Chapter 18: Divine Curse

" The solution? " Ragna Twelve asks as he wonders what solution he already had in his <Dimensional Pouch> which he then suddenly was shown a brief vision by the Twelve Eye of Time.

" The <Black Core> ....? " he asked he then opens his Pouch to get that Core out for he then analyzes.

< This Core is a mysterious man and divine-made core that has the ability to absorb any kind of energy source that exists. Its full capacity is still unknown, but unlike any other type of core, this core can be upgraded. >

" I see ...., so it seems I know how to deal with that Divine Vixen's curse !!! " Ragna 12 says while looking at Ragna Current as he points the Black Core into the thundering curse's aura storm as it starts to absorb it.

"( If this curse once managed to contain the power of Time*, then a curse from a Diviner should at least be an easy thing for this very Core to contain. )"

"( With this, Ragna Current's curse that may originally mean to make him suffer can be turned into the greatest weapon that ever gifted. )" Ragna Twelve says while immediately rushing towards Ragna Current's location as he tries to contain the Divine Curse that thunderously rages amok inside the System Space, even though the System tries to hold it off.

" Ragna Current, can you hear me!!!!??? " he says during his effort of containing the Divine Curse.

" You need to get a hold yourself!!!! don't let the gloomy storm aura of this very curse make you feel despair !!!!! " he says while Ragna Current is still shouting as the Divine Curse is torturing him, still preventing the System from installing itself on its body as the body or the hardware is being corrupted by this Divine Virus, slowly breaking it.

During Ragna 12's battle with the activated Divine Curse, Ragna Current on the other hand suddenly thinks about everything as everything now makes sense to him now.

" I see ... "

" The reason why my efforts are always ended in vain is because of this curse, isn't it? "

While asking himself, he then sees everything that the curse did to him, maybe because the curse slightly gives him some visions about what has it done to make him feel weak all the time, as he sees how the curse itself prevents him from gaining everything by taking everything from him.

" My efforts, my dreams, my visions, my ideas, and my experiences ... "

" The curse took all of that, by making me the lynchpin of misfortune ... "

" Not just that, the curse also somehow invisibly made anyone from having a relationship with me beside my grandmother as it always triggers hatred thoughts on their minds to hate me ... " Ragna Current says as he sees why everyone always does him so harshly, for the visions show the curse invisibly altering the peoples' mind as he meets them, triggering their negative emotions as the curse probably wants to make him suffer by letting no one make good amends with him, alienating him.

" Why why why ....? " Ragna Current ask himself as his consciousness suddenly was transported inside his mind.

" What ...!!!?? "

" Where am I? " he asked as he can see the things outside where he sees Ragna 12 fighting the Divine Curse as he tries to contain it.

" What is this place? " he asked which was then replied by a voice.

" You are in your mind now ... "

" But sadly, since I am the dominant one in your body, you can say that this place now belongs to me." the voice says as Ragna Current looks behind him, only to see a giant beast looking down at him with its many eyeballs for it very wild positioned teeth are very menacing and gets more menacing as it smiles.

" Wha ... what are you? " Ragna Current asks the beast-like creature as it begins to laugh.

" What am I? "

" I'm a Divine Curse ... "

" Grrrraaahhhh .... " Ragna Current shouts in his peak of emotion as he now knows on who should he unleash his hatred, for many years he yearned for a better life but sadly everything always turned him down as everything that he does ends in vain.

" It was you !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! "

" You're the one who made me this miserable !!!!!!!!!! " Ragna Current attacks the curse, despite his condition as he merely used his limbs to attack it which feels like tickles to the curse creature while it looks on the scene outside where it tries to also deal with Ragna Twelve.

" Oh my, you tickle me ... "

" I felt so satisfied with all of your futile attempts as you try to struggle despite knowing that struggling won't get you anywhere ... !!! "

" You're such a hot-headed brute, a plain noob who thinks that you should deserve a better life ... "

" But you don't, for your sins that my Divine Caster thinks you have, she cast me to ruin you forever as casting me, the ever destroying Divine Curse means that the target is the very thing that my Diviner needs to destroy. "

" For my sole purpose as a curse is to make one's life miserable, no matter how cruel I had to do it. " the Yakan Curse explains to the still angry Ragna Current who is still attacking the parts of its body.

" I'll kill you ... I'll swear I'll erase you !!!! " Ragna Current says.

" You didn't hear me, didn't you? or do the things this Divine Cursed One did to you already give you enough despair? "

*Laughs Maniacally*

" Oh my you're so funny, I can see you're so angry that you can say anything as what you can only do now is hopelessly aiming your squirming attacks at me!!" the Divine Curse says as it then decides to stomp Ragna Current with its paws as it presses him hard.

" Oh my look at you, so struggling ... "

" You're so enjoyable to me you know that, you may not believe me but seeing you like this made me love you more. " the curse says as it approaches the weakened Ragna Current into its face.

" Look at you, so weakened, so despaired ..., me seeing you like this makes me want to ... "

" Kiss you ... " the Divine Curse says as it approaches its mouth as it probably wants to do bad things to Ragna Current before.

" Grrrkk .. what's this ...? "

" My presence in this place ... is fading? " it says while seeing that Ragna 12 is now near Ragna Current's body as he managed to seal some of the curse's power.

" Grrrhhh ....  that old man, he ruined anything ... " it drops Ragna Current as it orders him to stay still while it deals with the outside intervention.

" I am the Divine Curse: Yakan's Heavenly Restriction, by my Diviner's authority I will not let you give any power to this boy !!!! "
