*Knock!* *Knock!*

I put the book I was reading down. A pretty good novel with, a perfect amount of erotica and lore along with a relatable alpha main character.

The King of Faries is now a Daemon Lord, written by an unknown maester during Aegon's time. Heard he was pretty liked by all the ladies, referring to himself as _oinkchan.

"Enter."

The door to my chambers opened, and Talya walked inside, covered with a robe that hid her face.

"No one noticed you did anyone? Talya?"

The lady in question shook her head to deny it.

"No, master."

I nodded. Did not need anyone picking around clues, killing can be a hassle. I enjoy it, yes but I also enjoy many other things, such as reading... sucking blood.

"Good work. Now... tell me. How is the oh-so-beautiful and graceful, Queen doing? In Aftermath of Cole's death."

Talya sighed. "She is distraught, angry at herself for not being able to protect him. She feels she should have been there for him when he needed her most. Although she tries to hide her emotions in front of the others, they are pretty much in plain sight for us who have been by her side for long..."

Hmm. I took in all of that information. Actually, I have been thinking. Was the killing of Criston Cole a good part of my scheme?

I did it pretty much ruthlessly and was very much cruel. It almost made me a little guilty but then again life is not all that precious.

I have incited the greens which is not without doubt. Queen Allicent is an intelligent lady, she will enact revenge and so will her father who I have heard to be the real viper preying upon the dragon eggs.

The woman is bitter and vengeful. So... I need to be a hundred steps ahead of her. The one who strikes first always wins.

I was indeed able to send a message to the Small Council, which can be seen as the Lannisters have already sent me a letter of friendship and allegiance and so have the Strongs.

The show of power obviously had an effect. So I do not regret it, my position has strengthened immensely.

I have two main enemies, the Hightowers and Targaryens. The latter includes Daemon and Rhaenyra. I will term them the Greens and the Blacks.

Daemon is the dangerous one among the Blacks while elder sister is incompetent. She thinks everyone will play fools when it is clear as day that, her two sons are bastards.

It brings shame and embarrassment upon House Targaryen and me. She did not even wait for a second and think about the Velaryons.

Whatever it may be... the Velaryons have been loyal to us since before we conquered Westeros. Aegon's mother was a Velaryon which means even I have a hint of the Sea Blood.

It would be a pity to see a remnant of Old Valyria lose their bloodline due to my sister's priorities on love than duty. Truly a disgusting woman.

Hmm. The Velaryons could make good allies as well. The Seasnake's daughter is the rider of one of the biggest dragons after Balerion- Vhagar.

The same dragon that Visenya once rode and my grandfather, Baelon Targaryen.

She is, as I have heard 4 namedays older than me. Maybe... I could send a marriage alliance offer.

It would be good to tie their line to the Targeryans once again... before they think of rebelling or feel disappointed in the crown.

After all, the Velaryons are the richest House in Westeros as well. Alliance with them would be a good thing.

Laena Velaryon's beauty is well known among the entire of Westeros. They say she is more beautiful than the Queen and elder sister in her youth.

A Valyrian Goddess with the best of both bloodlines, Targaryen and Velaryon. Pale skin, silver hair, and violet eyes reminiscent of old.

Even her mother, Rhaenys Targaryen, a beautiful black-haired beauty... titled 'The Queen who never was' has a dragon. So I would basically have two dragons under my thumb if allied with them and a massive amount of ships.

Laena is an extremely good option, her blood is fully valyrian... far better than Heleana.

I remember I was about to be betrothed to her but the Queen refused, something about not wanting her to have a half-dead husband... ultimately she married my drunkard younger brother.

Well, that was a fine decision in my opinion. I could not care less to be honest. She is suffering under, Aegon... the situation turned out to be worse than what her mother wanted.

One of these days I will go and speak with the Velaryons personally, honoring them with the presence of the future King. They would not dare to deny and embarrass me.

Especially since I will be showing them much priority by coming personally. This is important in case my incompetent sister is advised by Daemon... and snatches the opportunity first.

Bethroting her firstborn, Jaecerys with Laena instead. That would be a disaster. It would make the Velaryon bloodline filled with their own blood again and give the Blacks a very strong ally.

It seems I have to travel to my Dragonstone, to claim a companion of my own. There is not much time, I have to do this.

By now, both Daemon and Rhaenyra must want to secure their family more. Especially since Ser Criston Cole openly called her a whore and kids bastards.

She really is a whore. An incompetent, arrogant, and selfish whore. An even bigger embarrassment than Aegon. Some things are just not expected from women.

It is unfair, yes, but this is not Valyria where women and men were equal for her to go around whoring.

This is Westeros. Even then... whoring was still seen with disgust in Valyria. Mostly because top Dragonlords families could only copulate within their own or a select few and did not look upon lightly on lust.

Whoring was for the peasants, slave masters, and sometimes nobles.

The blood of Dragonlords had been strengthened with magic to a terrifying grade. I have heard many of them did not look human, some had a dragon's head while some had worms with human faces instead of blood.

Truly fearsome. It makes shivers run across my entire body.

My allies for now are- Father who is fifty percent as he is weak, the Lannisters who may stab me in the back if provided with a better opportunity unless in debt to me and lastly the Strongs.

That is it. Potential allies could be the Velaryons, Starks, and maybe the Arryns as well.

The Starks would give me a united front from the North while the Arryns from the Vale and Velaryons from the Sea.

It would be perfect.

I have heard, Cregan Stark is a little younger than me but a wolf nevertheless. From what I have read, Starks have ruled half of Westeros for thousands of years.

The North truly is mysterious. I will have to check it out for my own self.

Having thought all of this in a single second, I raised my head to look at Talya. Gesturing to Dyana beside me I spoke.

"Have a chair arranged for her would you Dyana?"

The girl nodded. No longer as meek as before. I had taken her as my personal maid since I woke up as a vampire.

She is quite useful besides just recommending me books and keeping a conversation.

"You may sit." I motioned to the mature lady. She nodded, sitting on the chair looking at me with a curious haze.

It had been a few hours since I killed Ser Crispen Coaled. The morning had turned into afternoon and the latter into twilight.

I stood up as the last rays of the sun joined the dark horizon to come, a shade of unseen moonlight entering behind me.

Talya looked at me, my face darkened and shadow covering the entirety of my chamber with my red eyes the only light.

I opened my mouth, teeth growing into fangs as I calmly trudged near. Letting my finger trickle across her skin.

Small whimpers escaped from Talya's mouth. I turned around to look at Dyana.

"Watch closely."

In question, the maid shook her head vigorously. My fingers tiptoed inside Talya's huge blossom, pinching her nipples lightly.

Slowly I slid onto her waist, sitting on her lap with my face gazing into hers. I held her jaw with my palm, tightly... rubbing her lips.

Talya, had an excited expression etched upon her visage. My other arm, slid inside her robes and to her vagina that dripped with love juice.

I opened my mouth to speak, a small smirk curving.

"Good job, Talya. Here is your reward."

Saying that I lowered my visage, forcing my chin onto her nape, making it red before biting into it.
