I stared at the dragon's body for a few moments. It was beneath me to understand what happened in the last few moments, my memories seemed a little hazy.

All the burnt flesh and blood dripping out of my body exploded when I used blood magic especially coupled with the power-brimming air I feel in this pit.

The cuts on my skin has already begun to heal, the tears were stitching up incredulously and my skin that had blackened slowly began to regain color in them.

I walked towards the dragon's head and poked it with my fingers lightly. A dumbfounded expression formed on my visage.

I may have killed it. I think... how am I supposed to claim a dragon now? Especially when I killed the one I wanted.

A sigh escaped my mouth, I was about to turn and head above to where Vermithor was present. However, the moment I decide to do so, a low gurgling noise reached my ears.

I turned around instantly. My eyes locked on Cannibal.

Instantly, cracks began to form on his skin as they began to peel away as if a snake was shedding its skin.

The moment they touched the ground, they would burst into small purple flickers mixed with Cannibal's ritualistic green fire.

*Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrmmmmmhmmmmm...*

The noise resounded again. In the deepest part of my soul, I felt a connection forming... something similar to a bond yet extremely different.

Blood began to rush as my newly formed veins peaked out of my skin as I gazed at the dragon.

Suddenly the dragon's eye fluttered open, staring right into my own. If before cannibal had emerald eyes then now he had bright beautiful golden ones that were hauntingly creepy.

Slowly.... slowly... a blood-red color began to creep into his orbs, similar to my own and by the end, all that remained was a deep and dark shade of blood that illuminated brighter than flames.

The dragon growled again as vibrations released from his own body similar to my own. The Body Music of Vampire as I call it.

It was hard to believe but I reckon it was the harshest truth. If my guess is correct... no it is, Cannibal has become a Vampyre... and I made him one.

In front of my bare eyes, Cannibal's body grew larger covering the entire darkness as his new skin grew into a shade of black I had never seen before.

His lower mane reflected the flickers on the ground and dare I say... he was majestic. The entire lower body seemed to be made out of a unique metal.

Not Valyrian Steel, it was lighter and reflected more easily to be that. If I had to call it then, Dragon Steel.

A black beauty with blood-red eyes... I had to see its wings no matter what.

"Oh cannibal, kostagon ao rȳbagon nyke?" (Oh Cannibal, can you hear me?) It was now time to check towards whom his loyalty was present.

The dragon did not reply, his head turned to look at me as his neck protruded forward, the red eyes embedded in his socket glaring at me.

Finally, he opened his mouth baring view to his dangerous long fangs, each brimming with enough power to cut through Planetos itself.

"AAAAAAAUNGHHHHHHHGGGHHHHH!!!!!!!" The dragon released a massive roar in my direction making the entire ground shake, entire rocks began to fall continuously.

Cannibal looked back at me amidst the chaos of the entire crippling pit, his eyes still glowing brightly.

This would be my burial if I was human as the entire of dragon stone was close to collapsing if not for me holding the ground with telekinesis.

I could already feel my Blood Energy emptying at a rapid rate. Cannibal was rejecting me. I could feel his emotions, everything through my blood.

Honestly, frustrating.

"Nyke teptan ao mercy oh cannibal. Ao ojūdan naejot nyke."

(I gave you mercy oh Cannibal. You lost to me.)

For some reason, the dragon did not react to my words. Instead, he continued to glare at me as his body emitted a dark aura as if it was ready to devour me in one go.

"Ao sytilībagon naejot nyke, mazōregon nyke se īlon kessa wetin ānogar se perzys atop iā pyrys zaldrīzoti hae olvie havor syt ao hae ao hae."

(You belong to me, accept me and we shall bathe in blood and fire atop a thousand dragons as much food for you as you like.)

"...Iā ao morghūljagon se dōrī ūndegon se ōños hen tubis."

(...or you die and never see the light of day.)

The dragon roared loudly to my words as his entire body changed into a black mist that began to take shape.

When the cloud of black mist took form, it became clearer that Cannibal was a giant dragon. His lower body was the same metal as the rest of his body, however, his torso was covered in a cape of black fur.

It seemed as if he was finally beginning to discover the powers of his body. His eyes contained a glint of cunningness as he looked into my own, bowing lightly.

The bond I had felt in the beginning felt strengthened and twinned into another one from which I could sense Cannibal's loyalty.

From what I could make out, it was very less. A fickle and cold dragon. However, there was a strange part of my blood magically forcing into his own to follow my will.

He would obey my orders. My blood was his origin and end now. If I had to call this then I would... A Sire Bond.

I shook my head, this much is enough. As my power grows by drinking blood, I can turn him into a complete weapon. A mindless beast of murder and extinction.

The Perfect Valyrian Weapon.

An estrangled smile formed on my face, it crept to the depth of my cheeks and back as I glared at my beast.

To test Cannibal, I had a perfect idea. A future leader of the realm should have flamboyance... a lot of it.

"Hen tubī ao kessa sagon brōztagon Neltharion of Storm. The Cannibal Dragonpyre."

(From today onwards you shall be called Neltharion)

I walked towards Cannibal, the beast flinched upon my touch but nevertheless did not react.

Climbing above its torso would have been an ordeal for the past Baelon but now it took me a single fraction of a moment.

Its back was hard and rigid yet comfy to my best. Holdings its crown tightly, I glanced at the darkness behind before looking straight.

It was time to leave, time to soar into the sky reborn a true dragon, and rule the surface from the clouds.

"Sōvegon Neltharion... To Driftmark."

I am finding it hard to update now. Reality just hit hard. I may be only able to update near weekends probably. Sorry for the inconvenience, I really am but my priority is my own life which I have to strive for no matter what.
