"Sister, Sister, Sister," I could hear quiet mumbling close to my ears. Its ticklish sensation was unpleasant. Irthea's face was too close to mine as I opened my eyes. I could feel her warm breath on my skin. "Uhmm, Irthea? You're too close," I said embarrassingly. My words entering her ear brought her mind back and made her comprehend her situation. She takes a step back and covers her red face. With just one more movement, she'd undoubtedly be touching my lips with her. If that happens, I'm certain she'll distance herself. But at that point, Irthea thought, "Uhh, that was close; I need to suppress this feeling; I was supposed to be her little sister, not a lover."
I kept my gaze fixed on Irthea, waiting for her to say anything. She seemed to be deep in thought. I tilted my head, unconsciously, wondering what she was thinking. However, the longer she thinks, the more crimson her face grows. My patience with waiting had worn thin, so I decided to question her. "Uhm? Irthea, are you okay? Your face was too flushed, and do you have something to say?" I inquired, puzzled as to why she woke me up. She returns my gaze, but her face turns redder. I'm now really curious about what she was thinking.
Following the loud noise, her embarrassed countenance abruptly returns to its normal look. The noise was similar to a ghostly whisper of wind; it wasn't particularly frightening to us, but the pressure it provided was genuinely horrifying. As the strange thing walked down the corridor, the room gradually became colder. We took a breath when the unidentified entity had vanished from our room, as its presence had caused us to breathe shallowly. The temperature then reverted to normal. But the thing had not vanished completely; I could still sense its dark, frightening aura. "Wha...what was that?" I wonder, hoping for an answer because she may have woken me up for this reason. "I don't know either; I just sense this unpleasant aura emerging from behind," she replied, her voice trembling slightly.

"Sister, I think we should chase that monster; we don't know what it's for, but my instincts tell me it's very dangerous; I know, we don't know anything, but I'm sure that creature will only bring destruction," she told me, her eyes brave and serious. I can't help but giggle at the fact that the people she sought to save were the same kind as the people who wanted us dead. "Wha...what are you giggling about?!" She exclaimed, her flushed face flushed with shame and her head tilted in confusion. "Nothing," I said, holding my cheeks, "it's just that you are too kind. to think you are willing to save these people despite the fact that these people's kind just tried to kill us." "At the very least, I understand the difference between innocent and foes," she boasted. I can't stop myself from patting her on the head.
I opened the door and exited the room to track down the beast. Looking around, everything was dark, dead, and hazy, with a blood trail on the floor. I followed the blood trail and came to a number of bloodied victims. I pursued the blood until it came to a halt. I was looking around, taking in the surroundings. "AHHHHHHH!!!" A piercing scream erupted from beyond the locked door, where the blood trail had come to a halt. After I opened the door, the creature made me tremble in fear; it was completely black; its body was humanoid but two times larger; its blooded red eye was similar to a cloud of smoke; its face was a skull and an antler similar to a deer; its claw was pointy sharp; and its body was emitting a pitch-black, monstrous aura similar to complete darkness.
I tried to calm myself after the beast locked its sight on me. When the creature pushed me, it let out a loud growl and fled away. I intend to track down the creature, but I can't leave a small kid alone. The kid has black hair, red-orange eyes, flawless pale skin, and is dressed in black long sleeves, black high thigh socks, and a short black skirt. I approach the small child, attempting to calm her down. "Hello, little kid, may I have your name?" I ask, presenting my nicest smile to her. "Veronica," she said, her face expressionless and emotionless. "Okay, Veronica, I will guard you until it is safe, and bring you back to your ho-!" I couldn't continue my sentence since she burst out crying and begged, "Please, please, I don't want to return, I do anything, I do anything..." she begged, tears streaming down her face. "Shhh, Shhh," I said while caressing and cuddling Veronica. "Calm down, Veronica, I will hear you out later, once we can verify it's safe now, ok?" I informed her.
After Veronica has calmed down, I take another look around the room. The first man's head was smashed into the wall, while the second man's lower half was missing. He seemed to have been eaten. I was taken aback when I noticed the window. When I peered out the window, everything was shrouded in white mist; the ground was black, and the trees had eyes and mouths but no foliage. We appeared to be trapped in the domain of death, with the only way out being to kill the creature that had brought us here. I redirected my sight to Veronica, who was already sleeping peacefully. I approached her and placed her head on my lap to caress her.
