Chapter 35 – Sophomore

With two days left before school started, Chi Tang finished her summer homework early. It was an experience that she had never had before. She still had time to play games and watch live broadcasts.

I opened the class group whose news was blocked and saw a group of people wailing that the summer homework was not completed. Hu Peng invited his classmates to write their homework together at home. As a person who had already completed their summer homework, Chi Tang felt a little refreshed.

She was quietly refreshed, did not speak in the crowd, was crying and unable to finish the homework, and silently quit the class group and continued to play her own game, always feeling that the game in her hand was more delicious.

Time flew so fast before the beginning of school that even after finishing summer homework, there was an inexplicable sense of urgency, as if the sentence was approaching.

Regardless of whether or not the students were happy, the beginning of school was still on schedule, and they were about to run day after day.

On the day when the journal was opened, Chi Tang’s father still did not come back, and even the last message to her was a month ago. You might panic when you switch to another person, but Chi Tang had gotten used to it. After all, when she was younger, her father went out to work and didn’t think of contacting her for over two months.

She still carried the suitcase by herself and went to school by car to sign up. From the beginning of the second year of high school, they were about to be divided into liberal arts and sciences, and after the division, they would reallocate the dormitory.

Before the summer vacation of the first year of high school, the teachers asked the students to go back and discuss with their parents the division of arts and sciences. Chi Tang didn’t mention it to her dad, so she chose science by herself. There was no particular preference. As for You Yu, she chose science from the beginning.

Before registering, the headteacher had counted the students’ intent to divide subjects and then carried out preliminary classification. After the re-change of liberal arts and sciences in the second year of high school, there were 20 classes. Chi Tang was divided into three classes, as did You Yu.

Nanlin No. 1 High School’s class division was randomly selected by the headteachers of each class from the order of the exam rankings to ensure that the results of each class were balanced.

Although this was the case, there was always a tacit understanding of the quality of the class, and the teachers would also coordinate in private.

From the beginning, Chi Tang and You Yu didn’t get the same class, but after looking for the class teacher, he helped adjust.

Although Lao Fang was nagging a bit, he was indeed one of the most responsible teachers that Chi Tang had ever met. Unfortunately, Lao Fang was assigned to be the headteacher of the liberal arts class.

He was no longer their headteacher as of the second year of high school.

Chi Tang signed up earlier and got the new bedroom number as soon as she got there, but she still went to the original bedroom with her luggage. Walking around the campus, she met some familiar classmates. We didn’t see each other during the summer vacation. Everyone had changed a little. After entering the dormitory building, I saw many people running upstairs and downstairs, busy moving to the new dormitory.

Many of the bedroom doors were open. There was a mess, and some had been emptied. Chi Tang entered the original bedroom, where the only person besides her was Luo Zhengli. She and Luo Zhengli had a conflict since the first semester of high school, and later they were basically when the other party did not exist.

Chi Tang looked around the dormitory where she had lived for two semesters, put down her luggage, sat on her lower bunk, which was You Yu’s, and started playing with her mobile phone, turning a blind eye to Luo Zhengli’s eyes.

“Hey, didn’t you get assigned to three shifts and have already changed dormitories? Why are you still sitting here?” Luo Zhengli said her tone of voice was not friendly.

Chi Tang ignored her, as if she didn’t exist, just staring at her mobile phone.

Luo Zhengli was completely ignored by her, and she became angry again, smashed her things, but felt that she was alone and weak and didn’t dare argue with Chi Tang, so she groaned and left with the basin. Get out.

Other people in the bedroom also came soon, and the atmosphere suddenly became lively. Apart from Chi Tang and You Yu, there was another person who needed to be moved. That person was better than Luo Zhengli.

He drags Luo Zhengli and complains, “I don’t want to move. Who knows who lives in the dorm? It’s annoying when people get along well with you. It’s annoying to live here and move again when you are familiar. “

Luo Zhengli had a small partner and even spoke louder than before. She also held her hand, and the sisters were deeply affectionate: “Your new dormitory is upstairs. Come down and play with me if you have nothing to do.”

You Yu finally arrived in a hurry. When she saw her walk into the bedroom, Chi Tang pulled Yanzhu from the phone and greeted her, “Long time no see.”

You Yu: “…” Didn’t you just see it yesterday?

Seeing the inconspicuous smile on Chi Tang’s face, You Yu had no choice but to joke, “Well, it’s been a long time.”

Chi Tang stood up and picked up her luggage. “Let’s go, our new bedroom is upstairs 501.”

You Yu also cleaned up the quilt and other things still rolled on her bed and left with Chi Tang with luggage. They walked out of the dormitory, and Luo Zhengli was silent for a while. Luo Zhengli opened her mouth as if she wanted to say something, but in the end, he said nothing, just watched them talking and laughing and went upstairs.

“I don’t think they can look down on us, so I want to move out soon.” Luo Zhengli made a hum.

“Forget it. Everyone has already left, so say nothing. Anyway, I won’t be in class anymore,” said the head of the dormitory.

Luo Zhengli didn’t say a word. Even if it’s people who didn’t like it, but they were divided into different classes, and everyone goes to different classes, it’s uncomfortable to think of.

Her family’s conditions were not very good. In this dormitory, she could be compared to You Yu, but she differed from You Yu. She often bought snacks and clothes and went shopping with other people on vacation, getting nail polish and eyeliner. She also bought those when she saw others had them, and she bought them even if they didn’t need them. She never saved them.

When I first entered high school, many of my classmates came from the villages and towns below, and they were all rustic, as did Luo Zhengli.

She wanted to be more beautiful with all her heart, and it’s best to be bright and enviable. So she had always hated Yuyu, who was poorer and more earthy than herself but had good grades and was favored by the teacher. She also hates the freedom to buy whatever she wants, like a Chi Tang who looks like a tall lady.

Even if You Yu had changed a lot now, she didn’t look shabby, but simple. Even if she knew that Chi Tang was lonely and unreasonable, she didn’t look down on people. She still hates these two people. This hate had become a habit.

But now they had moved away happily. She didn’t know what happened, and she felt a little happy in her heart.

You Yu and Chi Tang walked upstairs with their luggage. You Yu looked back and remembered that there was almost nothing in the dormitory they had just moved into. She escaped from the house alone, came here alone, and was incompatible with everything around her. The eyes of other people in the dormitory were picky or secretly disgusting, which made people impenetrable.

A year had passed. She saw Chi Tang slowly climbing the stairs behind her. Her eyes softened suddenly, and she said to her, “I don’t know what the new bedroom is like.”

Chi Tang casually chatted with her: “Aren’t the bedrooms all the same? There will be disputes, more or less, and whether you can get along well depends on luck.”

You Yu: “Well, I was lucky today.”

Chi Tang: “Huh? How to say?”

You Yu: “I took the bus in the morning and took the last position.”

Chi Tang: “Is this good luck?”

You Yu: “No matter how lucky you are, you are lucky.”

They talked to the door of the new bedroom. There were six people in a dormitory except for the two of them. There were already two people in the dormitory, and neither of them were classmates from their original second class. The two were busy packing their things, so Chi Tang and You Yu went directly in to choose a bed.

You Yu: “Do you want the upper bunk or the lower bunk?”

Chi Tang: “It’s the same as before, but I’m more used to the upper bunk.” She didn’t enjoy living in the lower bunk, letting other people sit on their beds.

You Yu chose the lower bunk at the same location. Chi Tang threw her luggage and quilt onto her vacant upper bunk.

The neat and tidy You. Yu quickly put the things in her hands and packed them up on the selected bed. Chi Tang sat on her bed and played with her mobile phone, motionless.

You Yu unfolded a thin quilt to make the bed. Chi Tang moved the position a bit but still did not get up from her bed. You Yu didn’t care and just worked around her. When You Yu was about to lay the sheets, Chi Tang stood up, You Yu laid the sheets, and she sat back, looking at the phone all the way, without realizing how much she was in the way.

You Yu saw that the upper bunk hadn’t been cleaned up, so she asked, “You haven’t made the bed yet. Can I make it for you?”

Chi Tang: “No, I will shop later.”

You Yu: “I will shop later. You must wait until the night before you shop. She was deeply aware of Chi Tang’s procrastination.

Chi Tang silently dropped the phone and stepped onto the upper bunk to make the bed. You Yu helped her set the pillows, tucked the sheets, and helped her quickly make the bed.

The other two people in the dormitory had already cleaned up, watching this scene. They were a little curious.

One of the pony-tailed girls asked them, “You were in the same class before, right?” Just look at the feelings.

“Yes, we used to be in the second class.” You Yu stated.

Another short-haired girl who was a little silent said: “I know you, first in the entire year, you are called You Yu, right?”

“Yes, my name is You Yu, and she is Chi Tang.”

Chi Tang turned her head and nodded at the two.

“It’s here, it’s here. Your new bedroom is here! ” There was a loud noise outside the door. Soon, a couple came with a girl. The girl was short and carrying a small backpack. Her parents each helped her carry life items such as suitcases and buckets.

“Your new roommates have arrived, okay little classmates!” When the mother said hello to them with a smile and helped her daughter to clean up, the girl looked quite introverted, standing there watching her parents clean up for her without saying a word.

The parents urged a lot of words without worry and finally asked them to take care of their daughters, and finally left. The introverted girl probably feels a bit embarrassed to be sent to the dormitory by her parents like this, and she does not want to talk while sitting on the bed.

Others did not speak, and the atmosphere in the bedroom was a little dull.

The last one to come to the dormitory was an energetic girl. She came with a big bag and a small bag.

When she saw You Yu, she wowed, “Wow! No, I am the oldest student in the dorm room! “
