“What a sweet talker! How much honey did you eat before you went out?” Yun Xiangxiang was being interrogative.
Song Mian suddenly got closer with his mesmerizing figure and gazed at Yun Xiangxiang hypnotically with his eyes slightly closed.
“You’ll know how much I had if you try.”
Song Mian’s warning earlier took effect. Song Qian concentrated her mind on driving and wasn’t affected by anything.
Yun Xiangxiang pushed Song Mian’s face away, “Let’s go home. I still have homework to do. How about you make something for me to eat, and I finish up my homework?”
There wasn’t any good film to watch recently; going to malls really didn’t suit her. Especially when she was with Song Mian.
She might not be really famous now, but the audience was still more or less familiar with her. If someone were to secretly take a photo of them, she would have to explain her relationship with Song Mian.
She couldn’t lie, but it would be the end of the road for her if she announced her relationship. Her physical body was still seventeen.
As for sightseeing on sea, she didn’t have any particular demands for that. Going back still suited what she wanted most.
“Turns out that girlfriend is also content with just seeing me,” Song Mian sat up happily and said to Song Qian, “Go home.”
“N…no grocery shopping?”
Yun Xiangxiang only knew that Song Mian probably knew what she had in mind from the start when she got home and saw the abundance of ingredients waiting for them.
Song Mian wore a men’s apron after he changed into casual wear. The kitchen was by the window. The dining hall and the kitchen were separated by a Chinese style curio shelf.
Yun Xiangxiang could see Song Mian’s busy figure in the kitchen through the spaces between the curio shelves when she sat in the dining hall.
Song Qian and others didn’t show up on purpose. There were only Yun Xiangxiang and Song Mian in the whole house.
She lowered her head to concentrate on her homework. The sound of him chopping and washing the ingredients played by her ear. It was surprisingly melodious.
A tantalizing aroma wafted into the dining hall when Yun Xiangxiang was almost done with her homework.
She raised her head unconsciously and saw Song Mian stir-frying the vegetables with his head lowered. His movements were as fluid as flowing water.
The kitchen’s light entwined with the moonlight that sprinkled into the kitchen and shone on Song Mian.
Perhaps it was because of his attractive appearance that made him look good no matter what he did. Yun Xiangxiang placed her cheeks in her hands and couldn’t help but lose herself in the sight of him.
“Call Little Lin over for dinner,” Song Mian who was serving the dish said to her.
Yun Xiangxiang immediately regained her wits. She packed her things swiftly and went down to call Yun Lin who had also finished his homework. She didn’t call Song Qian and the others when she saw that Wang Yong had already made dinner for them.
“This smells so nice!” The aroma assailed them once they opened the door. Yun Lin praised.
Little Angel which he was holding in his hands meowed and scurried away.
“Go and wash your hands,” Yun Xiangxiang ordered Yun Lin and went to set the table after she washed her hands in the kitchen.
Song Mian made four dishes and one soup. Two of the dishes were made of greens, while the others were made of meat.
“Brother Mian, the dishes you make are really delicate,” Yun Lin drooled when he sat down at the table and saw the vibrant dishes. He started wolfing them down after just a few bites, “and yummy too.”
“Slow down, eating too fast isn’t good for absorption and digestion,” Song Mian reminded gently.
Yun Lin only slowed down then. Yun Xiangxiang shook her head in resignation. He thought about how picky Yun Lin was about Song Mian earlier, and now Song Mian made him so agreeable.
Yun Lin got closer to Song Mian who was cleaning up after the meal and said mysteriously, “Brother Mian, you’re a doctor, right?”

“Yes,” Song Mian replied while he was washing the dishes.
“I have a good friend here. He pukes whenever he drinks Chinese medicine. He couldn’t take Western medicine either. What should he do?” Yun Lin whispered.
“He doesn’t actually need to drink Chinese medicine,” Song Mian didn’t stop his movements. “I’ll give you a note later. Ask him to go to the Song Family’s drugstore and register with Song Hongqi.”
“You can go without drinking it?” Yun Lin felt incredulous. “Can he be cured without drinking it?”
“He can undergo acupuncture treatment supplemented with medicated bath or foot bath,” Song Mian turned his head aside and smiled at Yun Lin.
“It’s so amazing,” Yun Lin felt that he had a new understanding toward traditional Chinese medicine.
“Do you want to learn?” Song Mian asked smilingly.
Even though Yun Lin’s eyes were starry and full of admiration toward Song Mian, he still shook his head adamantly, “I want to learn how to fly a plane!”
Yun Lin fell in love with the thrill of coursing through the heavens since he rode a helicopter back then.
“They don’t clash. You can do both,” Song Mian didn’t tell Yun Lin that he could do both.
“My sister said that we can’t set another goal before the current one is accomplished, or we would lose both of them,” Yun Lin was still adamant.
Song Mian didn’t say anything more. He merely nodded. After coming out of the kitchen after wiping the dishes clean and putting them away, he wrote Yun Lin a note.
Yun Lin took a glance at the words on them and found out that he couldn’t read a single one of them…
“The hardest font to read in this world is the doctor’s font!” Yun Xiangxiang reminded her brother, “You know what to say when you go to school, right?”
“I’m not stupid. I’ll just say I got it from a big brother who I know,” Yun Lin answered instantly.
It was certain that his friend would ask him where he got the note. He couldn’t say that he got it from his future brother-in-law.
“Alright, go down and practice,” Yun Xiangxiang patted her brother’s head in satisfaction.
Yun Lin was starting to put a lot of importance on his hairstyle. He would feel uncomfortable if anyone messed with his hair, except if the one doing so was Yun Xiangxiang.
Yun Lin took Little Angel who was slightly reluctant to leave with him before he left, “I’ll take this little third wheel away for you guys.”
He obviously didn’t want to leave without Little Angel, but he still had to say that he was thinking for his sister.
Song Yao returned the second Yun Lin left. He handed a USB stick to Song Mian.
Song Mian accessed its contents with a PC. Yun Xiangxiang came over and realized that it was actually their university, “You asked Song Yao to copy the security camera footage?”
The top institution in the country naturally had security camera footage. Almost every public area had it, but it couldn’t be taken on a whim.
The university wouldn’t hand it over easily unless something major happened, or enforcers came over with a warrant.
“They should feel relieved that you’re their university’s student,” Song Mian’s fingertips scrolled. The speed that the footage was played was blistering.
IIf Yun Xiangxiang wasn’t a school’s student and this thing happened outside, he would just hack into their system. He wouldn’t have bothered asking for permission.
This sliver of respect was purely on account that his girlfriend was a student there.
“You adjusted a few days’ footage…” Yun Xiangxiang looked at the date. It started from Monday.
It was an all-around monitoring for a whole four days. However, Song Mian locked on to Yun Xiangxiang. All of them were footage with Yun Xiangxiang in them.
It was fortunate that Yun Xiangxiang did not run around. She appeared most in the library, cafeteria, and lecture halls. As for the dorms, she only appeared in the corridor. There weren’t any CCTV in the bedrooms, but she must also appear in there a lot.
Song Mian skimmed through everything in half an hour. His hands tapped on the keyboard swiftly. It was so fast, Yun Xiangxiang couldn’t even see how he worked. It didn’t take long for more than a dozen pictures to be taken from the footage and enlarged.
