slightly different nature than previously. Terms like "pervert", "debauchery" and a few others were used rather frequently in those rumors, and truth be told Yuna didn't exactly help stifle them either, while she was walking through Konoha while Hinata and Anko were clinging to her. However, the greatest source of these rumors wasn't Yuna herself, but Karin, who, for some reason, decided to wear a maid outfit wherever she was going, while happily explaining to everyone who wanted to hear about it, that she was "Yuna-sama's personal maid". Well, she was working hard on getting stronger and was even fulfilling her maid duties, so Yuna didn't really care about that. At first, people called her a demon and now they call her a pervert. She really couldn't care less.
Yuna has just handed in a mission report of a B-Rank mission she completed and was currently on her way back to the Uzumaki compound. The standing of the Uzumaki clan got even better after Akane handed over the documents to Tsunade that exposed quite a bit of corruption in Konoha, that was centered around Danzo. Additionally, more and more of the Uzumaki clan members started becoming part of Konoha's forces, which resulted in an increase in successful missions due to the versatility of seals. Tsunade even considered making it mandatory to have someone skilled with seals in a shinobi team just like she wanted it to be for people with medical skills.
As a result of that, discussions were started on whether sealing should be made part of the academy curriculum or not which resulted in discussions of overhauling the whole curriculum getting started. Although Yuna couldn't care less, as the head of the Uzumaki clan she still made her opinion known: "It's trash. Overhaul it.". Considering she didn't learn a single piece of information she didn't already know during her days in the academy, she deemed that opinion to be reasonable.
Some people were actually worried that a too diverse and complicated curriculum would make it too hard for children from civilian families to pass the academy, which Yuna found beyond hilarious: "Good job passing the academy that never challenged you properly. Here is a kunai you barely learned how to use and off to the battlefield you go. Good Luck.".
As someone who always pays attention not to anger the people around her, Yuna, naturally, said that out loud for everyone to hear, which resulted in a rather awkward silence, which Yuna enjoyed immensely. Well, the end result of that meeting was, that the academy curriculum will get an overhaul.
While contemplating what happened in the last few months, she reached her home and was about to open the door, when she heard a voice coming from the other side of the door.
"Come on, just a little bit. I swear I won't tell Yuna about it."
Yuna raised an eyebrow when she heard that. She couldn't help but be a little confused by whatever was happening on the other side of the door, especially since that was Hinata's voice she just heard. Yuna usually didn't spread her sense too much when she was home, so right now she didn't know who was together with Hinata.
'Last time it was Anko trying to convince Hinata, but now the situation seems to be slightly different. I wonder what is going on.'
"F-Fine, but only a little. And I swear if you tell Yuna about this..."
Yuna's expression became deadpan when she heard the second, clearly male, voice. She could pretty much guess what was going on and couldn't help feel a little betrayed.
"It feels great, right? How about here?"
"Ahh, that's the spot right there!"
Without wasting any more time, Yuna opened the door and saw exactly what she expected to see...
Hinata was sitting on a couch, while her hands were vigorously petting Kurama, who was half-lying on her lap with a loose expression on his fox face.
How could she not feel betrayed by this? So far, Kurama never allowed her to pet him, and yet he allowed Hinata to do so! What else could it be, but betrayal!?
Hinata and Kurama both froze up when Yuna opened the door and stared at them with a weird atmosphere surrounding her. Kurama moved with lightning speed away from Hinata's lap and glared at her.
"W-What do you think you are doing, Hinata? D-Don't just start petting me without my permission!"
Hinata, meanwhile, could only look dumbfounded at Kurama who somehow seemed to have started adopting Yuna's shamelessness.
"Hehehe..."
A small chuckle escaped Yuna, which sent shivers of terror through Hinata and Kurama. Yuna lifted her hands and started wiggling her fingers, which caused Kurama to instinctively take a step back.
"Hehe, I hope you are ready for your punishment, Hinata, Kurama. I will only stop after I'm satisfied, so prepare yourselves."
A crimson blush appeared on Hinata's face when she heard the word punishment, but Yuna decided to ignore that for now and instead focused her eyes on Kurama, who took another step back when he saw Yuna approach him.
"Y-Yuna, c-can't we talk about this. There is no need to go too far. I-I don't like the way your fingers are moving. Y-Yuna, s-stop. NOOOOoooooo~"
What followed, was Yuna unleashing the full spectrum of her petting experience on Kurama, turning him into putty in her hands.
After she was satisfied, her eyes landed on Hinata, which caused a shiver to go through Hinata's spine.
"Hehe, I wonder what kind of punishment I should give you, Hinata~"
Seeing Yuna seductively lick her lips, a crimson red blush appeared on Hinata's face as she lowered her head in shame. Despite not wanting to, she couldn't help herself but get a little excited when she thought about Yuna punishing her.
