A strange sound spread just as he talked, "So, the only thing you have to remember is these three white dots. If you found them on the brick, you got exactly what you were looking for."
Brian saw a guy blowing the whistle when he hurriedly checked the situation at the outside.
Although he didn't understand what did that sound represent and what was its function, old Brian felt that this was something bad and he needed to do something to stop it.
So as he decided, he took action immediately. The people behind him only saw Brian looked outside through the gun hole. At the next second, he put his rifle in place and started to shoot.
Kevin cursed, "Damn, old man, what you doing? You didn't even put silencer on your gun. Don't you know it would attract those monsters?"
Brian didn't give explanation for his action and he simply ordered, "Everyone, take your positions and shoot freely. Please don't kill all of those lads. Only eliminate the ones with rifles. You can freely open fire on the monsters. And Rock, don't use your big guy till I order you. Do you hear me? What you watching for! Move your goddam asses."
The men started to aim and shoot at the young people. At the outside, the bullets came over while the guy was blowing the whistle. The first bullet killed the one blowing the whistle. It froze them because it happened so suddenly. However, it also caused another three on the sidewalk to die instantly.
This was not something to blame them. It was not their stupidity either. It was just they didn't know how to take safe positions for possible gunfights. After all, they were just teenagers. At most, they only knew how to shoot a gun. So, it hit them hard and cost the lives of four.
"Knowledge is the greatest treasure of all civilizations. It can't be lost, it can't be hidden, it can't be tainted. Or else, prepare to face the test of knowledge, your civilization would face the consequences." - Horus G. Titan.
After muttering the sentence which could impress him the most, Brian told sadly, "Look at these young men. They didn't even know what to do. It is a pity. They grew up just under our eyes."
In a flash, tens of gunshots sounded.
"Get cover!", although Thomas immediately shouted, four people had already fallen. Their bodies didn't react as fast as the speed of bullets. So, another two people instantly were killed again when everyone got behind the cars. The targets were also quite lethal as their enemies only aimed at deadly parts like head, chest and neck.
Almost everyone who died were carrying rifles which made them became the targets.
"Shit. Weren't the windows closed tightly and wasn't it all solid wall? How did they shoot us?"
Thomas slammed the car body with the pistol in his hand. But this didn't help them to get out of this bad situation. And he also understood that and he just wanted to vent out his anger.
