Chapter 85: Soulium

Bronya then proceeded to explain the situation about Mei to Kallen.

It took a few minutes of explaining and following that came a voice from the emergency room. It seems like Himeko and the rest are awake and are back to their senses.

"Hnnngh…" Himeko stirred awake and noticed that she was lying on soft mattress- wait, soft mattress?

Himeko abruptly opened her eyes and sat up straight, she observed the surrounding and could see Ayame and Kiana both lying near her, they both seem to have come to their senses as well.

Himeko held her aching head with a sullen expression, "Why am I here…? I remember touching a wall… and then I was sucked into it…"

Suddenly, she heard footsteps coming from outside the room, she turned her head and saw a worried Mei and Theresa together with Bronya with her usual straight face, oh and also the cute little robot.

Mei approached Himeko with hurried steps and spoke with relief.

"Major Himeko, thank goodness you're finally awake!" 

Himeko nodded absentmindedly, it took a while before her eyes began to clear and then she looked at Mei asking, "How long have I been unconscious? What really happened? I only remembered being sucked into a wall and… where is Kouro?"

Mei was just about to explain, but Kiana and Ayame, who were at the same room and still looked daze, suddenly jumped at the mention of Kouro's name.

"That's right! We have to save Kouro!" 

Their words caught Himeko's attention as she thought, 'Save? Wait a moment, is Kouro…'

When the two young women was about to stand up. Golden chains appeared abruptly, restraining both of them. The golden chains belong to the [Oath of Judah] held by Theresa.

Himeko overheard the whole conversation and turned her head to Mei with a questioning look.

"That…" Mei sighed before proceeding to explain what happened the moment she(Himeko) was sucked into the wall, until the moment Kouro valiantly entered the mouth of the giant Honkai Beast, that is believed to be Chiyou.

Listening to Mei's reiteration of the situation, Himeko was surprised, but she was more focused on the fact that Kouro absorbed the Honkai Energy plaguing her body.

Himeko finally understood why she hasn't been feeling the pain that had haunted her for several years and instead felt healthy and refreshed, it turned out to be Kouro's doing.

Himeko's focus the shifted towards the giant monster that ate Kouro.

"Chiyou?"

Mei pointed at the window in front of them, Himeko stood up and walked slowly towards the window, there she was the monster and her pupils dilated because what she saw is equivalent to a moving island.

"This… this is Chiyou!?" Kiana and Ayame were also shocked by the sheer size of the Honkai Beast.

Himeko seemed to realize something and quickly looked at Theresa, "Principal Theresa! Is this Honkai Beast really moving?"

Theresa nodded and said seriously, "Sensors have confirmed that this Honkai Beast is indeed moving, although not very fast, it would reach Shenzhou in about 3 hours."

"!?. Can we eliminate that with the cannons from Hyperion?"
