Chapter 44: Chapter 42-Bandits and oh, A Loli

I couldn’t believe my eyes, how could I have expected that we could get something like that in this world that doesn’t even have electricity. I stood in shock for what felt like months, what broke it was Miley saying something.

“Hey so what are these things, I assume it's a your world thing, I get that it is impressive getting it here though, judging by your reactions, but please, inform me on how great they are.” Miley said with a half curious 

“Basically it's a game that allows you to play with people all over the world and you are not bound by the rules of a table, you can do almost anything if you know what you are doing. It’s also a cheap source of dopamine or being happy if you want to. Just don’t get addicted.” I explained, deciding not to go too into it. Miley didn’t seem that amused.

“Uh-huh, I know some of those words, but just show me later.” Miley replied, I nodded, we can’t do much right now, other things to do.

“Hey really, where did you get this? I can’t imagine a dungeon having it.” Shinobu said after my “rant” which is fair, even if it was a secret dungeon I can’t think of an item that allows someone to bring stuff between dimensions.

“We can assure you it was a dungeon, what else do you think it was?” Yuma asked but we didn’t buy it. Shinobu said what the three of us kids thought first.

“Honestly speaking, you too were probably fucking and someone donated it via the menu.” She was on the mark, Yuma and Luca became red in the face.

“You really thought we were that stupid huh? You DO know we are teachers right?” Shinobu said, with me and Miley nodding, especially since we already know how much they screw, and so do the three of us, it's nothing special. But can’t believe people are watching them to give stuff. Not complaining, we got this amazing house. Still fun to look at them like they are pervs though.

“*Ahem* I think that’s mainly for the tour, you can look at your rooms later, but right now I think you guys need to get ready for the tournament.” Yuma said, breaking the silence.

“Oh right!! That is something we need to do, we got a month right? Might as well use it up.” I exclaimed. To be honest, I forgot about it.”

“Yeah we need to make sure to overkill them as much as fucking possible.” Shinobu agreed, putting her hands together. “They shouldn’t have any hope. Let’s get started.” Shinobu, Miley and I said our thanks and love yous and went outside.

“So what do you guys think we work on? Leveling up? Gaining and leveling up skills? Human vs Human practice?” I offered some ideas, trying to think of ways.

“How about guild quests, we can get multiple of those done except for actual humans. Unless you want to take some bandits on?” Miley decided on Shinobu and I decided that was good.

“Yeah I’m ok with that, and can we just fuck with them? Let’s try to psychologically destroy them” Shinobu asked, wanting to have a bit of fun.

“Oh yeah that sounds funny let’s do it. By the way, do you girls know where Shiro went? I just remembered she was up there with us.” I said.

“Oh right she was there, oh well lets just go. We don’t need to worry about that for now. Luna warp us out please.” Shinobu said, as she and Miley grabbed on to me. I had thought about leaving and the ring glowed, in a traditional fashion the glow got bigger and bigger and until it absorbed us and when it settled down we were right in front of the guild.

I pushed the door open loudly and with a shout. “Greetings everyone!” Everyone turned around to face us, saw who we are and then immediately looked back to whatever they were doing, using my eyes I could tell they were a bit more stressed than before because of us. 

We walked towards the counter and saw Lily there. She waved at us and we went to her.

“Hey kids, what brought you here today?” She asked with a smile. Probably expecting something wild.

“Do you have any quests for bandits? We wanna train for the tournament between our school and Antelia.” I explained to her.

“Oh right you three are going to be part of that huh, good job for getting ready so early. I assume you want to have a harder quest so let me look through them.” Lily said as she was looking through the papers, I wonder if there would be any for us to enjoy.

After looking for a good bit Lily looked up at us and frowned. “Sadly for you I can’t find anything, good thing that means we don’t have much crime for bandits here. If you want a lower level one we can give you it.”

I replied to her with a smile. “Nah it’s fine, we should leave those for the ones who need the experience, good thing there aren't any big groups around here. Thanks for looking though!” I said while we left.

“Alright what should we do now?” Shinobu asked as we started walking away from the guild.

!!!? There were three people following us. I looked at Miley and Shinobu and they seemed to also notice them. We decided to walk away like normal.

“This will be fun!  Where should we go?” Shinobu said, in an energetic tone, pretending to not notice. Miley and I played along.

“Oh what about this place, I heard it has some pretty good food.” I said with a smile, it felt so fake to me.

We decided to go to a less populated area and could still feel them following us. We sat down and started talking. After a while they started rushing us, and picked us up. We pretended to struggle and begged to stop. Until they made us drink something that made us go to “sleep”. While they thought we were unconscious they took us a way with almost no people, and eventually we got to the wall, through a small hole that was in the wall, we were pushed out of the capital and into a wagon. As we looked around still laying down, there were about 5-4 other girls and women in the wagon, all unconscious. I listened in on the conversation outside.

“We got quite a bit today huh? Quite a few cuties as well.” one voice said, ew they sound awfully gross, seeing how there are quite a bit of people that seem underaged here I can’t believe they would say that. Anyways I agree as another underged girl they are all cute. Anyways it was a lot of talk about us selling well and sexual activities and shit. I wonder how long it will take.

Before long the other people started to wake up and panicked. One of the men out front shouted 

“HEY, BE QUIET!!” which made them panic more. The man looked into the wagon, all the people in the wagon huddled together in the back around us to get away from them as much as possible.After glaring at us for a bit, I nodded towards Shinobu to signal her to make a sound barrier. When the barrier was up I started talking.

“Ok they can’t hear us right now so it’s ok to talk but let us finish explaining real quick.” I started as they all looked at me.

“Basically we were all kidnapped right? Well the two of us here are adventurers of the highest rank, we are going to stop everything to get you all back safe and sound. Or as safe as you are now.” They all started to murmur and fidget around.

“What’s going to happen is when we stop the two of us are going to jump out and defeat all of them, try to stop this whole kidnapping problem, and *zip* you will all be back at the capital. Ok? Now who’s hungry?” I said as I reached into my breasts and pulled out some fruits and bread. I could tell with my eyes that the girls felt a mixture of uncomfortable, surprised, and intrigued at it.

“Don’t worry, that's just how my storage skill works, it's A-OK to eat, here you go.” I passed them to Shinobu as she gave some food to everyone who gratefully took it. How long has it been since they ate? I guess it's true that some of them looked pretty malnourished recently.

“Alright it's time to get you all out of here, I’ll get you to the capital but if you live outside that I’ll have some trouble with that but I have other ways to get you all home, so don’t worry about that. Now, we should deal with those thugs outside Big Sis.” Shinobu and I slowly crept to the back and stepped out without making a sound. Some reason there was no one guarding the back of the wagon. I don’t know much about kidnapping women, but wouldn’t guarding the back so they don’t escape be like, super obvious? Oh well, makes our job easier. Time to save the day or whatever.

The wagon wasn’t going very fast so it was pretty easy to keep up with it. I went to the left side of the wagon while Shinobu went to the right. Now how should I kill them this time? I can let them see us with and then use my scythe, or I could just shoot them before they realize what happens. How many was it 2-3? No matter, they messed with cute girls, one bullet is enough.

I took out my sniper and used ‘shadow sprint’  to get ahead enough to just stand there. Shinobu did the same with whatever she can do to speed up. We waited until the thugs saw us and the wagon stopped.

“Hey! Who’re you?” One of the bandits shouted, and then one of the two that took us shouted as well.

“Heey, wait a second. You were in here. How did you get out? Whatever we need to get them! ATTACK”

The 3 bandits got off the wagon and pulled out some swords.

“Oh no! Look Onee-san, they have weapons! What would we do?!” I said sarcastically
“Nevermind, Teehee, you guys are already dead” I said as I shot two of them in rapid fire. The last one I left for Shinobu, I mean I can’t have all the fun, we came together. And both of us are pretty strong. Oh she’s already done, well now that's over I guess it’s time to take them all back to the capital huh.

We went back to the wagon and let the kidnapped know of the news.

“We’re done, also don’t worry about pay we did this for the guild.”

They all crawled up to us and surrounded us, saying stuff like “Thank you!” and “You’re amazing” and “I want you to have my children!” Ok maybe not the last one but they were still very thankful.

“Alright alright, I’ll get you guys to the capital now. Please stay where you are.” I said as I activated the teleport to the front of the guild.

“Ok! Welcome to the capital, those who live here can leave, those who don’t stay and I’ll arrange something.” most of them left except for one little girl. She was shorter than me as I  am now, maybe around 6 or 7? I went over to her and crouched down.

“Do you not live here?” I asked, the girl nodded,

“Do you know where? And what about parents?” She shook her head to both questions. So no home and no parents huh. Welp now I know what we can do.

“Onee-san, can we keep her?” I looked back at Shinobu as she sighed.

“She’s not an animal don’t say it like that, besides what can she do? We are not able to just keep a loli around just like that, and what about work?”

“Keep who around?” We heard a voice from the guild door, it was Yuma.

“Hi mother! Luna wants to keep the loli here, she doesn’t have a home or parents from what we know. You think we could?”

“No parents!? No that can not be, we can take her, maybe as a maid at the house, it's pretty big, and the two of us aren’t taking any big jobs for a while. So we can take her. Just make sure she’s ok with it.

“You heard mom, are you ok with coming with us?” The girl looked up with a childish smile, and a nod, tears were welling up in her eyes.

“She’s so precious, well then let's go back home and have her get used to it ok?” Yuma said as she warped us to the house.

“Now let's get you cleaned up!” Oh no, Yuma’s tendencies are coming up again.
