Chapter 57: Main Quest

After confirming to everyone where they should live, Theresa hurriedly left.

Kouro bid the hastily leaving Theresa a farewell and started exploring through his new residence. 

The layout of the house is similar to Himeko's residence and it is no doubt a luxurious house, it has two floors, the first floor has two rooms an a living room, and the second floor with two more rooms. 

The living room has the necessary furnitures such as a couch, tables, and chairs, then there is the kitchen right next to the living room. Each room has one bed each, an empty wardrobe and a desk with a chair. 

There was no doubt that Theresa had, or had others, arrange everything before he arrived here, otherwise, the house should have been empty with no furnitures whatsoever.

Kouro climed upstairs to one of the rooms and found a note on the desk beside the bed. 

He picked up the note and read it, "If you want to exercise, you can go to the training room specifically built in the academy. Apart from various training equipment, ther3 is also a virtual battle room where you can fight against holographic enemies without risking your life. It would be unwise if you continue to push yourself secretly like you used to, to be honest."

Who left this note? Kiana? Mei? Bronya? Himeko? Or a staff member in charge of his medical reports?

Kouro smiled slightly and put the not inside his inventory, he didn't want to throw it into the trash can and instead kept as a keepsake. 

Different from Himeko's messy house, Kouro's residence looked very clean and tidy, which is a given considering that no one has occupied it before. 

Kouro returned downstairs and walked inside the kitchen, the room has a complete set of cooking utensils that made him a little excited, he can finally cook his own food (previously Kouro only ate junk food, or protein capsules that had no taste.)

Kouro scanned his status interface while reviewing the previous fight in his head, he had enough power to eliminate Honkai Beasts and Zombies, but he was still attacked by the Storm Templar because he was inside the room at that time, his reaction is too slow and his detection range is too small, inside the room is even less. 

After reaching a conclusion, Kouro added twenty pints to agility and sense each, then he added five points to vitality.

Satisfied, Kouro moved his eyes to the mall icon on the interface which now had it's locked sign removed, this icon was locked earlier because his level was too low. 

 

He tapped and opened the mall icon, there, he could see various advanced technology blueprints available for sale, he even found blueprints for making stigmatas. 

Kouro's excitement died down when he glanced at the price and immediately switched as if the blueprint never existed. 

It's very expensive, damn it!

Kouro took a look at his coins.

After killing thousands of Honkai Beasts and Zombies, his coins only amounted to this, looks like he now has other reasons to hunt Honkai besides leveling up. 

On the mall, apart from the blueprints, Kouro also found common items like bandages and such, as well as weapons, but the think that caught his interest the most in this mass is the potions.

This doesn't mean that Kouro would just spend the remaining years to slowly accumulate gold and eventually help Himeko solve her problem. 

No one know if a stigmata that has been enhanced would have it's side-effects disappear, and even if it does, will it return Himeko's lifespan to normal after being enhanced?

However, a stigmata is always attached on the back of the Valkyrie, considering her current relationship with Himeko, if he suddenly asked to check her stigmata, wouldn't it cause a misunderstanding?

Kouro fell silent for a while before throwing the though in the back of his head, and moved on to the Quest icon.

This is his first Quest, besides the Daily Quest, and the rewards are very good.

This Quest appeared when Kouro was fighting a group of Honkai Beasts in the suburbs of Nagazora City. At that time, he didn't have any leeway to pay attention to it, and he also had been busy taking care of Kiana and Mei's injuries. 

With the Ability Upgrade coupon, Kouro can upgrade an ability without having to train them, then, with the new skill [Power Strike] his strength would increase greatly again. 

Currently, Mei, who is also the Third Herrscher, Kiana, and Bronya had entered St. Freya Academy. Most of the Honkai Beasts and Zombies in Nagazora City had been eliminated by Kouro himself, he though that after killing all of them, the quest would have been complete, however, seeing that he couldn't claim the rewards just yet, Kouro frowned deeply. 

The Main Quest isn't over yet, then does that mean the Third Eruption isn't over as well?
