Heaven Crushing Sect?
Blank expressions appeared on the faces of all of the evil dragons.
Even the Ancient Dragon Empress’ expression faltered as she asked in a confused voice, “Heaven Crushing Sect… What sect is that, and what does it have to do with me?”
“One question at a time. Let me tell you about our sect.”
Chen Chen elaborated on the Heaven Crushing Sect with a warm smile on his face, adopting the gentle demeanor of a harmless youth.
Even though the Ancient Dragon Empress had been through a lot in her life, she was still completely and utterly astonished by what she was hearing.
Destroy the Heavenly Dao? Reconstruct the Heavenly Dao? Use one’s body as a replacement for the Heavenly Dao?
What the f*ck is all this?!
If it weren’t for the fact that these two were truly indescribably powerful and not to be messed with, she would have labeled them as rambling idiots and killed them in the blink of an eye!
“So…” The Ancient Dragon Empress spoke after a short pause, “What does this have to do with me?”
Chen Chen looked at the Ancient Dragon Empress as he continued in a slow voice, “This world isn’t as wonderful as you think. It is slowly following in the footsteps of the Ancient Tai Chu Realm and will soon come to ruin. You don’t want to make such a monumental effort to come to a new world, only to have it end up becoming just as bad, or even worse than the Ancient Tai Chu Dragon Realm, do you?”
He pointed at the Ancient Dragon Empress with a smile as he added, “You were able to take advantage of a series of different factors to forcefully open up a passageway between the two worlds, and you destroyed the Ancient Tai Chu Dragon Realm in the process. You already have the aptitude to crush the heavens. Our Heaven Crushing Sect needs you. Come save the world with us!”
The Ancient Dragon Empress was developing a throbbing headache. This youth seemed to know a lot about her, but this business about the Heaven Crushing Sect and saving the world was so abstract! There was no sense of reliability, and it sounded like it was very dangerous too!
“Can I refuse?” The Ancient Dragon Empress asked, “I’m just an ordinary Return to Void Stage cultivator, and I’ve lost my chance to progress to the Dao Integration Stage after using my power of the divine dao in the Ancient Tai Chu Dragon Realm. I won’t be of much use to you.”
Xue Yan suddenly extended a finger, and an extremely pure white divine glow appeared on her fingertip.
She said in an indifferent voice, “If that’s what you’re worried about, then I can help relieve you of the after-effects and grant you the ability to progress to the Dao Integration Stage again.”
An incredulous expression appeared on the Ancient Dragon Empress’ face, and her body trembled uncontrollably with excitement. “Really?”
“Of course.” Chen Chen nodded with a smile. “That’s something that we are going to do for you anyway if you join the Heaven Crushing Sect. Not just that, but we can even purify the bloodlines of the five dragons behind you that have sacrificed their bloodlines.”
All of the evil dragons let loose cries of shock upon hearing this.
The five evil dragons that had sacrificed their bloodlines were breathing more quickly from excitement.
Who would want to give up the opportunity to continue pursuing the Great Dao?
The Ancient Dragon Empress stared at Chen Chen and Xue Yan with a profound gaze. These two were even more powerful than she had imagined, and it was exactly because of this that she was feeling even more concerned.
She pursed her lips before speaking a faint voice, “If I join your Heaven Crushing Sect, my tribal brethren…”
“They can either choose to also join the Heaven Crushing Sect and become part of our peripheral forces, or they can go off to develop on their own. Our Heaven Crushing Sect never forces any living beings to do anything against their will,” Chen Chen replied in a level voice.
“You need to have a sense of urgency and a will to constantly improve to join the Heaven Crushing Sect. If you refuse our offer and are content to just remain as you are, then we won’t try to force anything upon you. We’ll leave immediately and not say an extra word. ”
The Ancient Dragon Empress fell silent.
Chen Chen and Xue Yan waited patiently for her decision.
“Can you give me a day to think about it?” the Ancient Dragon Empress asked after a short while.
“Of course. Xue Yan and I will be outside awaiting your response,” Chen Chen nodded as he spoke in a gentle voice before slowly disappearing along with the young girl.
This day passed by extremely slowly.
The Ancient Dragon Empress was never a dictator, so she gathered her tribal brethren together to hear their thoughts.
Over twenty thousand evil dragons gathered together and engaged in a spirited discussion.

All of the powerful beings expressed their own opinions.
The Ancient Dragon Empress herself was also weighing up her options.
The next day.
The Ancient Dragon Empress arrived before Chen Chen and nodded as she gave her reply.
“I agree to join the Heaven Crushing Sect!
“Furthermore, my tribal brethren are also all willing to join the Heaven Crushing Sect.”
The Ancient Dragon Empress knew that they would need power and backers to survive in this world, both of which could be provided by the Heaven Crushing Sect!
On top of that, she would also like to contribute her effort toward making this world a better place.
A friendly smile appeared on Chen Chen’s face as he extended a hand. “Welcome to the Heaven Crushing Sect, Ancient Dragon Empress. You are going to be the fourth heavenly disciple-in-waiting. Once you reach the Dao Integration Stage, you will officially become the fourth heavenly disciple!”
“The fourth heavenly disciple?” The Ancient Dragon Empress shook hands with Chen Chen. “You’re the second heavenly disciple, so Ms. Xue Yan here must be the third heavenly disciple?”
Xue Yan shook her head upon hearing this. “I am a Heavenly Disciple Attendant of the second heavenly disciple.”
“Er…” The Ancient Dragon Empress was a little taken aback by this. “Then who are the other two heavenly disciples?”
Chen Chen replied with a smile, “The first heavenly disciple is Cyril. As for the third heavenly disciple… He has not agreed to join the Heaven Crushing Sect, but Cyril and I have decided to reserve this position for him so that he can become the third heavenly disciple as soon as he decides to join the Heaven Crushing Sect.”
The Ancient Dragon Empress’ heart jolted with shock upon hearing this. Someone refused to join the Heaven Crushing Sect, but they were still reserving such an important position for him? Chen Chen had not extended an offer like this to her…
Just who was this third heavenly disciple that the Heaven Crushing Sect held in such high regard?
At the Heavenly Court Chef God An Lin Restaurant.
“Giant An Lin, Giant An Lin… Help me!”
Tina whizzed around in a room as a black shadow followed her around like a bandaid, emitting a dangerous glint. That was the Evil-Slaying Sword, and it was chasing her around as if it wanted to cut her down.
“Stop that, Little Xie.”
An Lin laid his chin on top of the table as he studied the Ice God Dart.
Little Xie also had her chin on the table atop her folded hand. She was appraising the panicked Tina with her dead fish eyes. “I’m not doing anything. The Evil-Slaying Sword has a mind of its own and is moving by itself.”
An Lin was very angry. “Aren’t you the Evil-Slaying Sword?”
Little Xie shot a glance at An Lin. “Haven’t you ever been in a situation where your body is out of your control? It’s not me who’s doing this, it’s the Evil-Slaying Sword itself.”
An Lin: “…”
He had no response to that.
After a while, the Evil-Slaying Sword finally settled down.
It flew over to Little Xie’s side before lying down like an obedient pet.
Tina panted heavily as she lay down on An Lin’s shoulder. Her semi-transparent, golden wings trembled from overexertion.
“Huff huff… Giant An Lin, what’s going on with your sword?” Tina grumbled.
“You’ll have to ask Little Xie about that.” An Lin fiddled around with the Ice God Dart in his hand. When he tried to inject the power of his Ying God Cultivation Method into the dart, he found that they fused together perfectly.
Tina glared at the cold, forbidding Little Xie, and she huffed with rage.
“Forget about that. Giant An Lin, I’m here to tell you that there are living beings rebelling within our Divine Mirror World!”
An Lin abruptly jumped up. “What? A rebellion?!”
