Chapter 4: 4 Transaction

The beauty blushed the moment she saw the sword that is embedded between two eggs. She immediately swung her head to the right side, avoiding the spectacle in front of her.

 

"What are you showing to me!? Y-you pervert!" she fumed with embarrassment.

 

"Didn't you say you want the egg? Now, I'm being generous and giving you a choice."

 

Azrael had lived for billions of years in the dream world. He met different people with different personalities so he knows what character a person has and how to deal with these people.

 

He even made the most arrogant person in the dream world cry let alone this domineering beauty.

 

The beauty in front of him, although she shows a calm and domineering character on the outside. He knows that she is inexperienced in the relationship between men and women thus, she was flustered at this moment.

 

 

"What is the matter? Why are you looking that way? Oh, could it be that it is your first time seeing this kind of sight?" Azrael teasingly said.

 

"O-of course not! I-I'm a beauty with great talent and very popular. Of course, I-I have seen one or two you know." she said while stuttering.

 

"I see!" said Azrael as if enlightened.

 

"W-what is it?"

 

"You are a whore, aren't you?" Azrael dropped a sentence.

 

Hearing this, the beauty couldn't help but turn her head and glare at Azrael.

 

"You! How dare you insult me!"

Seeing this, she turned her head again to the right side and her face turned even redder from embarrassment and anger.

 

"Of course, I was only joking! Give me that egg now! If I'm not a decent person I would have killed you already and robbed that egg!"

 

"This egg has intelligence and it chose me. So it means it's mine now. Now tell me what is your right to own this egg?" he touched his chin.

 

"But.." she paused, "Then, how about I buy that egg from you?"

 

"Buy this? Hmmm, if this egg escaped again from you after buying it? Wouldn't you kill me in anger?"

 

The egg moves as if it is unsatisfied with Azrael considering selling it.

 

But he just touched it rhythmically and it calmed down as if it got the message from Azrael.

 

"Don't worry. I won't hold you responsible for that and won't touch you when the time comes," she said.

 

"Then look straight at me if we are going to have a small transaction here."

 

"Then wear your clothes!"

 

"I'm still not done bathing."

 

"Then at least wear this bath towel." She then retrieved a bath towel from her space ring and threw it towards Azrael. 

 

Azrael sniffs it a little. 

 

"Smells like beauty," he commented.

 

Her face became hotter and almost all of the parts of her face turned red.

 

"Pervert!" she spat.

 

She underestimated Azrael's character. Azrael had lived for billions of years. His mental fortitude is too strong, if he wants to be shameless he can do it with one thought. If he wants to be scholarly he will be a scholar with one thought. It doesn't mean that he has shaky mental fortitude, in fact, he can change his mental state as he will without losing his real character. This proves how strong mental fortitude he has because of the billions of years of experience and tempering.

After wearing the bath towel.

 

"You can turn your head here now."

 

She glared at Azrael. She couldn't believe that she was played and teased by this weakling. If she didn't think that there might be a powerful expert protecting this boy, she would have long ago forced him to hand over the egg.

 

"My name is Azrael. What's yours?"

 

"Why would I give my name to you?"

 

"Isn't it normal to give your name when doing a transaction? It's a sign of trust you know. Or what? You don't want to buy it anymore?"

She gritted her teeth.

 

"Flora." 

"Flora, huh. It's obviously a fake name. But well, I'll call you Flora for now. Then how much will you offer for this egg."

 

Her face twitched after being seen through her fake name.

 

"Then how about 100 low-grade crystals?"

 

"Are you trying to scam me? This egg is not ordinary, you know."

 

She gritted, "Then how about 1000 low spirit grade stones."

 

"Do you think that I'm an idiot?" he squinted his eyes.

 

She felt a chill in her spine at this moment. She couldn't help but feel that this boy in front of her is a dangerous entity. 

 

However, she only treats it as if her sense was playing on her and throws it at the back of her mind.

 

She took a deep breath and said, "Then 10,000 spirit stones. That's all I can take!"

 

She is anxious that Azrael would not sell it for 10, 000 low-grade spirit stones.

Azrael looked at her for a moment, "Well, since you spent a lot of effort, I will accept the 10, 000 spirit stones."

 

Flora was delighted. She immediately took out a bag of spirit stones. 

 

Then she threw the 10 000 low-grade spirit stones to Azrael.

 

"Give me the egg now."

 

Azrael didn't even check the bag and just threw the egg to Flora.

 

Flora catches the egg heartily while her beautiful face wears a charming smile. However, before her hands could heat the egg, it suddenly escaped and plunged at Azrael.

 

She was shocked and her smiling mouth earlier is now open agape.

"It looks like this egg chose me again."

 

"You... Give me the egg!"

 

"Why?" Azrael questioned her as if he was clueless.

 

"Because I already bought that from you."

 

"Yes, you bought it and I gave it to you. But it escaped again and came back to me. Didn't you say that you won't hold me responsible in case it escaped again from you?"

 

"Then, what do you want?" she had a gloomy face now.

 

Azrael contemplates for a moment.

 

"How about serving me for a day? Maybe I could convince this egg to follow you from now on."

 

Her face became even gloomier and she started to release killing intent.

 

"Don't go too far!"

"Are you sure you want to make a move now? Are you not afraid of letting this egg escape forever?"

 

She knows that this egg is extraordinary since this is her first time seeing an egg with intelligence. She couldn't bear to miss this opportunity.

 

She took a deep breath and calmed herself.

 

"A-alright!" she was having the struggle to say that one word.

 

Azrael smiled after hearing her response.

 

"Just don't go too far! And don't think you can make a move on me. Once you do it. I'll kill you even if an expert is protecting you!" she warned.

 

"Don't worry I wouldn't go that far, plus, no expert is protecting me."
