Chapter 40: Starry night

After watching Himeko leave, Kiana ruminated about what she said earlier, 'just survive, don't even think about fighting Houkai'. 

Feeling a crisis in her heart, Kiana then went upstairs to meet Kouro who she thought was in his room, but after she knocked on his door many times no one answered, so she finally opened his room, which is strangely unlocked.

Kiana went inside Kouro's room, his room looked the same as her room except that her room didn't have a refrigerator, after looking around she saw that the window of Kouro's room was wide open.

Kiana thinks is it possible that Kouro is on the roof so she approached the window and poked her head out, and when she saw that he was really on the roof, she couldn't help but ask. 

"Kouro what exactly are you doing there?"

"Seeing the Starry night view. What's going on? Why are you in a hurry to look for me?"

Kouro didn't try to eavesdrop on the conversation between Himeko and Kiana earlier, apart from respecting their privacy, it was also because Kouro thought Himeko would not reveal any very important news to Kiana, except the recent Houkai Eruption.
