Chapter 55: Himeko’s House

St. Freya Academy is a school founded by Theresa after she resigned from Schicksal due to their cold-blooded actions (i.e. launching nukes to Cecilia who was fighting the 2nd Herrscher.) that Otto ordered them to do.

Theresa original intention was to fulfill Cecilia's last wish, to create a special school for Valkyries where they could find their own purpose. 

At first she tried to adopt children that were abandoned due to the Honkai Eruption. 

Then, she trained them into capable Valkyries, or into other related staff to fight against Honkai. 

Of course, it isn't a problem if the child didn't want to face the Honkai when they grew up, so they could choose to leave St. Freya Academy to live and work as an ordinary person. 

The academy would not hinder them in any way. 

Even after Theresa rebelled against Schicksal and created her own organization, Otto didn't mind one bit. 

He didn't revoke Theresa's Authority over the Schicksal Database, and even often provided assistance to her academy. 

That is why St. Freya Academy doesn't lack any resources.

Due to Raiden Mei turning into the 3rd Herrscher, Theresa decided to temporarily think like the Anti-Entropy's mindset of 'pull Herrscher's over to the side of Humanity', and lowered her excessive vigilance. 

It's just that, Mei's residence Cannot be shared with the ordinary students of St. Freya Academy. 

In order to avoid being a pariah, Theresa immediately made the decision to let Kiana, Mei, and Bronya to stay at Himeko's house, Himeko's house still had a few vacant room, and with Himeko's ability, even if something were to happen to Mei, she will be able to handle it until back-up arrived.
