Huguel is now the leader of the whole favela all citizens love him Huguel is idolatrous for his protection against the weakest and most violent criminals the criminals in the favela are very scared of him especially his brother,they say that no one knows what happened to Lenny,no one knows if Lenny is dead or not, no one knows where Lenny is,no one can know. 

Huguel loves the favela and everybody

If I find out that anyone tries to harm the people of the favela I will send him to hell.

Huguel will make all the bad guys confess,he has the power to arrest and convict.If a criminal is caught I can sentence him to death and if he resists I will cut off his head. All people in the favela should obey my commands unconditionally. 

Hugel takes care of his citizens in a loving way and always thinks of them first of course, when something happens someone is there to save the day even if it takes a whole night

Huguel will protect everyone in the entire city with his life,he was born into poverty but now is living above and beyond with all the resources he needs to support all the members of his family,he will fight injustice no matter what it cost him.

one day a daughter of a family suffered rape by some criminal, to the family broken because of this event the girl did not want to tell anyone about the criminal who raped her, but Huguel learned of the event is went to the House of the girl's family,Huguel knock on the gate is the girl's mother will answer when she sees that it is Huguel the leader of the favela the mother was happy is Huguel says how good it is to receive our leader in our house, and see the girl,Huguel enters the house and asks to see the girl. The father leads him to the room where the girl is sitting in a bed.

The father says she was raped,but she won't let us help her it's hard enough having to suffer,it would kill our daughter,Huguel says it'no I have a better idea,Huguel enter the girl's room, the girl is surprised is happy to see his idol Huguel the leader of the slum in his house and is so excited she jumps onto Huguel's arms giving hugs and kisses to Huguel. Huguel says it's so good to see you little girl,Huguel says So girl you know why I'm here right,the girl nods is says because of the man who raped me,she is scared that Huguel will punish him,Huguel says I will never judge a person based on the crimes they commit,you deserve to be free from the curse,Huguel says,Huguel says it seems like the police didn't catch that guy but don' worry I'll deal with him,he's not going to hurt you ever again,Huguel looks in the girl's eyes and says that the rapist is going to pay big time for the crimes he committed.

Huguel look at crowd is says you will see from now on what happens to liars,Huguel to look at his henchmen is to give order.

All of the bystanders watch as a young girl starts crying in tears after seeing that her own father has been brutally murdered before her very eyes by one of his fellow workers. The poor girl thought she was saved by her savior from the horrible fate of living in a harsh place full of bad people that are filled with anger and hate.
