Chapter 2: Chapter 2: My purpose

When I opened my eyes, I was already in a dark place. I couldn't see anything 

When I tried to stand up, I touched something with my hand. It was hard and sharp like a blade. I tried to see what it was and then stopped by a sudden voice. 

"IF I WAS IN YOUR PLACE I WOULDN'T HAVE TOUCH IT FOR SO LONG, RAVAN." 

I looked around but I still couldn't see anything. 

"Who are you? How do you know my name? Show yourself." 

I even discovered my name just recently if Ravan was really my name. 

"I ADMIRE YOU RAVAN BEING IN PRISON FOR SO LONG AND ENDURING THE CURSE. NOBODY ELSE COULD STILL KEEP THEIR SANITY. THAT'S WHY I BRING YOU HERE." 

"You still didn't answer my question." 

Suddenly, I saw a red line glowing red as it started to move and bring the light. I could see what the sharp thing I touched was. 

"What is this?" 

It was a black and red giant spear and there were thousands of them, each as big as a mountain. 

"I AM HERE RAVAN." 

Then I finally saw him, a creature out of this world. He was so huge. I could be an ant in his eyes. For some reason, I couldn't see his body shape, only a red shadow and his red eyes. 

"I WAS ONCE A GOD FEARD BY BOTH GOD OF LIGHT AND EVIL GOD. NOW I AM JUST A SHADOW OF MY FORMER SELF YOU PEOPLE CALL ME DESPIA." 

A God! What is the meaning of this? 

"Is my left arm your doing?" 

"THAT DEMON INJECT YOUR ARM WITH MY CELL. THAT'S WHY YOUR ARM TURNED LIKE THAT." 

I remembered that professor's grin. So it was all his doing, that bastard! 

"CALM DOWN RAVAN. YOU SHOULD ALREADY KNOW THAT YOUR EMOTIONS WILL BRING DISASTER FOR YOU." 

I bit my lips and started to shout. 

"How can I calm down? Because of that bastard, I had to suffer all day long, I don't even know anything about myself, just a fking name." 

"DON'T YOU FIND IT STRANGE? RAVAN, YOU ARE IN MY PRESENCE BUT, YET, YOU DON'T FEEL ANY FEAR, NORMAL PEOPLE WILL FAINT. " 

"What are you talking about?" 

"THINK RAVEN BECAUSE OF YEARS OF OVERFLOWING EMOTIONS THAT YOU EXPERIENCED YOU'RE HEART IS KINDA IMMUNE TO EMOTIONS NOW."

"That's impossible. Even now, I am going crazy from anger." 

"THAT IS BECAUSE OF YOUR LEFT ARM. WHAT YOU ARE FEELING IS THOUSAND TIMES MORE STRONGER THAN NORMAL." 

I looked at my left arm. This was the first time I had looked at it properly. My hand was covered in sharp black spears and it was glowing red. This was a monster arm. 

"YOU CAN'T BE BOTHERED BY NORMAL FEELING NOW. ONLY THOSE FEELING THAT YOUR LEFT ARM CONSUME CAN EFFECT YOU. THIS IS ALSO THE REASON YOU DIDN'T LOSE YOUR MIND." 

Why is this happening to me? 

"You said my left arm was caused by your cell, then you could also remove it, couldn't you?" 

"DON'T ASK FOR IMPOSSIBLE RAVAN YOUR LEFT ARM IS ALREADY FAR PASSED YOUR ARM AND IT IS ALREADY A PART OF YOU I CAN'T REMOVE IT." 

"Then you mean there is no way that I am going to live like a normal person."

"Why do you do such a thing?" 

"TO MAKE YOU DO WHAT I WANT YOU TO DO, YOU ARE GONNA TO REBORN TODAY AND YOUR DESTINY WILL MAKE YOU TO DESTROY THIS WORLD IF YOU WANT TO DIE AND BE FREE FROM THIS CURSE, YOU WILL HAVE NO OTHER CHOICE." 

"You... Do you think I will destroy the world for such a reason?" 

"OF COURSE YOU ARE ONLY ON THE EARLY STAGE. YOUR LEFT ARM WILL GROW AND WILL GIVE YOU MORE POWER AND, WITH MORE POWER, COMES MORE EMOTION, PAIN, RAGE, HATRED. ALL OF THEM WILL CONSUME YOU IN NEVER ENDING MADNESS YOU WILL BEG TO DIE." 

I started to imagine what was gonna happen to me, a mad monster that would destroy everything to be free. 

"You can't do this to me..." 

"OF COURSE I CAN, I ALREADY DID, BUT THERE IS ALSO ANOTHER OPTION IF YOU WANT TO KNOW." 

"What is it? Please tell me. " 

"FREE ME FROM MY PRISON AND I WON'T LET YOU BE CONSUMED BY YOUR EMOTION." 

"How can I free you?" 

"YOU HAVE TO FIND THE KEYS OF MY SEAL. ONE OF THEM IS IN GOD OF LIGHT'S HAND. THE OTHER IS IN EVIL GOD'S HAND. OF COURSE, THEY WON'T HANDLE IT TO YOU IN THE WORST CASE SCENARIO YOU HAVE TO KILL THEM BOTH THAT WILL MAKE YOU THE ENEMY OF WORLD." 

"How is this better than the previous option? You bastard." 

"I DON'T CARE ANYWAY EITHER DO YOU DESTROY THE WORLD OR FREE ME. IN THE END I WILL BE FREE." 

"Fine, I will free you, but how am I gonna fight the world?" 

"GOOD CHOICE, DIDN'T I TELL YOU, YOU ARE ONLY IN EARLY STAGE FOR NOW YOU JUST NEED TO TRAIN AND FIGHT DO YOU SEE THAT RED LINE IN YOUR LEFT ARM." 

I looked at my left arm. 

"What about it?" 

"THE MOMENT THE RED LINE FILL ALL THE EMPTY LINE IN YOUR LEFT ARM. YOU WILL EVOLVE INTO NEXT STAGE, THERE ARE 5 STAGE UNTIL YOUR FINAL EVOLUTION. EACH STAGE WILL GIVE YOU THEIR OWN SKILLS I WILL HELP YOU TO HOW USE EACH ONE OF THEM." 

"How does this red line grow?" 

"THAT ONE WILL FEED ON YOUR EMOTION." 

"It makes sense, but you better don't forget your promise. I don't want to lose my mind." 

"DON'T WORRY I NEED YOU AS MUCH AS YOU NEED ME, NOW IT IS TIME FOR YOU TO WAKE UP." 

Suddenly, a spear pierced my heart. I threw blood from my mouth and held the spear. 

"A LITTLE GIFT FROM ME ENJOY THE PAIN." 

"You bastard, I will definitely pa..."

Then I lost consciousness.
