Fortunately, the sudden shelter of Ixchel had made these monsters lost their target. Because of this, they were randomly moving around in the neighborhood of Julia's house. They couldn't sense the existence of the people in Julia's house although the previous sounds had made them come to this place. Police officers in the house were also enjoying themselves by killing those monsters silently. The dead wolves and humanoid creatures were then devoured by their companions after they were killed.

The environment in the town was obviously starting to get worse. The mists were slowly appearing and the sky above had become cloudy. The little animals and birds had already run off to the corner of this strange space.

Unfortunately, they couldn't also get out of the strange space but the mysterious atmosphere in the town was keeping them from going back to there.

In various places of the town, there were still survivors resisting the wolves and ugly humanoids. Some were just defending their family in their houses while some were already in groups at a place. However, the total survivors were no more than four hundreds and there were nearly three thousands monsters in the town.

Of course, these people didn't know the number difference between them. But even if they knew, they would still try hard to resist. Because the two sides could not exist peacefully and they could survive since the bullets could kill these monsters. That was also thanks to second amendment that almost all families in the town had several guns and boxes of ammunition in each family.

Moreover, some people noticed the black mists which escaped from the corpses of those monsters as these black mists caused some casualties. But some people still haven't noticed it yet. The people in Julia's house are obviously in the latter.

On the front lawn of Julia's house, some black mists which came out from the corpses of wolves they shot down had already combined with white mists nearby.

Their combination formed gray mists and they are already starting to erode the surrounding vitality.

In just several minutes after these gray mists appeared, the nearby grasses which were originally full of vitality had become yellow and they were dying.

The most terrifying thing is these gray mists were also emitting new white mists after they devoured the vitality of these plants.

For unknown reasons, the corpses of inferno wolves had no reaction to those gray mists around them.

But as soon as these gray mists got into touch with the house of Julia, a pale light appeared above the surface of the house and invisible collision would happen between the two different forces.

In the collision, the pale light would always have the upper hand and their opponent gray mists would disappeared directly.

The gray mists appeared in many parts of the town and they were also the secondary source of white mists. These mists were starting to cover the whole town. They were starting to effect the normal vision. But nobody knew how to solve it. However, a light could make these white mists vanish into nothingness.
