The next day, Moses conducted the Dragon Followers’ ceremony for the four of them. He again placed the dragon crystal in the center of the formation, and the four of them were transformed into Dragon Speaker with ease.
Julio even broke through the limit of his bloodline. He had become an epic-level BOSS.
But the other three were not so lucky. It was not easy to obtain the legendary bloodline, and the potential of their bloodlines had not been upgraded. The ceremony had only upgraded their attributes and levels, but by a huge amount. They gained the transformation ability and could now become a monster in human form.
In simple words,
Julio and Albert’s combat power had been upgraded by leaps and bounds. Previously, one of them had a low potential bloodline, and the other had the fire-related attributes and battle energy.
One could only imagine how powerful Albert would become after obtaining the Fire Dragon’s Whisper, as he already possessed the fire battle energy before it.
The other two received the transformation and dual attributes ability.
The power of the mysterious Moses was witnessed by the people of the City of Dawn.
William chose not to talk about it. He did not explain Moses’ ability and his background, so everybody was still in the dark.
Moses also ignored everyone else. He spent his days as used to, casually removing curses, cuddling cats, sleeping, eating, and waiting for his death.
The other people did not dare to investigate Moses under William’s nose. They merely praised William for discovering such a well-hidden and powerful mage.
William seldom explored the underground tunnels of the City of Dawn. He was not fond of them.
This was the core location for the blacksmith workshops. The ones on the surface, they were bogus. The Dwarves in those workshops were only novice, middle and high-level blacksmiths, and the quality of the forged weapons was inferior but economical. The best quality one could get was silver quality.
But these underground blacksmith workshops that were constructed along Rainbow River produced the highest quality equipment.
One of the branches of the Rainbow River flowed underground.
And on both sides of the branched river, these blacksmith workshops were located.
Their surroundings were lit by magic lamps so that the underground world would not be so dim.
In one of the largest blacksmith rooms, Dragon scales, skins, and small portions of Dragon’s blood were hung on the surrounding walls.
Saint Hammer warrior wielded a violet glowing hammer and hammered on a large piece of Dragon scale.
Old Hank possessed an epic-level bloodline and was a master-level blacksmith with extraordinary skills.
But it was still an arduous task for him to hammer the Dragon scale.
He noticed William approaching but ignored him. His eyes glimmered while he continued hammering the Dragon scale. He was focused on creating a piece of satisfactory work.
Odom noticed the Dragon scale in Old Hank’s hand and smiled. “The Dragon scale in his hands is the Fire Dragon’s inverted scale, my Lord.
“This is the toughest scale on the Fire Dragon’s body. Old Hank is following your orders to forge the toughest heartguard that can be added to the surface of another armor.”
William smiled back. He nodded in appreciation and said, “He’s doing good. Use up all the Dragon scales, and forge them into equipment sets for the Dragon’s blood warriors. I’ll let them become the unstoppable blade of the City of Dawn.”
“I understand, my Lord. But the quality of these Dragon scales is too high, so without a master blacksmith, the Dragon scales can’t be forged. Moreover, the forging would also take a long time.” The deputy Lord of the City of Dawn, Odom, was also a master blacksmith. But he was busy with the daily administrative affairs, so he did not have the time to do blacksmithing.
William nodded in agreement. He walked to the riverside and observed the blacksmith room that was illuminated by the lamps on both sides. Many high-level blacksmiths were busy hammering away and forging silver quality equipment sets. When one portion was completed, the workpieces would be passed to the next blacksmith down the forging line.
This was the assembly line version of the forging process. It was more efficient than when a blacksmith entirely created a single equipment set.
The City of Dawn had six legions with 18,000 soldiers.
Only 9,000 middle-level soldiers had silver quality equipment. The novice-level soldiers were still using blue quality equipment.
It could not be helped. William could have ordered the creation of silver quality equipment for the novice-level soldiers, but it would consume too much mithril. And even though the City of Dawn had a mithril ore mine, it only had sufficient quantity to produce enough equipment for the middle-level soldiers.
For example, the Guardian Legion, the newest legion and novice-level professionals of other legions did not have silver quality equipment sets. At most, they would have silver quality weapons.
William did not need to spend any money for the [Night Legion] and [Moonlight Legion].
The reason being that they consisted of Elves who belonged to huge families and establishments. Hence, they brought their silver-quality family equipment when they joined the army. Some had gold, dark gold, and even epic-level equipment…
Most of the Elfin families had heirloom equipment and weapons which had been passed through the generations.
When they joined the army, they would bring along their heirloom equipment and weapons.
This was the culture of the Elves.
It had to be emphasized.
The style of the Elfin equipment was quite uniform. Most of them were streamlined and decorated with leaf carvings of the World Tree. Hence, most of them looked similar and did not spoil the overall appeal of the legion.
William surveyed the blacksmith workshops that were working in full production. Then he inspected the core manufacturing industry in the city. When he was finished with this, he could only wait patiently at home.
As his equipment was not upgraded.
He had enough gold quality equipment set. Moreover, with his legendary bloodline, the gold quality equipment set boosted a lot of his attributes.

The Sword of Thunder had become an epic-level weapon called Great Orange Weapon.
The dark gold quality weapon was called Small Orange Weapon.
Gold quality weapon was called Gold Weapon.
The heartguard that was being forged from the legendary inverted scale would turn out to be either an epic or a legendary equipment component.
If it was placed on top of the armor, it could protect the chest from damage. The chance of surviving a heart-piercing attack was significantly increased.
Since the game was about to enter the open beta.
William wanted to develop his capability during this time. He did not want to create any troubles.
Iron Nation had sent out two elite legions consisting of 6,000 soldiers to slay the Dragon. But out of them, less than 1,000 returned home.
Moreover, their military fortress had been taken over by William. The equipment, food, and the heavy-duty crossbows in the warehouses were seized by William. The losses of Iron Nation were immense.
Iron Nation was thinking of gradually dominating Black Lava Nation.
But Iron Nation failed to obtain the Dragon BUFF, and two of their legions were almost wiped out. Black Lava Nation had gained a free upper hand at the border with Iron Nation.
The City of Dawn’s attack on the Iron Nation made the Black Lava Nation very happy. The commercial trade between the Black Lava Nation and the City of Dawn had restarted, but the slave trade remained fully shut down.
The slaves and the nobles requested the slave trade to resume, but their cries were in vain.
The City of Dawn, the Iron Nation, and the Black Lava Nation were like the Romance of the Three Kingdoms. They were at homeostasis. Nobody dared to break the status quo.
Everybody was waiting for a chance to start the war!
William had upgraded to level 57, which was 13 levels away from the version limit. His attributes had reached an incredible height…
He continued feasting on the Dragon flesh until he could no longer increase his attributes.
The Fire Dragon’s flesh provided the following increments in attributes.
Power+25, Agility+18, Physical Strength+33, Intelligence+10.
He accessed his attributes panel and perked up. He was becoming stronger and beefier…

“It’s a pity. I’ve leveled up, but due to lack of experience points, the skill levels did not fully upgrade.
