After waking up, many players flooded the Faynom World.
They didn't even eat or even wash, their hands immediately extending for the VR Helmet. All they wanted was to enter the game world and have other exciting adventurers! Everything was possible in that world.
Reylin woke up, but he wasn't in a rush.
He did the morning routine and sat down by the table.
His nose twitched a little, and just a few seconds later, Sebastian came with the warm breakfast!
Reylin was living alone if one excluded his butler.
That was his wish, and only his mother had displayed a few tears and reluctance. Despite how crazy Reylin was, he was her son, and rebuking him for his wild deeds had been a daily thing for her to do.
It was also a little stress reliever.
Still, all her sons had left the house even before the age of eighteen, so Reylin's mother was used to parting, and the same went for her bank account.
"Young Master. It would be great if you could wait a few minutes before going to the game world," Sebastian said after taking a seat before the table.
Reylin's eyes shifted from the TV to his butler, and he asked, "You already hired some maid?"
"Yes! She is just one year older than you, and she wants to make some pocket money on holiday." Sebastian nodded and leaned down to eat scrambled eggs.
"I guess money is more important for her than some fun time on vacation. I am sure most people our age have already flooded the game," Reylin tapped the phone and dug into the food.
Sebastian nodded, and they ate breakfast in silence.
After roughly ten minutes, the door bells' rang, and Sebastian stood up to answer it. He returned with the lady by his side.
Sebastian introduced her by what he'd learned about her through online conversation.
"Young Master, this is Hania. She is your age, and we will begin with some tryouts first. What do you think?" Sebastian bowed and explained.
Reylin glanced to the side, and his eyes scrutinized the young lady.
She was short-haired, and her height was definitely one head shorter than him. For a moment, her common face displayed a lost in thought expression, but that soon switched into a scary kitten one, "M-My name is Hania... I am at your service, young master!"
Hania did her best despite stuttering, but she was inwardly scared of Reylin.
That was from the show he did yesterday!
Reylin stood up and approached the lady slowly, "It seems like you saw that stream yesterday."
"Y-Yes... I did..." Hania looked down and grasped her long skirt.
"I am Crown Reylin," Reylin said, standing hair-breath before Hania, his voice blowing her hair a little.
He was pretty loud, "If you are scared of me killing some players in the game... I repeat, the game. If so, you won't keep your job for too long."
"C-Crown?" Hania repeated the surname, not being able to believe it.
The Crown Family was known throughout the whole country, and all of them were known from their best side.
Hania was particularly fond of Reylin's mother, the fashion designer. Although all she saw was her clothes on various model shows, Hania often imagined herself as one of those models.
And Reylin's mother was also outstanding, a person idolized by many ladies.
Reylin inherited a little of her silver hair.
A little, because all brothers were born with a mix of black and silver hair.
Hania looked up at him and saw Reylin's short hair and those colors, but the first impression was that he was surely someone's wannabe.
That impression was utterly erased by the fear of seeing the 'crazy pyromaniac' in person.
"Sebastian is a retired soldier, although he's still pretty young," Reylin added, and Hania shifted her eyes to the side.
Sebastian stood silent in his butler clothes, but he didn't look like a twenty-eight-years-old man! He looked much older with his wrinkles and a little white hair on his chin! That man had gone through much, and had not the Crowns taken him in, he would have been living a far worse life.
After the war, he was pretty lost, and he didn't know what to do with himself.
Sebastian had a new path now, and his smile remained soothing, even though his young master often made him sweat with his life choices.
"In your contract, there's a clause to not share whom you work for. I and my surname have to be hidden from the world...
So, officially, you will be under Sebastian should you work for longer here," Reylin turned around and invited Hania to the table, "Prepare something fast for her, Sebastian."
"There's no need!" Hania got flustered, and she waved her hands.
Reylin didn't answer and returned to his seat.
He waited for Hania to take a seat, and after she did, Reylin asked a few questions. Those were about her family and Hania's work experience. She had worked two jobs before, and Hania got fired two times due to her weak adaptation and nervousness... She just couldn't focus on her job!
That left a big stamp on her resume, and Hania found problems finding her next work.
The Crown Young Master looked toward the kitchen and smiled.
His following words surprised Hania.
"So you are a troublemaker? An airhead? Well, that's good for me," Reylin crossed his arms, "We all have our dream second halves. The perfect appearance and attitude."
"Y-Young Master... Why are you playing with the lighter?" Hania cut in, but Reylin just smiled back and carried on with his talk.
"Dream second half is impossible, however. Bitch Yvonne is just half-perfect. That's why I have to learn how to bear with women." Reylin concluded and closed his eyes.
To conquer Yvonne's heart was one thing, but to bear with her another. She wasn't, and Reylin also couldn't imagine her, a type that changed whole under love, which was also a fleeting feeling if not careful!
Too much crap and that love might as well crumble!
"I help mom with chores and groceries, so I will be able to take care of the house," Hania added or instead repeated what she had said in the resume.
Reylin chuckled, "I have everything latest in my apartment. It's stuff you won't be able to handle, and you must use it to take care of the house. You will fail a few times, and that's fine."
Although it often sounded demotivating, Reylin's words brightened Hania, and her heartbeat returned to normal. She was no longer nervous and promised to learn everything as fast as possible.
With Sebastian by her side, it would be an easy ride!
"You are here because Sebastian has some work to do in the game too. But for this day, he will take you around the apartment and explain a few duties. As for me, I am gone." Reylin stood up and went to his room.
"Thank you, Young Master!" Hania bowed, her face hidden.
That room closed, and no one except Sebastian could step in here!
At least, for now...
Sebastian smiled as he returned with breakfast, "You can stop bowing now. Have a nice meal, then I will let you take over a few duties."
"Yes! I will do my best!" Hania nodded, then looked at the breakfast, "Thank you... very much..."
