I was still thinking how to use these skills when Violet’s brought me back from my reverie

“Ah-Yes Violet, Thanks.” I said after observing my clothing with a satisfied smile

I remembered Lily saying my partner was stronger than myself, and I decided to check Violet’s status.

‘Discern’ I looked at Violet and status screen popped up

I walked up to the window to get a view of outside to not make Violet suspicious of me while talking to Lily.

I took a glance at the outside through the window, it was evening with red sun peeking through the trees with clean dark blue sky.

‘Angela is about to arrive. I should go to mother and see what should I do?’ I thought inwardly and started walking outside the room

“Where is mother?” I asked the leader of my security

“She is downside preparing for the feast, Your highness.” He bowed and answered respectfully

Then I headed down and saw my mother ordering some of the maids to adjust the decorations and prepare the dining table personally.

“Mother, why are you troubling yourself with this?” I asked as hugged her from the side

“Dear, today is a very special day for me, I could not resist myself.” She answered while caressing my head. It was surprisingly soothing to receive such gentle care

“Then, tell me how can I help you?” I asked

“No, today you just sit down and rest; after all you just recently woke up after 2 years. Today leave everything to this cute mother of yours. Now go and rest”

“No mother I wanna help you.” I said with an imploring look enough to melt her heart

Before my mother could answer my request, a servant came and informed of the arrival of my sister, Angela.

“Let’s go give a surprise to your sister, shall we?” She said while taking my hand and leading the way outside

I followed her without any objections, after coming outside I saw many soldiers lined up on both sides of the road with spears in their hand.

“Quick! Hide behind me dear.” My mother said, I understood her intentions and complied

A carriage entering the castle’s boundaries with the flag of Lockheart Kingdom. The carriage was of blood red colour with golden frame drawn by white horses.

The carriage stopped in front Mina and a charming lady wearing a slick red dress came out from it.

“Angela, How are you my dear?” Mina asked in a loving tone

“Mother! Now I’m with you, I feel great just by being home and seeing your face. ” She asked in an excited tone

“But you seem to be happier than myself, what’s the occasion?” She asked with a curious expression

“Well, I have my reasons and you would be happy too.” Mina said with smile on her face

“huh? Tell me tell me. What is it?” She asked coming towards Mina.

I stepped aside and showed myself to her, She stopped with a shocked expression on her face and some tears forming in her eyes.

“R-Robert, is-i-is it really you brother?” Angela asked in stammering voice

“Yes sister, will you not give a hug to this brother of yours after so much time?” I said with a smile

She hugged me tightly and her tears wet my shoulders a bit, after some time we ended our heartfelt hug. Angela was smiling with tears still falling from the corner of her eyes.

“You fool of a brother, never leave us like that. Stupid.” Angela said in a caring tone

“Hey now, why are you crying on my recovery? Hmm? I’m never gonna leave you guys alone.” I said wiping her tears off of her face

“Don’t spoil this cute face of yours. Tears don’t suit sister.” I said and gave her one more hug.
