Chapter 5 : Property Panel! Devil businessman

Soon after that, Roco pulled out the mind panel while he rushed into the thatched cottage. He closed the door.

[Life]: [Name]: Roco

[Race]: Terran

[Occupation]:Devil businessman (Making people go broke is nothing, soul is the only thing a Devil Businessman hunts.)

[Points]: 13 (Selling a jar gets 10 points, successful introduction gets 1 point)

[Attributes]: Strength 8, Agility 10, Spirit 12, Physique 8

[Talent]: Clever tongue (A businessman’s nature)

[Ability]: Thatched Hut Shop (Host’s defence will be impenetrable within a radius of two kilometres from the Thatched Hut)

Looking at himself like a loser, Roco licked his lips.

Just do it, everything will be fine.

With that Idea in mind, Roco gazed at his points. They were the only thing he needed as a businessman.

These points could not only buy things in the mall, but also strengthen his attributes.

The average value of the four major attributes was 10 for an ordinary person. A person like Roco was really ordinary.

However, he could strengthen himself by increasing points one by one.

It was the intuitive way Roco had found to get stronger.

Of course, the innate performance of attributes may be suppressed in this world.

Roco’s lips started twitching as he thought about Thanos’ attributes.

God knows how many centuries it will take me to become as strong as him.

Forget it, Forget it. Shouldn’t compare with such strong people. I’m just a businessman, should just do my job.

As he thought, Roco added one point in Spirit.

Boom!

It was as if a clear stream had infused his mind. His spirit got a shock and the suppression that plagued him these days dissipated.

“Cool!”

Roco couldn’t help but exclaim

“Fuck! It’s so cool.”

Roco’s unrestrained eyes stretched wider and his mind became even more shocked. He felt as if his brain was evolving.

“Shit! It feels so good.”

Roco added six more points, all at once, to the spirit, raising it to 20.

After a while,

Boom!

He felt as if his brain was about to explode, and then, an unknown coldness invaded the depths of his mind.

Since the change was so sudden and not gradual, awkward feelings arose in his heart.

The whole world seemed brighter.

His brain had evolved, and his sight and hearing were enhanced.

The far-away dust in the air, the bottle on the counter, all of them became very clear.

“Although a merchant’s duty is doing business, I feel this is necessary.”

Roco nodded; he had decided his way forward.

“I will be a fool if I give up on such a great way to get stronger.”

Roco’s thoughts spun, and he spent 3 points on Strength, Physique and Agility.

As his brain had evolved, it only took him breaths to understand the roles of these attributes.

Strength meant nothing else but strengthening the muscles to make the body more explosive.

Physique was enhancing the bone density and toughening the skin. In simpler words, it meant improving the body’s defense. It also included increasing the endurance of other organs like the heart.

As for Agility, it was about coordinating the body to make it more adaptable.

However, Roco wasn’t too happy as his abilities had not improved by much.

Roco looked at the remaining two points and sighed. He used them to strengthen himself.

No matter how hard it was, the four attributes had all enhanced.

Although the rate of improvement was slow, Roco knew the importance of balance.

If one attribute was carelessly enhanced, the body would collapse, regardless of Spirit being at the same level.

Roco didn’t want to be a ghost-like creature.

Gradually adapting to the changes in his body, Roco walked to the nearby counter.

The interior of the Thatched Hut was a world of its own.

It was based on the predecessor’s luxury house. On the first floor was a bar whose counter was filled with jars.

Only fifteen of them were left now.

Roco looked at the jar and murmured, “The next step should be to exchange something with Thanos.”

For a great businessman, timing was critical for a good start, and profit was the most important thing.

And Thanos, he was a magnate.

The Infinity Gauntlet was the most valuable thing on him.

As he thought about it, Roco displayed a cold smile masked in the darkness..

Next day, after he broke his fast, Roco opened the hut’s door.

The sun was just emerging, its rays glaring at everything. The white clouds leisurely floated in the bright sky, and it contrasted well with the flowers on earth.

It was a great place to enjoy human bliss, if only Roco could forget his ambition.
