After finishing up with Emily, Eel turned around and began to walk up to the counter. Compared to the {Shanta City Adventurers Guild} this one was obviously tiny with only one counter to do everything. There were a few more staff running about but usually that wouldn’t be the case - everyone that was available was dragged in due to a certain butler. A toppler level threat (yet alone a pillar himself) turning up within your jurisdiction came with a lot of paperwork; who would’ve guessed?

Luckily Photon showed up or else they would need to organise an evacuation instead… No doubt that would come with even more paperwork!

<This is why humans are silly! They overcomplicate every single process instead of just thinking for themselves or letting the strongest decide for them… Well sometimes they do the latter but never the former. So silly really; then again strong people can be dumb. Like that Drake back in Shanta who managed to become a human noble as well~!

Must have stone for brains as well to not see mine or Mily’s awesomeness.>

“Fufufu~!” <Eel>

Emily, who hung from the little dragon’s right arm, looked up at her giggling girl but said nothing about it. Instead she chose to snuggle up while resting her head on Eel’s shoulder. The times Elizabeth Jr. randomly burst out into that familiar smug laughter since they met simply couldn’t be counted by her.

Nevertheless that smug laugh certainly had its charm when done by someone as handsomely beautiful as Eel; showing yet again physical appearance overpower personality!

Although the guildstaff were busy the adventurers were decidedly less so. Those that were around were merely eating some skewers while perhaps drinking with a tankard - this guild was so small they offered very little in variety in food and drinks. The drinks were just beer while for the food options were just the meat from the surrounding beasts along with some bread. Not exactly the peak of dining but it wasn’t like Shanta really did much better; they did have more booze and the selection of cuts were wider due to being the hub for many similarly small guilds as well as just having a wider area thus having more beasts available to kill.

Eel never ate at the adventurers guild anyway so she only paid attention to the people themselves, not so much the food.

However, what she saw didn’t impress her as there wasn’t even a C rank among them.

Finishing looking down at the adventurers around, who were mostly E ranks, ignore them all and walk up to the counter. Placing the two mission plates on the counter in front of the average looking brown haired girl in the standard adventurer's outfit. Hearing the little ‘chunk’ of the wood on wood the girl awoke from her nap only to see nobody was there making her guess that it was one of the dumb kids dreaming of being a bit adventure causing her to let out a scornful sigh before; looking down to see which one it was. She immediately saw the two girls and was a bit confused that she didn’t recognise them but realized they must be the two with those C-rankers making them part of a C-rank party thus deserving of respect. Veteran adventurers only raised more veterans and she didn’t want to be the one who pissed off some strong future warrior!

Her face did noticeably twitch when she saw the two close together but such immoral relationships between girls was common in the adventurers business. Even with the two C-rankers she actually walked in on the bunny humping the redhead over a toilet and from the thick scent it wasn’t their first go around in there! She certainly didn’t approve but as a low level grunt she could only give them a weirded out look before turning to what missions they wanted to take.

Picking up the two jobs she couldn’t help but lift a brow seeing them bringing their only B-rank and a C-Rank mission to her. She couldn’t help but eyeroll with a sigh; she wouldn’t need to be worried if they were this eager to die.

“I’m afraid only a B-ranker or C-Rank party of 4+ could accept both of these missions-” <Guild Girl>

“No problem, plan to take the B-rank with our party though we can accept them anyway as named C-Rankers~.” <Eel>

“But- *Gasp*”

Before she could continue Eel & Emily whipped out their guild cards which quickly made the girl go silent - biting her tongue and shivering slightly. These two were actually classified as a rank above the two others as named Adventurers!

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Name: Elizabeth Jr. Bloodleaf Title: Adventurer Prince

Name: Emily Succubus Title: Support Princess

Seeing this the guildworker was obviously taken aback and at first thought it wasn’t. This quickly left her mind as she had constantly heard rumours of such a pair of prince & princess being recognised by the guild’s upper echelons… Whoever was in charge of the guild that is. Her mind instantly went to the strongest powers she knew - the {Church of Light} and {King of Orrid}!

Of course, what came to her mind next was that the pair were some ploy from the higher ups to do some publicity stunt but who was she to talk about that? If anything it was safer for her to just make sure these cards were the real thing.

“M-may I take your cards miss’?” <Guild Worker>

“Fufufu sure~!” <Eel>

As such they passed them along to the nervous worker and silently watched her place them on a glowing stone only to get a green light to signal that they were indeed real cards. This caused many thoughts to enter the girls head causing her to shiver as if she just discovered something frightening.

She guessed that the two kids in front of her were actually either some rich noble crotch spawn (which ironically wasn’t wrong) or a walking publicity stunt. Either way they had enough power to remove her. Hell, those two women fucking eachother in the bathroom were already strong enough to remove her!

But little did she know that Eel’s rank was indeed well earned with her raw stats alone:

Of course, stats were more important for Eel than they were for the cute little cow. A support did focus more on their skills than someone like Eel who… Well she poked shit very hard. In truth she dropped most of her {AP} while running away from shit recently otherwise her speed would be less than half of what it actually was at present. She also boosted her Wisdom in order to deal with the cost of using her self-boosts and intent far easier.

Eel was a believer that having a fast regeneration was better than a large pool in the long term. Fitting considering being a descendant from Mother.

“Well, we’ll be going then~!” <Eel>

“R-right…” <Guild Worker>

Eel & Emily didn’t really bother with the girl after she had approved of their missions. In fact; after she gave their cards back the two of them put them away and just walked out causing the girl to blink. Shouldn’t they be a bit more arrogant than that? In truth Eel was plenty arrogant and saw the human girl as just not worth her time.

If she said something she may break her nose but Eel couldn’t really care less about her.

Humans were already pathetically worthless in just about every facet. The only positive thing they’d shown was their abilities to use tools but she had already reached a slightly above average in her weapon usage… Though her swordsmanship certainly could do with some work since she had two conflicting styles. One focusing on a single slash and one filling a more standard style that mixes parrying with a powerful follow up. The first didn’t really work well with her spear either which certainly made things even more complicated…

Shaking her head she patted Emily’s head softly while she looked up to Eel. The two walked down the streets while looking around with smiles on their faces.

“So do you want to get your spear from Tom’s carriage? I think Tom & Lyada switched places while we were looking at quests though so maybe we should help watch Tom…” <Emily>

“Nah~ they will only be more likely to attack Tom if we’re around him. I kind’a doubt the bandit villagers from before would’ve attacked if they didn’t think Tom had some weak kids around him though they did later let greed get ahead of them. The smart move would’ve been to just retreat when they realised we were strong as we were… Not that they’d be able to get away.

Afterall which is a wolf pack more likely to attack; a lone bear or a bear with her cubs? Well we’re also in a proper settlement filled with adventurers. As weak as those adventurers are, they are still fighters, right?” <Eel>

“Umu…” <Emily>

Emily was about to say something more but someone had overheard what Eel said which… Well she wasn’t exactly nice about it. Even if she didn’t mean to target the person directly with her words she certainly included them in her ‘calculations’. Eel wasn’t one to lie about such situations!

“Hey?! Who’d you say is weak girlie?!” <Young Adventurer>

Eel just silently gazed towards the annoying boy. He didn’t even manage to scrap together a full set of armour but rather just wore baggy pants with a baggy cloak and a small leather chestpiece. The boy was slightly older than the girls but since he hadn’t reached a growth spurt yet he found himself slightly shorter than Eel was. As for his psyche… Eel felt even Emily could’ve beaten him when they just met. She considered him worth nothing.

As for the boy; feeling Eel’s predatory glance made the boy shudder but he soon drew out his rusty dismantling knife and took a ‘stance’. Fiddling around with his dagger first to make sure he pointed it away from himself - his legs were spread apart and he held the knife in front of him - pointing it towards Eel… But neither of his feet were behind or in front of the other thus he did very little to guard his arms or legs from attack. Eel saw no real benefit to what this idiot was doing.

Eel almost felt like laughing… So she did!

“Fufufu~ who’s weak? Everyone in this village as well as those outside of it. I suggest you stop while you're ahead since I love when people challenge me!” <Eel>

“Arrogant for an outsider - I’ll have you know that I’ve spent 6 years as an F rank adventurer in these parts as well as having a full party. That makes us a E-Rank party so you need to show respect for me or I'll have to put you in your place dumbass!” <F-Rank Leader>

“Spent 6 years and you haven’t even broken into D? Fufufu~ as expected of a kid that only barely managed to point his knife the right way~!” <Eel>

A grin appeared on her face as she spoke these words; this grin was just as one would expect from the cute little Eel though… A fang filled one with a very hungry gaze. She didn’t draw her sword though since it was hardly required for the F-Rank. Even when his 3 little friends showed up with their own shitty daggers.

Emily seeing this grin just stepped back without much emotion beside annoyance that someone was stealing her girlfriends attention is such a petty way.

“T-That doesn’t even mention that we have plenty of E-rank adventurers! We even had a punch of E-rankers making D-rank parties but on top of them all is {Field Foragers} who are a C-Rank party who are made out of a full 4 D-Rank adventurers!” <F-Rank Leader>

“Uhuh…” <Eel>

Nodding her head she slowly walked up to him causing him to stance before she did something that made every man and boy alike shudder. Her foot just rose up to hit him right between his legs. Of course, with her power, he actually gained some air from the devastating blow which she then made use of by simply reaching forward to grab his neck mid air while stepping forward. While stepping forward with his gripped neck she leaned forward to slam him hard against the floor causing a mini dirt explosion.

“Let me tell you something kid, even if everyone in this village worked together, I could kill them all with a single swing of my sword. You humans really are too arrogant for your own good - it never ever occurs to any of you how outmatched you are till you end up on the floor. Though I suppose this shitty country could be partly blamed for how ignorant you are about being a small fish  fufufu~.” <Eel>
