On a warm summer day in June, as the young woman sat on her porch eating watermelon as staring at the young children playing in her yard, she opens her home as a daycare every summer or whenever she was

As the only daycare in the village, the villagers love and adore her.  She's kind and beautiful, and ever so patient.

She's famous for having a sickly dying husband who suddenly contracted an incurable ailment, but they heard this dark rumor going around lately some evil creature lurks around their village, which they used to scare their children to not stay out late, and to go to sleep or to behave. . .Or the tall man will get them.

It all started when a hunter has seen something in the woods, it was tall and had long arms bigger than its body, thin enough to see its ribcage, it had no face not even eyes or a mouth, it is to be said that it chased the hunter all the way to edge of the woods and badly injured him, leaving him to hop on a bloody stump.

He could vividly describe that traumatizing event that would bring him to tears just thinking about it.

And there were a few sightings of the creature at night which made the story more believable, it had adults and children shaking in fear.

No one dares to come out at night, they feared they would end up just like that man.

But this woman didn't believe in such a story, she takes walks every night when the sun goes down to clear her mind.

The daycare service ended soon as the clock struck 1:00, she watched the parents take their children and leave. As the older children could walk home themselves.

Walking into her small wooden home a little after midnight, and closed the door silently out of fear she would wake her husband.  Taking off her shoes at the doorstep, something felt a bit off as she creeps into the living room.

She heard something shuffle around in the kitchen, thinking it was just her pet dog or her husband in the kitchen for a late-night snack.

As she sat down to watch the tv, but power failed to come on, she tried to turn on the lights but they didn't come on, she was confused.

Did the power go out?

I swear I just paid the light bill-

As all the red flags were right in front of her she turned on her phone flashlight she went into the kitchen, and she s falls straight on her rump as her eyes widened in horror and disbelief.

She swore she saw the shadow of something tall walking around in her kitchen,  but when she turned the light on it, it disappeared as if it wasn't there.

Maybe she had too much to drink, or she didn't get enough sleep, but this never happened before. Her eyes were welled in tears that were daring to fall from her face.

She turned her head left to right desperately to make sure it was just a hallucination. And her eyes were just playing tricks on her.

A thin hand touches her on the shoulder, catching her off guard and in surprise which was the reason she screamed so suddenly in terror.
